No other CRM that I've come across comes close to filling the inspection industry's needs. Countless reports give us insight into every part of our business, schedule management allows us to see where each employee is, and the database of clients and referral partners gives us the ability to maximize relationships. The support team is very responsive and helpful, and always open to feedback on how things can be improved. Cons It is a learning curve to be able to take advantage of everything the system can do. You can expect to have many conversations with support when trying to figure out how to do something. Scheduling, reporting, customer emails and more! Overall, ISN is robust and their staff is available to help when we need it. They are always coming out with improvements, which is great! I think the mobile version could be improved to help take payments quicker when onsite. Pros I love how user friendly ISN is! Scheduling is easy and managing our calendar is a breeze! November 18, 2021 5.0 Pros Ease of use, from day 1 I have been able to navigate this program and it’s features with ease. The customer service is also fantastic. Anytime I have had an issue, I am contacted back in a timely manner and they have always gone out of their way to assist me. Cons I do think the iPhone “app” compatibility could be better. I do the majority of work on a desktop, but I will the app was a bit better. I much prefer a zoom session or even a telephone call. This would be my biggest con. I hate chat. Talk to me in person. Pros Right now I am just getting started with ISN, so it is not totally fair for me to give an in-depth review. In time I can see the great value this software will be to my business helping me to save time and money in the long run. I will let you know more in a few months. Cons There are so many features that it is overwhelming when you start trying to use the software. The training was great, but can't even touch all that is involved in using the basics of what is available. I know I am going to need more training before I can trust using this system.
