Pros: CoConstruct is a great tool for change orders. They make it easy to produce a change order, and then send directly to your customer. The customer either approves it and signs it or they decline it. CoConstruct doesn't let change orders get lost in the process.

Cons: If you were to make a change order that is incorrect, your customer sees it right away without time to review and then send.

Pros: I love the customer service for this software, and our company used to use quickbook, it worked well with that old software.

Cons: Had a few problems at the beginning, but the customer services sorted them out really quickly, no complain.

They live up to their promises, and the features they promise, actually work

Comments: I've been through it with other software. Specifically stay away from UDA Construction Suite -- they have so many annoying quirks you won't believe it, and if you have any questions or problems, they'll basically tell you that you are the "only one" who has ever had a problem before. BuilderTrend has great customer service, but, they over-promise on many features and caused DAYS of stress and heartache for my office manager to straighten out financials. Go with Co-Construct because they are successful with all the features they promise.

Pros: The features they have all work. Their customer service is organized, prompt, and successful in helping us. They are constantly doing improvements and tweaks.

Cons: There are a few features that it doesn't have, but the fact is, what they have, work properly! You can count on what they say to be true.

CoConstruct has bridged all our communication gaps between clients, project managers, site superingtendents, subcontractors and suppliers.

Comments: Overall everyone here is excited at how well CoConstruct works with our business and the time it is saving. We have tried other systems but so far this one has worked the best.

Pros: Very easy to use. Relatively short learning curve with the assistance of top notch knowledgeable coaches and support staff. Accessible from anywhere since it is web based. Faster than server based software. Well thought out system by people who obviously knows construction. All job related communication is located and documented in CoConstruct. Our subcontractors and clients love it. Much better than the software we were using at a competitive price.

Cons: We were used to creating plumbing, lighting, door, etc. schedules in an excel spreadsheet template we created. It was easy to fill out and understand. We wish something similar could be added to CoConstruct. There a few clunky things but I think they are working those out.

Pros: CoConstruct allows us to complete more projects, with less project managers. Put simply, these equals more money to our bottom line. Their support (on the rare occasion we need it) is super-prompt and top-notch. It's fairly easy to quantify the dollars it nets our business from savings on the project-management side - it's harder to know exactly how many additional projects we get as a result of also using it a sales-tool, but the effect is real. There is no way we could do our current volume without a system like this - unless we brought on multiple additional staff to coordinate project selections. It allows us to track everything in one place, meaning nothing falls through the cracks.

Cons: It's never fun to pay for subscriptions. But the value we get for what we pay is more than fair. Perhaps some provided templates could reduce initial project set-up time or help us make sure we're implementing the software using best-practices.

Pros: This seems to be set up with custom home builders in mind, which is helpful instead of a one size fits all approach

Cons: the daily logs aren't the best, and the APP could use some work, as far as adding more functionality within the app

Comments: Absolutely thrilled I spent the money on this program and cannot see how I could function without it! Great value, ease of use, and just awesome. Way to go CoConstruct!

Pros: I was absolutely amazed at how easy this was to use right after I signed up. The purchasing process was easy and so was getting right into using and implementing the software. I LOVE the default settings which saved me a ton of time. So professional and easily integrated to my company.

Cons: There is no drag and drop for adding files, which would also make my life a bit easier. That is something I recommend the company to integrated.

Pros: Created by a team that definitely understands the construction business. It seemed complicated at first but after speaking to an implementation coach for less than an hour it became easy to use. I had previously emailed a personalized Spec/Selection template and she forwarded it to her Data team. The following day I received a notice saying that my template had been created. Thank you CoConstruct.

Pros: Ease of use. Support team is always ready to help! I have been using your software for approx. 6 years and it has been outstanding.

Cons: I really do not have anything about the system or software I do not like. Co-Construct continually updates and improves it's systems.

