Automates so much of what I do. Reminders to clients, realtors, inspectors. Automates payments, clients can even schedule some of their own inspections **Pros:** Always prompt and helpful customer support. In the taste \[sensitive content hidden\] that the rep doesn’t know the answer, they find the answer and get back to me **Cons:** I’ve had some issues with SMS usage and mass email usage…. still looking for a work around for that. " **Overall:** Loving the way the inspection reports and organization is held, the value for money and the way that payment is collected through the automated system and secure processing. It’s just great. **Pros:** The whole combination of security and customer support on our reports it’s just flawless, i will call it excellent. **Cons:** The amount of bugs and issues that have been presented along the way, having to redirect myself to support taking my time of work has been discouraging.
