Pros: The best feature R3 Contract Management offers is the ability to share and access information from other users. Like most companies, we suffered from having multiple silos of content including off-site storage which added additional costs and delay to productivity. This solution provided our company a mutual repository where several departments could share documents, which brought transparency throughout the company's internal stakeholders. We were also able to integrate our unique workflow for approvals and track the progression of the contract (redlines, etc). This helped to cut down on wasting time in meetings because it provided us a virtual workspace which significantly decrease our turnaround times.

Cons: The largest concerns were that R3 solutions-out of the box-are convoluted with tab-ribbon relationships that give too many navigation features which can be confusing and discouraging. This was easily off-set by working with R3 support and customizing said features and simplifying them to our preference.

Overall: Our overall experience with R3 proved to be very pleasant because this solution performs the intended tasks that we purchased the software for. Coming from such a chaotic way of managing documents, R3 Contract Management definitely provided us structure with a solution that we believe will remain relevant for many years to come in managing our contracts.