Comments: Our company builds 150+ homes a year we were using a mix of Dropbox, Excel,word, Google docs and many more. Coconstruct has put all this in one spot. We implemented this in February and are still tweaking a few things and inputting different specs. It is fully customizable embrace this change if you are looking for something to make your company become more efficient.

Pros: Simplicity in streamlining the crazy communication process of home building.,.

Cons: The save button isn't located in the same spot in all the tabs..

Pros: The link between estimate, budgeting, contract, and quickbooks is seamless. Customer access is great and keeps communications documented.

Cons: Takes a lot of computer time to get used to, which is hard to commit to as a small business. Not all customers are tech savvy and aren't interested in the accessibility of the program.

Comments: Would be nice to have a way to show detailed pricing to client through customer portal without showing the profit. Would be nice to be able to have multiple languages

Pros: Integration with QBO Customer Portal Information All in One Place It really helps us look more profession, thus, close more deals.

Cons: Can't Translate Customer Portal (50% of our clients speaks French) On Customer Portal, we can't show detailed pricing on Fixed priced job unless you also want to disclose profit and margin.

Pros: Customer Service. They have a complete desire to serve you. They want you to win. They want your life to be easier and make your business more prosperous. They are completely honest. Builder Trend has mis- represented themselves to us and the abilities of co- construct many times to us.

Cons: I have nothing to say here but the form is making me write something here. It has to be 100 characters so I am just typing.

Comments: By far the best software purchase experience I have ever had since I started purchasing software in the mid 1980's. They have flexible pricing. The information for each job is available on any platform, so field workers have instant access. I love the push notifications to clients and field to keep people informed. CoConstruct is the best investment you can make in your business.

Pros: This is a management tool allowing incremental implementation. The customer support responds in minutes. The instruction sessions are very helpful. There is a help button on every screen that leads to text, video or customer support that actually has the answers! They have raised the bar to help new users get up to speed. We are implementing accross our estimating, sales and production teams in just weeks. They have exceeded my expectations.

Cons: I wish the scheduling was a little more robust. The minimum unit is man days. I am used to man hours which allows scheduling accuracy and multiple tasks on different projects in the same day. They are working on that.

Comments: The program has been a huge help to our business from estimating to the finished product. It does take some work and commitment to get it set up and we are still making some changes to some of that, but it is totally worth the effort. The customer service team is extremely helpful, they can almost always answer our questions in one phone call, if not on that call, they have always followed up so we are not left with unanswered questions.

Pros: Creating the estimate in Co-Construct and have that tie directly into the specs & selections section keeps all the information in one place, in a very organized manner. The customers can see exactly what we plan to build and the materials we will use, decreasing the chance of last-minute surprises for both us and the customer. We can easily show customer ways to save and give them options for upgrades.

Cons: It takes some work to get set up which seemed overwhelming at first, but the customer service team was able to assist during that time. The time investment into the set up was well worth it. And like most things, we are learning as we go - so we still, even after a year, are making some tweaks to our template, making it better and better each time.

Comments: If you are still using spreadsheets and stand alone estimating pages, this program will shake up your company and make managing projects much more accurate.

Pros: This product is web based, has an easy to use phone app, and will help any builder manage multiple projects. After building your company in the software, it's easy to create proposals, build a team of employees, add subcontractors and share architectural plans. Everything is one location, and it is compatible with QuickBooks, if you use it.

Comments: A tremendous resource to bring the client into the building of the home

Pros: The ability to bring everything together into one file from communication with trades/suppliers/Customers to filing contracts/change orders/financial matters. The ability to engage the Project Managers into each individual home.

Cons: It is a little slow when you need to update schedules etc. I believe that is because it saves immediately the change you are making.

Comments: Megan Hunter is one of the best implementation coaches I¿ve ever worked with whether it¿s software or equipment orientation

Pros: Customer service/scheduling as well as communication with clients or trade partners. Messaging through the app it easy.

