I have a love hate relationship with ISN.

Pros

I like how seamless it is, and how it's basically your secretary. Easy to use.

Cons

There's NO APP! So working with ISN on your mobile device is like reading in a foreign language. Its a bit expensive. They charge you per inspection as opposed to monthly.

Cons

Flexibility adds complexity but once you get it you get it. Not crazy about the Porch acquisition.

I am so impressed with the customer support I have received from everyone from ISN. A special shout out to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] for continuing to help me out on a Sunday evening! I certainly did not expect our chat to continue that late. (and to mention it was super bowl Sunday!)

automatic emails for scheduling, and the ability to customize them. The support team is the best ive ever seen anywhere

Cons

some little things that aren't fully described for usage instructions like setting up inspection times. areas to toggle notification settings. I would have like to have gotten a tax reminder for my invoices I first created. I ended up sending a couple invoices out without the tax included

Only one is above BUT pretty big deal!

Pros

We utilize ISN between ACC to clients. Reports are stored and retrieved as needed. Automatic email sending to get agreement signature and reminders of time to all. Texts sent and received (Would like to not have to go online to reply though). Almost set and forget.

Cons

My reports are viewed on SOME reports before payment. Been happening off/on for years. A trusted Realtor told me he read the report with job still not paid. Crew worked on for a day or so and closed the order..too bad for me I guess.

Some of the add on services are disliked by customers. Lead generation tactics by some of these companies can be annoying to some.

I think overall ISN software is awesome!

Pros

Helps me streamline the process of setting up inspections and communicating with all parties involved in the inspection ie, realtors, buyers, sellers and listing agents. Make my job easier.

Cons

I need to create better custom reports to help balance my bank statement at the end of the month. I'm going to work on that. eventually I would like to transfer client data and payment information directly into my quickbooks. Need to figure out how to do that to save me time there so I can grow our business.

### "Easy to Use Scheduling Software"

All in all I find this software very useful. I can run searches, send out mailings and organize lists for a number of uses. Retrieval of old orders is excellent. I have been using ISN for 7 years and feel it is an excellent scheduling software for our business.

Pros

I like that when I schedule an appt. it drops a tile on the calendar so I can visually track in calendar view where everyone is at a given day and time.

Cons

The notes area is not forgiving at all. No way to clean up errors or plans that have changed since original order was placed. Some of our notes go on for "days" it seems because all old notes that no longer apply cannot be removed. It makes it hard or impractical sometime for the inspectors to ready through the notes until they hit what really applies now....way at the bottom. Please allow us to delete notes!

Overall once I have made my way to the correct person the service has been incredible. The higher tier techs know how to get things done and go above and beyond. I do think there could be a little work with the first response individuals. As a consumer, I have felt like they weren't reading or understanding my issues. A few kind of blew it off rather than conveying the pertinant info. But once things were elevated they have been resolved amazingly quick. Now I have a much better understanding of how your help center works and I feel confident that things will continue to go smoothly. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] have both been AMAZING !

Pros

Overall the ease of deployment has been great. As with any new business and software it does take time to work out all the kinks. Our trainer, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was fantastic. Got us up to speed on the system within one hour and sent us a complete wrap up. I like the presentation of all the settings. It is easy to navigate . Scheduling appointments is a cinch. Still so much to learn to be able to use all of the functionality of the system but in just 1 week we have made so much headway.

Cons

Some of the fields seem to overlap and if you fix something in what you may think is the obvious place it can still be buried away. Other than that its pretty great.

My husband, the owner and inspector has been using ISN for about 5 years at his previous employer so it was the obvious choice. We briefly looked at other systems but ISN's integration with Home Gauge and ease of use made it the best choice for us

Pros

Keeps a record of every inspection I’ve completed.

Cons

I don’t like being charged an additional $20/month to have access to SMS messaging services. I feel what I pay/year should cover anything/everything that is required for scheduling inspections.

Pros

I think the data base stored here is the most impactful. It helps keep our team on top of what are clients and realtors are doing. It was fairly easy to implement and the information stored is critical to our business.

Cons

I think the online scheduler could be improved. It is not the most user friendly for clients.

I have used other software to try to run my business, ISN made it simple, everything is right there.

Cons

It has to many options and I believe most people will only us 20% of what is available. That is not a bad thing, it just that the software can do so much that the average person will never know about or try.

Each time I ask a question or have an idea to change the view of my calendar, emails, invoicing, etc, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]has been extremely effective, efficient and the most helpful to my lack of tech savy abilities! Having access to him allows our company to use the services provided to max capacity. I am still learning on new ways to make things run quicker with this program, so I truly appreciate him and all his time assisting me in cleaning up and perfecting the tools in this back office.

customer care- all agents I have had in the que have been helpful, wonderful, supportive, respectful and nice!

Cons

a quote template option vs only "invoice" to be sent out. Our customers that ask for a quote have to be published as an open invoice to do so

Very satisfied with this software even though we only use certain features.

Pros

We use ISN to schedule home inspections and collect payments and inspection agreements. Being able to collect credit card payments online has greatly reduced our receivables and turnaround time on payments. We don't use the report writing features; we are required to use a different software by our corporate office.

Cons

The software was relatively easy to set up, but I have a software background. It could be a little more difficult without that background. ISN support was very helpful and responsive to our questions and unique situations.
