We've been using DJUBO at Omji since December 2024 to manage inventory and reservations across our portfolio of ashram and spiritual stay properties across multiple cities. It's been a practical, cost-effective platform, well-suited for multi-property operators who want an integrated channel management and PMS solution without enterprise-level pricing or complexity.

Pros

The rate planning and calendar functionalities have been a standout. Managing rates and inventory across multiple properties on different OTAs from a single dashboard has saved us significant time and cost. The modular product structure is also something we genuinely appreciate i.e. you select only the modules you need and pay accordingly, which works well for lean operations. Pricing overall is very reasonable for what's on offer. Post-sale support has been responsive and helpful.

Cons

Reporting could be more robust. Deeper customisation and more granular reporting views would make it easier to extract actionable insights without having to work around the existing templates.

Overall experience is great. We used many channel managers before but after djubo, we never had to look for a new service provider for hotel software.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and new employees can be trained without much hassle. Good customer support, total value for money.

Cons

Cannot really think of something I don't like, since the software also keeps upgrading time to time.

Anytime we face an issue, the DJUBO support team responds almost immediately and is always quick to assist. Their prompt and dependable support gives us real confidence in using the platform, knowing that help is always just a call away whenever we need it. In the hospitality business, where quick resolutions matter, having such a responsive support team makes a big difference and adds a lot of peace of mind.

Cons

Everything has been great from the start, and we genuinely don’t feel there’s anything that needs to be changed. The system is very user-friendly, works smoothly, and covers everything we need for our hotel operations. Our experience has been extremely positive overall.

The interface is very user friendly, The best part is it is could based. Till date whatever software we have tried compared to that Djubo is best and simple to understand and to operate with.

Cons

The support team is very excellent is solving but when the issue is escalated to the tech team then its time taking sometimes. It would be greatly appreciated if the turnaround time could be improved.

Djubo reduced our workload by 90% in updating rates and availability on various OTAs. Makes it easy to get reports and data, prompt notifications and reminders. Billing and POS solutions are also included in their package.

Pros

Djubo is our to channel manager for our properties. We found Djubo to be easy to use and their customer support top notch. We have had a few cases of connectivity issues which are negligible. They also have a lot of add ons for productivity like booking engine, revenue reports and forecasts etc.

Cons

Connectivity issues with a few OTAs and most importantly Airbnb compatibility as they do not have a proper solution for Airbnb yet and it is expected to be solved by API connection with Airbnb.

Experience has been great. Have really been able to optimise revenue from online channels with the help of Djubo.

Pros

UX is very easy. In a matter of hours, anyone with basic knowledge can be doing things which other channel managers make very complicated. Rate Planner (Calendar) is my favourite feature.

Cons

There are still quite a few bugs in the ecosystem. For example: filters are forgotten in the booking and agent databases when you click on 'go back' button. Have brought these points to the attention of the support team earlier.

Djubo helped us getting more bookings online and helped us synchronizing inventory/rates with ease. We can always recommend Djubo to small/mid-range hotels. And support team is excellent to cherish always.

Pros

Its best for making the reservations and managing other online channels. Reporting is also a good part of Djubo.

Cons

Djubo team should work on to increase the speed of the software opening, creating voucher etc. As of now, its slow. Designing can be improved to give it a fresh look.

DJUBO, helps me manage my reservations with absolute ease. With DJUBO I am able to manage not just bookings from my OTA, but also my corporate sales and direct sales which form a bulk of my reservations. Repetitive tasks like updating room inventory on different channels, sending vouchers to guests, pre-arrival welcome messages as well as post-departure messages, among others are managed very well by DJUBO on its own, which helps save a lot of time and unnecessary expenditure on manpower. Essentially DJUBO allows me to manage my reservations single handedly.
