I think there are many benefits that any organisation can get from this software such, as quick assistance and helping the workforce issues regarding any features in this software. May be there are other benefits which a fast growing organisation can utilize them with full authority.

Pros

The Functionality and Quality of this software is great. The assistance and workforce support from this software and the CEIPAL Workforce team hepled to solve the issues faced by the clients.

Cons

The team viewer accessibilty to this software. I think the above mentioned is the only issue we had faced while solving the work force issues.