Comments: Into our 3rd month - it's been going better than expected - short learning curve even though it's quite powerful and feature packed

Pros: Able to bring out Business Management - Project Management under one program to eliminate redundancy and time wasted

Cons: File storage/organization for project quotes is not very user friendly - it just lists out what your templates are if you save them as an iteration. Often, we provide a baseline budget which we save and then need to use it again to do an iteration due to design modifications to bring the project cost down. Would be nice if it could be in folders tab storage for looking up the project by name & number. This is going to be problematic for us as we do more and more projects and we populate our templates (what we currently use for storing iterations) to a greater degree.

I've never used another similar product, so my favorable review is based on the 'old' way of communicating w/ clients. I now see that old way as 'Stoneage'

Comments: The process of integration with Co-construct can vary depending on your business, but for the majority of building contractors this will help you transform the way you do business. It is works hand in hand with the professional coaching we have been getting for our company. The initial training is imperative, and their ongoing support is prompt, professional, and courteous. The responsiveness to development needs has been great.

Pros: Consolidation of communication between customers, trade partners, and staff. The integrated lead to warranty tracking of a client is fantastic.

Cons: The lack of integration with Google Calendar, has created logistical complications for us. We eagerly anticipate this development.

Pros: The customer support and service is great, always super helpful and clear.

Cons: The software is a good fit for semi-custom builders. It was sold to us as a fit for fully custom work, but it's not suited for that. The whole system is built around specification sheets. The idea is that you can build it once with your standard options, have your client click on choices, and all is entered. Problem is, in a company like ours, there is no standard. Every job is different. The specification sheets are very time intensive to build, so it makes no sense to draw up a new one for every job- it's just not built to do that (they admitted that it's not). It also needs a better search engine like builder trend

Pros: We started using CoConstruct a few weeks ago, so we are still learning, but so far we love all the features it offers and it is proving to really streamline our processes around here

Cons: There aren't many things we dislike so far. The user interface isn't as clean as, say, Apple products, but other than that it's great and easy to navigate

This software is EXACTLY what our small home building company needed to manage our projects.

Pros: The customer support is one of the best parts about the company, they are extremely responsive and will always do what they can to solve your problems and get you started using their software and start making the building process smoother.

Cons: It is hard getting started in CoConstruct and knowing where to start. I think its all part of the game, but it is just hard getting started, once the ball is rolling, things get easier.

Pros: CoConstruct is a flexible system that helps companies make the right selections, and works well for standardized and custom projects. Your creative team will finally put activities in order, and be able to understand all files, specs, and prices related to each project

Cons: Due the company¿s quote-based pricing scheme, CoConstruct doesn¿t offer a limited free version of their software. Nevertheless, the user can request a full demo of the product, and have all specific features and functionalities explained during a live session.

Comments: If we could have a some system implemented around contract Managment as a subcontractor would be very helpfull

Pros: The system in general is very flowy and easy to learn. Great for managing employee activity. Great to manage costs

Cons: We are a subcontractor and it has nothing to manage contracts and retention or to build progress claims. Can¿t do variations or po¿s from phone. Can¿t electrically sign the initial proposal.

Comments: I really don't know how we managed our business before we got involved with Co-Construct. This is a revolutionary program to the building industry and a must have to assist builders with streamlining there business. I suggest you invest sometime to learn all the features and functionality of this software it will make your life much easier.

Pros: Everything is in one spot and easy to track for the builder, subcontractors and home owners. You will never be in a finger pointing situation everything is clearly documented.

Cons: I would like to send bid request updates to only one specific Sub not the entire group. Sometimes I need to adjust a bid request and i don't want it to go to everyone in my request.

Pros: Easy to use, lots of functions, attractive and easy for clients. Great that there is quickbooks compatibility.

Comments: The customer support is excellent. I know they are good but they continue to impress me every-time I need something form the support team.

