### "Zoom Just Works! That’s Why We Keep Using It"

July 19, 2026

4.0

Overall, Zoom Workplace has been reliable and easy to support. It does what we need it to do, especially for video calls, screen sharing, and meetings with people outside the organization. Most users are already familiar with it, which cuts down on training and support requests. The meeting experience is generally consistent, although we occasionally run into the usual microphone, camera, or permission issues. Customer support and the available documentation are helpful, but troubleshooting some account or licensing problems can take more time than expected. It provides good value if your organization actively uses the meeting and collaboration features. If you only need basic video conferencing, though, the full platform can feel like more than you actually need.

Pros

Zoom is easy to use and most people already know how to join a meeting without needing much help. The video and audio quality are usually solid, screen sharing works well, and scheduling meetings is straightforward. It works across different devices and makes it easy to collaborate with both internal employees and outside clients.

Cons

The application has become more cluttered as additional features have been added. Some of the newer collaboration tools feel unnecessary if you mainly use Zoom for meetings, and finding certain settings can take longer than it should. Updates also seem to happen frequently and occasionally cause minor audio, camera, or sign-in issues.

Reason for choosing Zoom Workplace

Zoom was already widely recognized, and most employees and clients knew how to use it without much explanation. It also made external meetings easier because people could join from almost any device without being part of our Microsoft 365 environment. Microsoft Teams works well internally, but Zoom provided a simpler and more consistent experience when meeting with outside clients.

### "Zoom Workplace a great webconference and more to run a private practice."

August 7, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been pleasant, and Zoom Workplace has not disappointed me over the years I have used it in my practice. I hope it continues to make Zoom better, as it already has.

Pros

I love Zoom Workplace as a private practice therapist, not only as a place to meet with my clients in a HIPAA-secure environment, but also for the many features that make my job easier. The AI incorporated to review session summaries and meetings works well, connected to my work applications.

Cons

The only real con for me is that, with so many features, it can sometimes be confusing to do a simple task.

### " Every day space tool for enterprise"

July 29, 2026

3.0

Overall, my experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. It has become more than just a video meeting application because it combines communication, collaboration, and productivity tools into a single platform. I regularly use it for team meetings, screen sharing, project discussions, and quick chats, and it has been reliable throughout daily work. The AI Companion has been one of the most valuable additions because it generates meeting summaries, identifies follow-up tasks, and helps keep projects moving without requiring someone to manually record every discussion. The interface is generally easy to navigate, performance has been stable, and video calls have remained clear even during longer meetings. Although there are occasional bugs and some premium features require higher-priced plans, the overall value for money has been worth it for my workflow, and I would recommend it to teams that collaborate remotely on a regular basis.

Pros

Zoom Workplace has become one of the two tools my team uses almost every day because it brings meetings, chat, file sharing, and scheduling together in one place. The video quality has been consistently good, even when several people are sharing their screens at the same time. I also like the AI Companion features that automatically summarize meetings, create action items, and highlight important decisions. That saves me from taking detailed notes and makes it much easier to catch up if I miss part of a discussion. The interface is clean and easy to learn, so new team members can start using it quickly. Team collaboration feels smooth because chat, meetings, and document sharing are connected instead of being spread across different apps. Overall, it has improved productivity and reduced the amount of time spent organizing meetings and following up afterward.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is that some of the newer features make the application feel more crowded than it used to be. There are many menus and options, so finding a specific setting can sometimes take longer than expected. While the AI features are useful, the meeting summaries occasionally miss small but important details or misunderstand technical discussions, so I still review the notes before sharing them with my team. I have also experienced occasional bugs, such as delayed notifications or brief audio issues after waking my laptop from sleep, although restarting the meeting usually fixes the problem. Customer support has been helpful when I needed assistance, but response times have varied depending on the issue. Pricing is reasonable for business use, but smaller teams may find some advanced collaboration features available only in higher-tier plans.

### "Best Video Platform for Online Teaching"

June 20, 2026

5.0

I have been using Zoom 6 days a week for 6 years now with thousands of kids. I love that it allows me to teach online and is user friendly enough that the kids learn to navigate it relatively easily as well. I have 3 year olds that can successfully use Zoom for online classes!

