Based on other buyer's searches, these are the products that could be a good fit for you.
Reviewers highlight Zoom Workplace's video conferencing capabilities, praising its high-quality audio and video, screen sharing, and file sharing features. They find the chat and whiteboard functionalities particularly useful for interactive sessions, webinars, and remote work. The platform's ability to maintain clear communication even in large meetings ensures that users can conduct professional and educational activities effectively.
Users find Zoom Workplace's video call features, such as HD video quality and the ability to record meetings, very useful for both personal and professional communication. However, they also report issues like audio and video disturbances, connection problems, and the complexity of setting up video calls. These challenges can affect the overall experience, especially when dealing with large group calls or poor internet connections.
Pros
I like Zoom Meetings because of the great user experience. It's easy to navigate, there are always available meeting times, it's super intuitive.
It gets the job done and is the best solution that we have at the time being. However, may the lords help you if you do not have good internet.
I appreciate the free account option for those not fortunate enough to have a paid account. Once in, it's pretty easy to use & nice support features.
It's easy to use, intuitive, integrates with everything I need, good support teams, plus the Breakout Rooms capability is awesome.
Cons
The quality of videos, and microphone, sometimes it gets really bad when you're in a class or you're giving a class because this can distract the student and them could misunderstand the class.
This software does glitch sometimes which sucks in the middle of a lecture when you miss information.
What I dislike is that when you first sign on to a meeting you are not connected to the audio, so if the person on the other end tries to talk to you, you feel awkward and have to explain.
I find the updates frustrating sometimes because there is no warning and as a result, I can't get into my meetings.

"Click & Join "
Overall: Started using Zoom before Covid, and it's always been easy and seamless. We use it for internal calls, for client calls, for recurring standing meetings, and more. The AI transcripts are so helpful. We also use it occasionally for webinars. When a meeting has a Zoom link I know I can just click & join.
Pros: Meetings are seamless with Zoom - we've never had an issue with someone not being able to join, like it often happens with Teams, Meet, and other platforms. It's simple, intuitive, and platform-agnostic.
Cons: There's nothing I don't like. It simply works.
"Zoom is great for businesses "
Overall: Zoom is very easy to use. One of my favorite features is waiting room feature and admitting others. Zoom has good settings to control the meeting flow including pop up polls.
Pros: I like that you can mute others when you are the host.
Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like about zoom, we use it primary for external meeting.
"Good Platform, though not always reliable. "
Overall: I used it for a variety of meetings with clients and as a platform for workshops and courses over a couple of years. It felt easier to use early and and a they have grown I seemed to experience more technical issues, which seems strange.
Pros: It’s a great space to host meetings in a secure environment. I also appreciated the recording feature in which important meetings and webinars could be shared again and again.
Cons: For me I had connection issues, so this is a reason I discontinued my subscription. So it didn’t feel reliable, especially when the price tag is higher than other similar platforms
"Zoom makes my world truly connected!"
Overall: An amazing tool that allows me to connect with others all over the world.
Pros: I love that I can have virtual meetings with my family and clients all over the world. Makes my world truly connected.
Cons: On a few occasions, I have experienced technical difficulties like others not hearing me on the Zoom call even when the audio test shows that the microphone is working. Hasn't happened often but when it does it can be frustrating.
"Zoom videoconferencing with all the bells and whistles"
Overall: Good especially for teams and workgroups.
Pros: The most well known video conferencing program in the right place at the right time with the Covid pandemic. It was a secure way to do telemedicine. The new work suite now offers document and scheduling collaboration.
Cons: For telemedicine, during the pandemic, multiple security changes made it difficult for non tech patients to connect with. Also our zoom work account always displays the business name and not the employee name.