Pros: The ability to manage all aspects of my remodeling business in a single platform. Other than drawing plans every thing we do to manage a project is happens in CoConstruct. The ability to create templates for my specs and schedules minimizes the thought and increases the accuracy of my specifications and estimates.

Cons: It's a bit of a challenge to shepard trade partners into reliably using the system but with a little effort I can keep track of everything I need to weather they engage with the system or not.

CoConstruct is a valuable interface that merges all communication related to a construction project

Comments: Although somewhat limited in customization, CoConstruct does an excellent job receiving, responding and implementing new ideas through feedback.

Pros: Exceptional scheduling. Specs and selections sections for virtual spec sheets and product sheets. Customer portal. Time card.

Cons: Limited customization. Limited customer control. We would appreciate the availability of tailoring some of the interfaces to our specific needs.

Comments: While this product was not best for our needs ultimately (as specialty contractors) it is an amazing product for the custom home builder. The customer service was top-notch and the company went way above and beyond to try to make it work for our niche.

Pros: The best companies put themselves in their customer's shoes and solves their problems. Co-Construct does that to one of the highest levels I've seen.

Cons: This isn't really a con, but it's specific to customer home builders. Ultimately it didn't work out for us as specialty contractors.

Cons: There are some features that have not been developed yet but every time there is a feature that they don't have that I inquire about, they create a suggestion to pass on to developers.

Comments: Fantastic system! Has saved us time AND money!!

Pros: You can get into the system through the app while on-site to check the specifics of selections, see plans, link to selections chosen etc. Employees can check in and out through the time click in the app while on site. Pictures can be attached to specific tasks to clarify tasks for all employees. Clients can see budget and all.selections plus. No surprises!

Cons: They are expanding the capabilities of the software and making it easier to use on an ongoing basis. What I did have constructive criticism about has been fixed.

Pros: Coconstruct works as advertised. We have a young, rapidly growing construction company that needed to streamline estimating, customer contact, and scheduling. CoConstruct offers all those soulutions with one product.

Cons: Initially, a lot of setup and learning is required ot use the product effectively. Thankfully CoConstruct has great customer service to help you answer questions and learn the ins and outs. The time-tracking app for employees in slightly under-developed compared to other apps on the market.

Comments: Customer service is truly top notch, any questions whatsoever they will walk you through. Definitely take the training because some of the features are a bit difficult to understand without a coach guiding you. They do not charge for training. Overall its an "OK" platform, good value and somewhat easy to use. The features it is missing compared to BuilderTrend somewhat justifies the price difference. I would recommend this for projects that are NOT customer centric, i.e track homes, or commercial jobs. If you need the customer to be involved in selections and budgeting etc this is a confusing platform for them. If they had a bidding platform that would allow vendors to directly enter their bids like BT this would save a lot of time. If the selections process was easier or had abilities to mass upload product specs it could improve the customer interaction. This platform ultimately made me spend more time with customers on selections because they could not see everything or understand how it hit the bottom line.

Pros: The price is better than the competition, unlimited prospects, unlimited in warranty statuses. There is a customer portal however it is lacking features. site design is simple, relatively easy to use.

Cons: Features are a little light compared to builder trend. Selection process is really painstaking No import option for price catalogues or bidding software i.e. ClearEstimates Plan "rooms" are difficult because you need to have separate files in multiple locations for various people. Ideally having a file i.e. blueprint and setting permissions would be the easier option.

Comments: Sign up now! Get away from Excel and stop using 3-4 different tools that don¿t speak to each other, because all you need is CoConstruct! I sat on the fence for two months while researching the completion (lots out there). Just go for it.

Pros: This is a robust and very thorough platform that has clearly taken many years to develop. it is brilliant! These ease to edit, modify and reuse my data and templates is exactly what I have been looking for. The Financials section is always close st hand and integrated with everything else. CoConstruct¿s Custer service and one-to-one coaching is second to none.

