Through Papertrail we can deliver quality and timely inspection and reporting on the condition of their PPE and other assets. The ongoing customer support is excellent. We adopted Papertrail for our own equipment and asset management. Cons There’s very little to complain about with Papertrail. Whenever we have had to contact the support guys via app customer chat. For value for money, ease of ongoing maintenance, and confidence in asset management, Papertrail has been a strong addition to our workflow. Pros As a business what we liked most about Papertrail is how completely it transforms our asset and maintenance management. It streamlines LOLER inspections, improves reporting, and makes every record easy to access and verify. The barcode/QR scanning saves huge amounts of time, and user access controls keep everything secure and well-organised. Cons What we liked least as a business about Papertrail was the initial learning curve when moving from spreadsheets to a structured digital system.
