When I first started using the program, I was able to catch on very quickly. I like that you can move quickly from screen to screen, which is great when working in a fast-paced environment like an urgent care office. Cons There is nothing that I dislike about this program. I find it easy to use, and it makes my job easy! Very helpful at first I thought it would be difficult but not at all within my first few days of training with this product I was able to catch on immediately . Where my colleagues were very impressed . With this software I feel its very helpful in this field because it allows you to save time from using too much paperwork. It allows for so much to get done within a short amount of time . Helps with flow of office . Cons I am new to using this product , I haven't encountered anything I don't like about it right now. Cons The software takes an inordinate amount of time to load between patients. Almost anything you can come up with that you need is usually found in a report that is already built. Cons Sometimes you come in and there are changes to PV without having been notified. They answer the phone when calling in with a problem and are always will to help, and if they can't fix the problem right away, they will call you back or email once a solution is found. Most of all, they respond quickly! I feel that this is one of the most important components when choosing EMR/PM software, along with costs. Keeping them down as much as possible is important, too. Cons It's not compatible with current electronic devices. It doesn't happen frequently, but sometimes, we don't receive return calls by their billing department on important questions. September 15, 2016 4.5 Pros Customer service and quickness have been great. I like the portability of it and being able to access from anywhere. It suits the needs of any urgent care practice well. I have used this software in many clinics with different cliental and have never had any major issues in it. Scrolling visits is easy and very helpful. Cons glitches and updates. I really wish that the labs flowed into the charts a little easier and clearer. I would like telephone notes to be easily made instead of multiple clicks. Review Source TJ Tracey J. It is easy to learn and use. Even the old school doctors who liked to dictate find it easier to use than other EMRs. Cons I don't have any complaints at this time.