Comments: We could not do what we do with co-construct.....period.

Pros: Keeps everything organized, in one place and helps the clients stay on track to make their selections when we need them. Great place to store approved documents as well.

Cons: There aren't many at all but, I would prefer the files that are added to each selection be automatically organized by date so they're easy to reference later.

Pros: The software has everything needed for construction professionals to produce high quality, accurate presentations.

Cons: Maneuvering through the windows can be challenging, and there is no way to see an overview of the entire Gantt schedule.

Pros: I have been working in construction and construction management for the past 20 years and this program/app has made my life INCREDIBLY easier! If there's ever an issue or even just a question, all it takes is a phone call and "boom", problem solved and "poof", questions answered.

Cons: The ONLY thing I would change is in regards to the app and the lack of notifications and the inability to update or change the schedules.

Comments: If you are a home remodeler or builder, this software is most like going to save you time and money if you use it the way it was built to be used.

Pros: The scheduling module has helped us make sure that we keep to the projects timeline and at the end compare how we did to what our baseline was at the start of the project. Our clients really like the ability to have a project management tool that allows them to communicate, see overview of the financials, make selections, approve change orders, see pictures, access project files and have a repository for messages in one place. The mobile app is a huge benefit to us because we can update the schedule in the field, see what tasks are due to be completed while at the job site and look at a file when out of the office.

Cons: Would like the ability to know when we have overbooked an employee or sub for the day when preparing and updating the schedule when running multiple projects.

Comments: I'm looking forward to finding the time and scratch to go to Co-Camp for a some intensive training in order to fully utilize the app's potential.

Pros: Co-Construct as helped me in all aspects with running my business in one package--client management and communication, budgeting and tracking, scheduling and sales. On the sales side, using the application sets me apart from my competition and is a real differentiator in my clients eyes, and I can confidently say my use of it factors into my clients decision making when evaluating proposals. On the business side, I had a spreadsheet that served me well, but with Co-Construct, all the data flows into QB Online in a way the spreadsheet does not. Additionally, if you are a Mac user, you can both use QB Online and do job costing for your projects. Finally, it is a great resource for client management. No longer do I have to worry about things slipping through the cracks when I get a laundry list of items from a client. Now, questions about cabinetry go in the cabinetry section and questions about plumbing go to the plumbing section. (Customer support has also been exceptional.)

Cons: More granular control of what my employee see. It does take a little work to get customers up to speed (but it's worth the effort). More detail in the budget view would help. Also, a better way to handle architects since they occupy a middle ground between "client" and "partner". Overall, the cons are small things that I believe Co-Construct is aware of and will eventually be addressed in future iterations of the application.

Comments: I will be using this system over the other because of their pricing structure. BuilderTrend did not put a lot of thought into their pricing structure so in my opinion the cost outweighs its value.

Pros: Pricing structure makes the most sense which in the end is cheaper than others and does pretty much the same things just in a different way. Customer support is awesome!! They want to help and it shows.

Cons: No data base in which stores items according to accounting codes, descriptions and pricing so whan you have to add something you have to comeup with it all on the fly.

Pros: Considering the amount of features offered, it's very easy to use and get up and running right away. Instructional videos are really great. My coach as been very knowledgeable, professional and prompt with promised emails or additional help. We needed one program to pull together all of the plans, specs, emails, photos, texts and calendar into one place. We also needed a good, easy to use but complete, estimating and budgeting option that follows national standards. It will be great to offer our clients an easy to use, at a glance profile of their project.

Cons: Don't really have a con yet. Maybe a little snappier look to the App? (But the functionality is great - love the logo for CoConstruct too).

Pros: Great way to schedule and create estimates in matter of minutes. It's easy to use and they have a lot of useful videos if you forget something.

Pros: This is absolutely amazing! My customers and subs love this software!! Project management has never been easier and more manageable! Everything is automated! This has really put me over my competition!!

