We are even taking their onboarding process to heart as we design our own. Pros We are just getting started with Aha but I already know that it will serve all of our needs in making our pipeline and ideas for improvement more transparent across the organization. And we've been overwhelmed with the quality and availability of the support. It's very obvious that they are dedicated to customer success. Cons There's a learning curve which we are going through in how to organize our setup. It's not necessarily a negative (life is complex) but it requires careful thought before implementing. The ideas portal and Aha! scorecard are also unique features that make it easy to generate and prioritize stories. Lastly, the JIRA integration is great! Cons As a product owner, I would have liked to stick to one software for both planning as well as running scrum. Aha! allows for the first but for execution, I am compelled to use JIRA, although with integration with JIRA. I would like Aha! to also provide scrum running capacity. Reason for choosing Aha! Never felt like we were being sold, they were always ready to answer our questions. They knew what they were talking about. Pros Great solution and makes the product management function easier The Jira integration is very very easy to setup The worksheet and the ability to add a finance component to the prioritization Cons It feels a little feature rich and can get a little confusing Setup is a little cumbersome Reason for choosing Aha! The other product wasn't hardcore product management focused so I didn't choose it. Plus their CEO didn't respond to my note to him like Aha's did. Aha! is great by default, but it also offers a number of customizations to cover lots of scenarios. For us, Aha! works very well for PMs, engineers, support and UX people. Pros Great customer support team! Always gets back to me within a few hours. Software is extremely customizable. It was difficult for me to find a tool that consolidated my numerous spreadsheets and powerpoint documents into something that was manageable and useful. Then I found Aha! I was extremely impressed with how Aha! allows you to link company strategies, personas and market knowledge to the products you are building and managing. I haven't seen anything like it. I am also able to share documents with our executive leadership team without having to reorganize or reformat - this took so much time before! I am truly impressed and excited for what they add on in the future. Cons Although the set up was relatively easy, it took some time for me to identify HOW I wanted to view my products and tasks. Before Aha! we tried to "manage" our feature backlogs in spreadsheets. But with multiple product owners, it was a nightmare to build and maintain a consolidated roadmap, much less track cross-product feature dependencies and customer commits. Not only does Aha! give us an always up-to-date consolidated roadmap view, it's a great collaborative environment that really helps coordinate the efforts of multiple product owners to link high-level strategy directly to product plans. The software can be tailored to fit a variety of needs, looks good, and is easy to use. Pros The reporting engine and the presentations. This tool should give us the capability to grow to some scale. Pros This tool offers a coherent platform that can interlock product portfolio management with program and project management tools of all types - agile, waterfall, hybrid. Cons the templates for market information are hard to save & create Reason for choosing Aha! We chose Aha! over our CRM or other options because it was pretty easy to setup & track information.
