Operations Manager Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Easy to use...mostly" March 14, 2023 5.0 Overall experience as an administrator is good, it has reduced our 'paper' workload by utilising the dockets and timesheets feature as well as using Insights for reporting has reduced the amount of man hours to calculate some business figures and the future potential of integration with Xero for our payroll and accounting is promising. Pros Generally easy to use, allows management to communicate jobs with staff and also vice versa staff to communicate issues in the field. We get dockets in real time once completed and our CSM is onto any issues we have instantly via email and also in our regular zoom meetings. Cons The app. With minor improvements for the fieldworker but major improvements are required from a administrators point where it is near impossible to schedule works and make use of Assignars resources from an app. Review Source Response from Assignar March 15, 2023 Hi Nathan! Office Manager Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Do not trust Assignar" January 27, 2022 1.0 Everything seemed great and seamless until Assignar did not meet our original request, integrating with our accounting software. They led us to believe they could seamlessly integrate, but as we got further into our experience with them their promises fell short. Assignar never successfully integrated with our accounting software (our #1 request) and then blamed their unmet promises on us. Terrible customer support and lack of ownership for their wrong doings and oversight. I do not recommend this company. They refuse to give us any refund even though they did not give us a product we could successfully use or implement into our company processes. Pros Unfortunately, with how they handled our business, there is nothing we like most. Cons Please see my overall experience below. Office Manager Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great Support" July 4, 2023 4.0 overall, the system is good but it would be good if there was better way of getting areas developed and customized. the suggestion section is good but sometimes it feels like things people are voting for don't seem to get taken onboard. the support from the team is great and can not be faulted. Pros The scheduling future is great, the ongoing support from \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team is great Cons some areas don't not have a great flow and some changes don't seem practical.It would be great if loose dockets could be linked manually to a order in the same fashion as a form can be manually linked. Also some data is locked and can not be changed if a error has been made like there is no way to change a orders client/project if has been created in error. We operated off excel spreadsheets with everything before Assignar. Now we are flagged with all expiries etc & are unable to allocate employees & assets if there are any issues. A click of the mouse in comparison to 100 phone calls is so much better. Clear vision on the app for all. Pros It was a great improvement from a whiteboard. The ease of communicating with all our team was a big difference. My phone stopped ringing as employees were able to have clear vision of their allocations & teams. Cons The transition from old to new was hard. Getting a clear picture from assignar as to where everyone was on one page was hard from a planners point of view. I was use to looking at 1 day to a page spreadsheet. This method made it a lot simpler to shuffle men from site to site. I still use this method, then transfer the allocations into assignar. This is not a honorable business - say all the right things but deliver nothing and then refuse to refund. Pros Nothing - never been able to implement - false promises during sales process have never been met. Cons All of it - it didnt do what they promised - they never mentioned that SMS did not work in NZ which was a key part of our decision making process. It allows us to track and monitor everything, we can ensure we follow all SWMS and Inductions and comply with all safety regulations. We get alerts on all expiring licenses and competency. Also with the Field Worker app it makes it easy for us to get all data necessary from our field workers in real-time from uploading time sheets and site safety forms to getting performing site safety inspection forms and accepting allocations. Better back office productivity. Pros Assignar demands better business processes. With the implementation of Assignar we had the opportunity to review our processes, master data, reporting, structure, etc. and improve quality and productivity while reducing the time to invoice our customers. Quality, productivity and timeline are linked and improvements to one or two of these normally comes at the expense of the remainder. But not so with Assignar. The real time aspect makes work flow easier to manage. Employee self service. Assignar support in reviewing and rectifying issues. " April 9, 2018 5.0 Pros Assignar was vital for UGL to gain accreditation on a major rail infrastructure project. We are required to follow our project partner\`s asset compliance process whilst working on a joint venture project. We managed to gain asset accreditation for the project, largely due to Assignar's compliance module. The software support team at Assignar were able to automate our paper based/Spread sheet process within a very short timeframe which allowed us to pass our compliance audit without any complications and set up a valuable tool for all future works. Cons We have experienced minimal cons which were quickly addressed by the software support staff. Cons The least about this software is that there are a few limitation on the features but getting.
