You have to pay a monthly fee plus they take a commission from every payment a client makes through the system which gets VERY expensive. Also you have to pay extra for everything eg text reminders, customised app... The basic app can still be used without an extra charge but it's ugly and not customisable. **Reasons for Choosing PTminder:** Based on the pricing structure, when you look at the website, I thought this would be cheaper with all the functionality I needed.
