But that part is bit complex and difficult to digest Pros They recently added Digital Signing feature on top the standard content management features. This has made this product very useful since it allowed us to approve and work from anywhere. Cons Their upload workflows are too simple. But they have another product which can to upload automation very well. Looking forward for more new features. Pros Really helping us to move in to a paperless office and search for any document whithin a few seconds. The customer care is really good,supportive and efficient. No need to follow up often. Cons I would prefer if they can enable a feature to upload mulitiple files to the workspace. It's very time consuming to pick the files one by one. Also, the admin should be given access to remove or delete an uploaded file as there are instances where wrong files are uploaded by users. The tags or keywords with the highest frequency appear larger in the tag cloud while tags with lesser frequency appear smaller. Users simply touch or click the tags to drill down the tag search into several layers until they find the documents and information that they are looking for. Other than using the tag cloud, users can search through Global Search, which uses a variety of search parameters that help locate a document Pros We love the security in this software SECURITY Enadoc's Hexagonal Security provides additional innovate features to Traditional Triangular Security when it comes to keeping company information secure from external and internal threats. Active Security Active Security is implemented to assign levels of access for certain users. In document management, this is done by assigning usernames and passwords and implementing role-based security. Passive Security Passive Security helps prevent unauthorized access to information. In document management, this is done through systems encryption, which helps protect against external threats. Cons Enadoc easily integrates with existing office applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other legacy applications using XML and web-based services.
