Owner Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "ISN Review - 3 months in" December 7, 2021 5.0 Pros There are lots of good things I've noticed about the program. I could talk about the ease of integration with my other software, the integration with my payments, templates, etc....but the fact that it integrates like I expected it to is what I feel I'm paying for. The most useful and unexpected benefit up to this point is the Customer Service Team. These guys and gals are amazing. I feel like I bug them for something each week and they have handled each question/request gracefully and quickly. The software works like it should, these people are the selling point by far. Over and over again they have proven their worth and I couldn't be in better hands. Cons The interface on the program itself is just now getting easier to use. I can tell it was an old interface not long ago but it's moving in the right direction. The app needs some work. It doesn't do much yet and you can't edit things you feel you should be able to. I'm sure it'll get there. The most frustrating item, therefore my biggest issue, is the calendar function. I guess I expected it to work like Google's; easy to create/edit...nope. It's a genuine pain. I wish I could create appointments in my other program and bring them over. Maybe someday... I am still learning it, but I appreciate the effort that went into building a useful product. Pros I like that this software allows me to manage myself and 3 other inspectors time efficiently. The features were a bit tough when I first started out. This was expected since it was new to me and little did I know how much the software could accomplish. Luckily, the support team at ISN helped me get on the right track. I also appreciate how they have been there for me when I have had additional questions or concerns. Cons Since we schedule multiple vendors and and inspectors, I would like a way to easily identify when ancillary services are scheduled and home access is granted. Basically a check box that we can click once (in my case), termite is set up and we have a CBS code. By checking the boxes, the calendar view could maybe place a border or check mark on the upcoming inspection. Pros There are a ton of useful features in this software. Cons There are many bugs lingering. Often completed reports are sent randomly to other clients. More often, the agreements sent are incorrect. Meaning a residential client getting a commercial agreement. CEO Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Good value" November 25, 2021 4.0 Its been positive over the many years that I've been a client Pros I have really enjoyed the automated features built in to the ISN, from collecting signatures to collecting payments to long term storage of reports. Cons I am not happy with the decision of phasing out the Box calendar since the other 2 calendars (the 'Agenda' and the 'Scheduling' calendars) don't work for me at all. In fact, if that calendar gets phased out entirely (it's already a pain having to now load my own cover photos onto the platform when it used to happen automatically) I will be forced to go elsewhere for my scheduling needs.
