The help desk is quick to respond and great to get back to you on any issue you have! A great team there!

Pros

The new layout is so much easier to use with less clicks to get my job done.

Cons

I'm not loving the fact when you "win" a proposal, you automatically lose the others without having to create a new estimate for potential service at a later date.

Pros

I appreciate all the customizable parts of the softward, but the staff of BPro is by far my favorite part of using it. They are very attentive and always helpful.

Cons

There are a few times when what I want it to do to help me work most efficiently are not available.

Started good but went from bad to unusable.

Pros

Their support is prompt. But they put in a ticket and it goes nowhere. Literally nowhere off months.

Cons

They made changes to their software and it cannot be trusted. Orders are being dropped, double booked or you need a work around because of problems with the system. I started with them 5 years ago and everything started great. Then it got so bad I had to switch because it cost me thousands of dollars because of their system issues. Some mornings we would come into work and the system would have multiple duplicated orders so we were stuck without sny way of directing our teams. They would not be in until 9-10am to start working on it so we nearly list the whole morning.

When we moved you we experienced some short-term data hiccups that were quickly addressed. Our service hours do start at 8:30 AM EST so I am a bit perplexed at your comment about the start time. As you are aware we pride ourselves on prompt customer service. Tickets are treated on a priority basis with anything affecting finance as treated as first priority and then the most requested tickets follow after. My overall experience with this software is not impressive. Difficult to setup many of it's features.

Pros

This software has good intentions. It is meant to keep customer database and other aspects of business in one system. It achieves that. Support team is attentive.

Cons

There are many things that could be improved with this software. I would not call it user friendly. It is a convoluted system and takes to many steps to achieve setting up many of it's features. Just too many clicks to get to the end goal.

i have had an ok experience but for the money i wouldnt choose this software there are better at the same price with more bells and whistles.

Pros

its very easy to use and i doesn't cost any more to have your staff on the app version which inherently minimizes costs, the site has never been down in 2 plus years of use so very stable. the customer support and integration team is the best.

Cons

they charge for text messages. the reminders for your customers arent the greatest and lead management has room for improvement. cannot make many changes. they are in canada and support is limited to their work hours and time zone.
