Pros

I like that the product is very easy to navigate. When I first started using the program, I was able to catch on very quickly. I like that you can move quickly from screen to screen, which is great when working in a fast-paced environment like an urgent care office.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about this program. I find it easy to use, and it makes my job easy!

Pros

I feel it is very easy to navigate . Very helpful at first I thought it would be difficult but not at all within my first few days of training with this product I was able to catch on immediately . Where my colleagues were very impressed . With this software I feel its very helpful in this field because it allows you to save time from using too much paperwork. It allows for so much to get done within a short amount of time . Helps with flow of office .

Cons

I am new to using this product , I haven't encountered anything I don't like about it right now.

Pros

The software allows our providers to accurately document the patient exam and any procedures in a timely manner. The support we receive is exceptional.

Cons

The software takes an inordinate amount of time to load between patients. When we need something to be changed for our office purposes, it is sent to development, and we usually don't hear about it ever again.

Pros

The billing and reports are the most fantastic that I have worked with. They are very detailed. Almost anything you can come up with that you need is usually found in a report that is already built.

Cons

Sometimes you come in and there are changes to PV without having been notified. It always seems to cause issues for about a week after an update is done.

Pros

I am able to store information on companies to help with future billing. They answer the phone when calling in with a problem and are always will to help, and if they can't fix the problem right away, they will call you back or email once a solution is found.

Cons

The system has glitches, but all systems do, and we have learned to work around them.

Support is always warm, friendly, and helpful in addressing issues. Most of all, they respond quickly! I feel that this is one of the most important components when choosing EMR/PM software, along with costs. Keeping them down as much as possible is important, too.

Cons

Sometimes, the updates create problems with our computers.

The PV team is always willing and able to assist with any of our needs. They are also very kind, professional, and patient with our needs.

Cons

It's not compatible with current electronic devices. It doesn't happen frequently, but sometimes, we don't receive return calls by their billing department on important questions.

Pros

Customer service and quickness have been great. I like the portability of it and being able to access from anywhere. It suits the needs of any urgent care practice well. I have used this software in many clinics with different cliental and have never had any major issues in it. Scrolling visits is easy and very helpful.

Cons

glitches and updates. I really wish that the labs flowed into the charts a little easier and clearer. I would like telephone notes to be easily made instead of multiple clicks.

Pros

It is made specifically for urgent care settings. The staff is always there to help you if needed! It is easy to learn and use. Even the old school doctors who liked to dictate find it easier to use than other EMRs.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at this time. I can get all my questions answered at the drop of a hat!

I find that the prompts for documentation are easy to navigate through and easy to understand. I love the fact that when you call tech support on any software issues or questions, they are always accessible, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I would like there to be training modules for the nursing staff on how to check in a patient and complete procedures such as injections, IV's, medications and labs. I would also like to have a training account that we could log in to use to train new employees.

I have worked with several different vendors and have found that Practice Velocity by far exceeds all of vendors for customer service.

Cons

The overall look is a little overwhelming at first, but once you realize how well it is laid out, you soon realize that it's a very easy product to navigate.

Cons

It doesn't always have appropriate selections for common problems. It collects information not usually relevant to urgent care practice. It's not always user-friendly in presenting the most relevant information.

It's easy to use and has great customer support.

Cons

When there are system crashes and PV is notified of the issue, there does not seem to be time limits on how soon it will be fixed. Usually, it's just a waiting game, but there haven't been any recent over-the-top wait times.

Everyone I talk to is so helpful and nice. They will stay on the phone as long as it takes for you to understand or fix the problem. I love the billing customer service. It's a great team.

Cons

There are still some kinks in the program, but they are getting them worked out.

Cons

I feel that there is a huge delay in the spelling, and it needs to have a spellcheck. I feel that I constantly have to backspace because it will catch up to me, and then there are too many letters.