Cons: The change order portion does not allow for a deductive change order. We all hate them but they are a fact of life. I have to manually make a deductive change order on excel or ms word. Other than that everything else is great!

Pros: QuickBooks integration with the desktop and online version, ease of use, the coaching sessions to help you get started, and great pricing.

Cons: There were very few features of the program that was not yet there yet, that would make the system better for us personally and probably for other companies. For example, their could of have been an option for a adding a billing address as well as a second address instead of a second address line.

Comments: Just started using the system and already see the value in communication throughout the entire organization. If one of the subs did something outside of spec you can take a picture circle the error and send it to the sub. On the spot not calling them and trading phone calls etc

Pros: Ease of use, support to get started. loaded full of features, everything in one system. Communications with trade customer and team members is a breeze. Getting bids from the trade are a breeze.

Cons: Haven't found any yet. It has so many strong features I have been so impressed with the improvement to our business that I have not focused on the cons

Pros: I like that the contractor is responsive. I like that my conversations are documented. I like that the software is fast.

Cons: It makes a simple process more complicated. Perhaps the contractor doesn't use it to its full potential or perhaps I am missing some key instructions that would help. I've used it now for about 2 months on a daily basis and it is not getting any less confusing. For example, in the financials tab I see things like framing, demo, etc... My contractor has not filled those in....his bad. However, he has filled in stuff like allowances for appliances but there isn't an entry for his overhead. So is it rolled in to his allowance or is it separate. Once again, difficult to tell and therefore confusing if I need to know where to cut back.

Comments: The customer service by far is the BEST I've ever encountered anywhere. They ALWAYS get you an answer in such a timely manner and are so polite, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The office is so welcoming and the vibe is positive and fun!

Pros: I love that it links to Quick Books and I can upload everything over. I love how it tracks EVERYTHING for you and gives your clients a way to be such a part of the process from beginning to end.

User friendly, great customer service for questions, and training!

Pros: This software will help us run multiple jobs more efficiently. It is a great marketing tool for prospective clients. It makes us look and feel so much more professional. We are able to pay more attention to the customer. Large tasks to the small details that used to bog down our thoughts and energies no longer are a burden. Co-Construct's communication and accountability structures helps get more done.

Cons: My largest challenge is transferring our own estimating templates. But I expect that to be done with in this week. Every other transfer of information has been smooth.

Comments: I'm focusing my company on changing the way construction is done. In this day in time, there's better ways of doing things. There needs to be a level of understanding in the fact that these projects are more the customers homes than my job sites. There's also no reason why technology can't streamline the process. Co-construct helps me to accomplish both.

Pros: There's a lot of good things but overall, the focus on creating better communication for everyone and a pleasant customer experience is what makes this work. That often has not been the focus in construction even thought they are two of the most important aspects.

Cons: The user interface is great. I think any improvement that can be made there is always good. If I could, I would make everything even more simple and fail proof for users. Example: the last upgrade on emails was a good improvement.

Comments: For businesses that are not using this product/program, I find it hard to understand how they can stay on top of their construction processes and costs. This program keeps you in check and on schedule.

Pros: Easily find what you are looking for, whether its a selection, a date in the schedule or a variation Great for interaction with the client, you can instantly send them a message/email and you are notified as soon as they reply Keeps all the information in one place You cant make a mistake that cannot be rectified The 'To Do' feature is a great tool for reminders or chasing up things that need to be done

Cons: The only bugbear I have is that you have to go into both 'change choice' and 'update status' to lock your selection., where as if the 'update status' was in the same section, you wouldn't have to go into 2 tabs and could save a little time.

Comments: Wishing this company great success, but hoping our competitors choose something else! Our market is very rural, and getting out to jobs in 5 counties isn't realistic anymore. We are uploading files and daily job logs for "eyes in the field" and the site supervisors are taking more ownership of schedules they can see and adjust.

