We have found it to be a great for us when supporting our clients asset management requirements. Through Papertrail we can deliver quality and timely inspection and reporting on the condition of their PPE and other assets. The ongoing customer support is excellent. We adopted Papertrail for our own equipment and asset management. Cons There’s very little to complain about with Papertrail. Whenever we have had to contact the support guys via app customer chat. It centralises all our equipment records, improves inspection management, and strengthens compliance with LOLER. The security, reporting tools, and user access controls make it reliable for both internal auditing and customer assurance. It has significantly reduced admin time and improved operational efficiency. For value for money, ease of ongoing maintenance, and confidence in asset management, Papertrail has been a strong addition to our workflow. Pros As a business what we liked most about Papertrail is how completely it transforms our asset and maintenance management. It streamlines LOLER inspections, improves reporting, and makes every record easy to access and verify. The barcode/QR scanning saves huge amounts of time, and user access controls keep everything secure and well-organised. For the value it delivers especially in compliance assurance and operational efficiency it is exceptional, giving us confidence that every piece of equipment that goes out the door is safe, traceable, and ready for deployment.
