ISN keeps everything organized. I cannot even imagine conducting this business without it.

Pros

I like everything about this application, especially the automated payments and communication. Is has so many optional features and expands with your needs. It also integrates very well with other software for seamless and powerful productivity.

Cons

I would prefer that when multiple reports are uploaded they default to the "public" setting.

### "ISN is great for inspectors"

Overall I enjoy the software. Some learning still to do and some improvements still needing to be made in the software to make it more use friendly. It simply has a ton of features but many that I don't use or don't really know how to use.

Pros

ISN has been a great addition to our business. I like the automation aspect it brings to scheduling and customer follow-up.

Cons

I feel tutorials on the various items in the software would be very helpful. I'd also like to see multiple options for charges by square footage. I'd like to set some types of inspections to be charged a fee based on a range of square footage (i.e., $200 for 1500sf) as well as being able to setup another type of inspection that might be charged just by square footage (i.e., Warehouses get charge $0.10 per square foot). As it is now, I have to calculate a range and can't that level of drill down while having another calculation method. It's manageable but at the time it can be better.

Absolutely Excellent! Best support team I have ever encountered.

Pros

Flexibility, ease of use, on-line scheduler, tracking & reports mechanisms. Mostly the support. This team is one of the best I have ever worked with in the last 40 yrs.

Cons

Have not found anything yet. Given a few more years I may find something, but so far, nothing negative at all.

### "Great features, huge price tag"

The fact that the price basically doubled this year is completely disgusting. The excuse was they need to hire more people to take care of things. I'm currently in the process of changing software.

Pros

Ease of use, great reporting, price WAS reasonable before 2021.

Cons

The massive price increase that added about $1500 to my operating costs. Yikes.

Using ISN has just made scheduling the best, I recommend this software for all users especially business inclined

Pros

The best of the features which make me love ISN is because of the level of communication in the software that is it uses automated email and text remainders making sure customers get prepared ahead of Time

Cons

Using ISN all this while, I haven't come across any drawbacks in ISN

Pros

One you have the data installed in the system, it pretty much does it all and automatically.

Cons

It has taken me personally longer to learn it that others in our office, but that's likely due to them using it more than I do.

I waited over 5 years to try this out. Wish i would have done it sooner. ISN frees up many hours of manual crap such as emails, follow up, thank you messages, etc. Solid program.

Cons

The mobile phone app could use some work.

### "Great scheduling software"

Excellent software that helped professionalize my business. A little rough setting everything up and they didn't respond well to criticism of things that weren't working well.

Pros

Controls scheduling for home inspectors, allows call center to easily price inspections, schedule appointments while considering availability. Includes maps, time released automatic emails, suggests various types of emails to send. Allows for getting pre-inspection agreements signed. Able to accept credit card payments online.

Cons

Doesn't allow for setting up inspection durations with ancillary services. The software allows for setting up parameters for the basic home inspection duration, but when adding on various additional services it doesn't allow for a way to set up additional time required to perform those services. Map service changed from Google Maps to another service and the new service doesn't allow for moving the map to be able to see the major nearby roads.

Reliable easy to use tool.

Pros

Easy to set up and use. The setup is simple.

Cons

The realtor database can be hard to use. Realtors change agencies a lot. They change email and numbers. They have multiple emails and numbers. Emails, in particular, can be difficult to change When a realtor is part of an agency, a team, and has a side hustle it can be difficult to get ISN to identify them correctly. The calendar is not the most user friendly tool.

My experience has been good so far! When I first started using ISN the customer service was really helpful to me with navigating through the program.

Pros

Fairly easy to use once you know where everything is.

Cons

That if I hover over unknown icons, a pop up of what the icon is doesn’t show. Duplicate client and agents can easily be made.

Pros

Easy to organize inspections. Large choice of pre-made email templates.

Cons

Not able to add multiple inspections to the same customers file without adding as attachments. Access to pre-made email templates could be a little easier to find. Wish that the texting option could be added to my phone plan instead of paying an extra fee for the service.
