“La solution idéale pour gérer E-learning et présentiel qui s'intègrent complètement avec Salesforce”

OverallRise Up est plus qu'une solution, c'est derrière une équipe solide et réactive. Rise Up est une des rares solution à intégrer la gestion du présentiel avec signature manuelle et intégration de webinar, elle permet aussi de s'interfacer avec d'autres solution du marché comme Beekast, Salesforce... La solution bénéficie d'un sav très réactif en ligne (délai moyen 10 min), et est à l'écoute de toutes suggestions. La solution bénéficie de mise à jour régulière. Nous utilisons la solution pour nos clients en SSO Salesforce et nos collaborateurs en SSO Windows.
Pros- Gestion du présentiel - Customisation de la plateforme - Fonctionnalités enrichie (Webinar...)
Cons- Une solution qui a encore besoin de grandir, et de gagner en maturité. - Gestion des rôles

“Simple d'utilisation”

ProsLe tchat qui permet d'avoir une réponse quasi instantanée. L'interface est agréable et ludique. Le Rise Up café qui est une vraie source d'information.
ConsRien en particulier. Il y a forcément des choses à améliorer mais Rise Up procède à des mise à jour régulière en prenant en compte les retours clients.
