So far customer support didn't disappoint and always provided swift and good answers/solutions. Overall good value for the money. **Pros:** It is a very powerfull solution touching almost every corner of product management. Integrations with engineering tools like Azure DevOps help keeping track with delivery without the need to recreate everything in AHA! again. Ideas portal provide a nice way of customer interaction, same as options to publish roadmaps in dedicated views. The newly introduced AI capabilities help a lot and drive efficiency. **Cons:** Public publishing options in presentations feel a bit clumsy and it takes a while to set up a ll necessary templates and themes. Sometimes nesting of items is limited (e.g. rolling up objectives at same level, or creating Epics of Epics). Becky W.
