"If you need smarter docs then this is it."

**Overall:** Overall SmartDocs is a useful tool to keep around. It's kind of like a Mini secretary. It can write reports from a library of templates, duplicate spread sheets and proposals and so much more. Think of it like a secretary you never have to yell at who will never be late delete and knows knows intuitively what you need when it comes to documents. The only bad thing is, it can't get you a cup of coffee too.

**Pros:** The fact that this software integrates and works with Microsoft word really appealed to me. I also like The ability to duplicate documents and have certain words, phrases or sections withheld comes in handy.

**Cons:** Being able to share a document really doesn't bring anything to the table for me.

"Great tool for our training manuals"

**Overall:** Overall, once you learn how to use it makes your job way easier.

**Pros:** We have used Smartdocs for the creation of training manuals. The feature I like the most was the automatic index creator which helps you to save time and avoid human errors.

**Cons:** It is not the easiest tool to use. Also, it's not the easiest to teach to others. When searching online for info it isn't that friendly either.