Pros: Co-Construct is easy to use, and the support staff rocks! We were very hesitant to take this on, finding it to be much less trouble than we imagined.

Cons: We would ideally like to see a Gantt chart with all the project schedules listed simultaneously. Oh, and if it were just you know, free.

Comments: Overall, we are glad we made the switch. The comparsion between BuilderTrend and Construct is close.... We have not use the estimating tools yet as we still use excel. Plan to make the change soon... This could be the tool that sets CoConstruct apart from BuilderTrend....

Pros: The Gantt chart is first rate in scheduling. If you are a MicroSoft project user, this is a perfect fit. Customers seem to like it so far as does the sub Contractor base. We ended up making a switch from BuilderTrend to CoConstruct mostly due to the scheduling features.... BuilderTrend lacked Subtask in the Gantt chart viewing each task as a separate line item. I want to total duration of the foundation installation with each subtask involved. Not just have Foundation as a single task....... outside of those few items, everthing is worked good. I would definitely recommend trying to see if it fits your needs........

Cons: Expensive compared to BuilderTrend but worth the extra for the addtional Gantt functions. No way of tracking sub contractor insurance certificate expirations under the vendor section. CoConstruct said set up as individual "ToDo's". No thank you...... Lastly document management seems a little cumbersome. Requires searching through allot of files to find a files. You can filter by apppling a tag but if the sub doesnt know how you tagged it, the search can be frustrating. That is the feedback we have gotten from the subs.

Comments: Customer service has to 100% in any business and with Coconstruct I feel that the customers are put first! If the customer feels involved with the construction process they are more likely to have a great experience and once again Coconstruct allows that to happen. Perfect!

Pros: It's important for everyone involved with a project to be informed. With that said all the tools in Coconstruct make it very easy for everyone to be informed of any issues and updates.

Cons: The fact that more people aren't using this program. But really I have not found any reason why I should have a con with Coconstruct.

Pros: Very nice to have all documents in a location where everyone can view them. Very handy to have a place where everyone can comment on items instead of emailing each other.

Pros: The fact that the communication with the client and the partners can all happen within Co-Construct is the best. Our clients love the fact that they can review the project schedule, the financial summary, progress pictures and much more from the comfort of their smartphone!

Comments: I like the program but it is not as easy to grasp as I anticipated as I don't have the time to immerse myself into the program as some owners may since I am in the field on jobs most of the time and customer support is not available in the evenings when I get to the office.

Pros: The scheduling capability that helps in setting up subs and the ability to create to-do's with photos for the subs.

Cons: The change orders are time consuming and have duplicity in the system and there is still some issues with exporting updates to QuickBooks without losing progress billing information.

Comments: It's a great software to have. Once you acclimate to the program, your work will be much easier to handle. Again, I want to thank my coach at co construct for constantly emailing me on reminders. I'm busy throughout the day, and when I finally sit down at the end of the day, I breeze through my phone and see that my coach is reminding me of certain tasks that I must follow up on. When we have our conference call, I can ask her anything pertaining to the software and she will educate and guide me through the process. She is always ready to answer any question that I have. That alone is huge

Pros: The assistance you receive from the co construct team. Really AWESOME!! They help stay on top of your game.

Cons: So far none. Every time I ask a certain question pertain to the software, they have the right answer for me Always!!

Comments: Founder and CEO really gets the "customer service" aspect of his company and stresses it at every level. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful while attending "camp". Lunch at "camp" was delicious. The follow up after camp has been consistent. I'm just getting into it's use but am looking forward to it.

Pros: Just getting into it but the only product of this kind that had an on-site hand-holding "camp" to learn by doing in a group setting. Intuitive use, even for the "older" non-computer generation use.

Cons: Many features are available ( a "pro" and not a "con") however "camp" time limit only allowed a fraction of the capabilities of the product to be demonstrated. Still benefitted from the "camp" experience.
