From the very beginning, Vicki and Iain were incredibly helpful during the setup and are always available if we need assistance as is Andy. The training provided to our team was invaluable. In conclusion the system has been a game changer for us. With multiple teams, instructors and a large amount of equipment, we would be lost without Papertrail. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a robust and user-friendly system. **Pros:** One of the standout features of Papertrail is it ease of use. The system is well-orgaqnised and intuitive, making it simple for all of our team to navigate. The clarity has saved us valuable time in managing our equipment and workflows. The new Analytics bolt on is amazing, it enables us to pull of our team information for clients with ease. **Cons:** While exporting reports is generally good, it can become cumbersome due to the sheer volume of equipment and information we manage. All our training records are now completely on Papertrail and its also great to have the link between our records and vendors that we work with, such as Gibbs etc, so that they can upload copies of certs to us without the duplication of work. **Pros:** Its very easy to use, set up folders and if you're insure then the online support is also a huge help **Cons:** The only things that I think I would like changed are that it would be good to see a small image of the cert that's been uploaded, without having to click into the record, It shows that there is a possibility to have an image, and I'm sure that there must be a way, but I'm not certain how it works. The only other thing is that when I try and put my folders into a certain order (alphabetical) they keep moving slightly and they won't stay in place/order.
