" This software doesn't have simple features that it needs to have."

**Overall:** It's ok, there is definitely room for improvement. I just wish there was a way to actually give feedback and speak to someone solution focused. Every time I speak to someone they just say sorry we don't have that feature and it goes nowhere. It leaves me feeling frustrated every time

**Pros:** It has some ok features for client management, workflow creation. They are prompt in replying to messages.

**Cons:** For $360 per year this software can't do simple things that it needs to do. Like choose dates for automated emails to send in workflows or be able to send out bulk emails with categorised types of leads or clients. You can't even set up monthly newsletters via email. Every time I speak to them about these things they just say it can't be done and sometimes they say they will pass on my feedback. But I have been with them now for 5 years and these features are still not available.
