If I get stuck and have questions, I've found their support team to be very reachable by phone which has been amazing. Cons They could probably make their UI look a tad more modern, but it is very usable, loads quickly, and is easy to understand. Pros Speed and reliability is a key element to simplepay’s product. Paying employees has become so easy! Cons I wish the user interface would be a little sleeker and modern. It seems like they could make the product flow more efficient. It doesn't have a fancy interface, but really wasn't needed. Most things were super clear, reports were easily accessible, and adapted well to Quebec payroll systems, which is a rarity. Cons Wasn't useable on iPhones/iPads. The interface would glitch up, and parts of it would be unaccessible. Support would just defer us to using a desktop with Chrome, which was annoying. Interfaces were a bit messy, but at least available. Every so slightly more pricey than the competition.
