Overall the process of ISN is seamless and quite easy to navigate, cost is reasonable so my overall experience is positive

Pros

ISN is good value for the cost, provides lots of extra features and works well with HIP. Reports are easy to view and send and follow up emails are great extra feature

Cons

Sometimes to get support is difficult , I have asked on multiple occasions for support to use app but no follow up from ISN

Overall I good experience. Automates so much of what I do. Reminders to clients, realtors, inspectors. Automates payments, clients can even schedule some of their own inspections

Pros

Always prompt and helpful customer support. In the taste \[sensitive content hidden\] that the rep doesn’t know the answer, they find the answer and get back to me

Cons

I’ve had some issues with SMS usage and mass email usage…. still looking for a work around for that.

So far, my experience has been very good to great. There is just so much to learn in order to take full advantage of the program. I look forward to customizing it to use it to it's full extent.

Pros

It is very robust and deep. I feel like I learn something new everyday I use it. When I can't find an answer I'm looking for, it's usually easy to get someone on chat to walk me through my challenge.

Cons

Many of the help pages are older and outdated from what it looks like now, so it can be challenging to follow some of the step-by-step instructions if too many things have changed regarding that help topic.

Overall, ISN is easy to use, and is the perfect software for our small inspection business. We have been able to navigate it easily, and have had good response when we need to contact ISN with a question. We have been using ISN for 8 years, and we are still very happy with this software!

Pros

I like the ease of creating the orders, and that everyone involved in the inspection is easily notified. I like the new feature that fills in the property info automatically. Another great feature is that all the agent and client info is saved, which is great for finding our repeat customers and agents! I love that payments are processed same day!

Cons

I wish there was a feature that would notify clients automatically that their signature and payment authorization has been received.

Overall, no real complaints. We love ISN and the benefits we receive for being customers. Free texts would be nice!

Pros

It's easy to use and works well for my scheduling needs. The process is seamless from creating an order to sending out a report.

Cons

It's difficult to update the v3 version of online scheduler and to get packages set-up and working correctly online.

I like thats is easy to use, very friendly system, very detailed, have all the info and more and you always have that on back up

They have been reliable, supportive, the fee structure flows with my cash flows, it has been overwhelmingly positve

Pros

Complete package of services, easy onboarding, outstanding customer support. They have resolved issues created by other companies where the other company did not correct their own problem.

Cons

Nothing I really dislike. I prefer not to use some of the options they offer but the choice is there for me to make.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with ISN. The chat has been very helpful for asking questions and always have a quick response.

Pros

I like the ease of scheduling an inspection from start to finish. Also, the ability to send mass emails.

Cons

Sometimes navigating through all of the options when you first set up the company. For myself, because I am a visual learner, I prefer to be able to have a physical book to look up what I need help with.

They have always been very easy to work with. Using the online chat or help or calling for help has always been quick and easy. They have always helped me with any issue and told me how to make any changes I needed.

Pros

The software makes billing, agreement signing and getting payments easy and seamless. The price is also very good. I really feal that I get my moneys worth and that it makes my business run more smoothly.

Cons

Sometimes it get's slow going from one area to another. Going from inspections to calendar or from scheduled inspections to completed.

My overall experience after 10 plus years is nothing less than great! I cannot imagine working without it now.

Pros

As a long time, user I cannot say enough good about ISN. I cannot imagine working without the service. Customer service has always been responsive, usually immediately resolving my problem or answering my questions. The system works flawlessly. I would recommend the ISN to any inspector whether its a one man shop or multi-inspector business.

Cons

I really struggle to find anything I least like about ISN. I have been a home inspector for 27years and 25 of those years I have been self employed. I have been a customer of ISN for the last 10 years or so.
