Pros Nothing, it was a pain to use the entire time we had it. Cons Reporting was clunky and inadequate. If you want a custom report you have to pay big bucks to get it made. It was slow, error prone, and took forever to run even the simplest of reports. Some of the most critical pieces of data needed to run your business were unavailable and you had to piece together the information from multiple places. Inventory control was a complete mess and even their tech people couldn't explain some things to us. And much more, just a horrible experience.
