Pros: Very easy to implement and configure. Allows for multiple configurable rules, etc.

Cons: The Workflows can be a little confusing if you don't understand how they work, but once you do a few, it's easy to work with.

Overall: Our overall experience with this product has been great. We are using Mail Attender for Exchange mailbox management (to replace the deprecated MRM) and since we are moving to Exchange 2016/Hybrid, we needed something that could manage these rules.

The workflows, once created, are easy to maintain and since you can be granular with message class, dates, etc. this is a great way to keep continuity with email management.