Pros

It’s is one of the only video platforms that you can share your sound without having to share your video simultaneously. I love the spotlight for feature for being able to make myself the “big screen” for my students or I can also spotlight them for their classmates to see! It’s amazing for teaching online.

Cons

I wish the recorded video quality was better. Once you download it, it’s not as good as it was live.

### "Reliable and Professional for Work Meetings"

July 29, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. I mainly used it for work meetings and interviews, and it always performed well. The video and audio quality were stable, and the platform helped me stay productive, especially while I was abroad. The virtual background feature and screen sharing tools made meetings more professional and efficient. Although the free version has some limitations, I think the paid version offers good value for professional use, and I would recommend Zoom Workplace to anyone looking for a reliable video conferencing platform.

Pros

I used Zoom Workplace several times for work meetings, especially when I was abroad. It always provided a smooth and stable connection, making communication easy. One feature I really appreciated was the ability to customize the background. I could choose from the built-in virtual backgrounds or upload my own image, which helped create a more professional environment during meetings and interviews. I also found the screen sharing feature very useful for presenting documents, graphics, and other content directly from my computer. Overall, the platform was easy to use and made team collaboration simple and effective.

Cons

I used both the free and the paid versions of Zoom Workplace. The main drawback of the free version is the time limit for group meetings, as everyone has to leave and reconnect once the session ends. This can interrupt the flow of the conversation. Other than that, I didn't experience any significant bugs or technical issues, and the platform was reliable during my use.

I liked its stable video calls, easy screen sharing, and the ability to use virtual backgrounds or upload my own images, which helped create a more professional appearance during meetings.

### "Reliable, Easy-to-Use Platform for Workplace Collaboration"

August 16, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. It is reliable, easy to use, and makes it simple to communicate and collaborate with colleagues regardless of location. Meetings are easy to schedule and join, and the combination of video conferencing, screen sharing, chat, and collaboration tools makes it a practical solution for everyday business use.

Pros

I liked how easy Zoom Workplace is to use and how reliably it brings meetings, chat, screen sharing, and collaboration tools together in one place. The interface is familiar, joining meetings is simple, and features like screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, and virtual backgrounds make it useful for both everyday meetings and larger presentations.

Cons

The main drawback is that Zoom Workplace can sometimes feel crowded because so many features are built into one platform. Some settings and newer tools are not always easy to find, and occasional interface changes can make familiar features harder to locate. Overall, though, these are relatively minor issues compared with the platform’s reliability and ease of use.

Reason for choosing Zoom Workplace

Zoom Workplace was the best fit because of its reliability, ease of use, and widespread familiarity. ### "Great for meetings and multiple groups"

July 27, 2026

5.0

Ever since we started using it, we have had more meetings and collaboration amongst managers and require less time to drive to each other because we are all about an hour form each other.

Pros

I like being able to set up meetings across our physical therapy practice. we have 4 clinics and we have meetings with the managers every 2 weeks. The video quality is usually good. I like being able to type also and not just rely on voice.

Cons

Sometimes when logging in the sound or video doesn't work. Not sure if that's a bug or if it is more of a hardware issue with the computer. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it.

### "Classic for a Reason"

March 1, 2026

5.0

Considering all of the video conferencing software out there, Zoom has been my preferred platform for years because of its ease of use—for both myself and call attendees—and because it doesn't overload my computer like other platforms have.

Pros

I like that call attendees don't need a Zoom account or even to download the app on their device in order to join a call. Screen sharing, including with sound, is really easy, and I like that the Mac app allows for me to move the call window around over the top of whatever I'm sharing so I can organize my screen in a way that works well for me. The whiteboard feature is also really handy. And I like that when I record calls, I can simply share a link to the replay page without having to upload the file to YouTube or another platform for viewing.

Cons

The initial storage for call recordings is quite limited, and considering the lowest yearly business license is not particularly cheap, I end up having to download recordings I want to keep and then save the Zoom storage for the few calls I want to have available for sharing the replay link. The settings pages are also incredibly convoluted and are seemingly often reorganized, so it can be difficult to access what you need, especially when scheduling workshop calls in advance.

### "Zoom Workplace: Essential to the Everyday Grad Student "

January 4, 2026

4.0

I use Zoom Workspace every single week, multiple times a week. I like how easy it is to invite people to meetings through the integration of the outlook calendar invite creation that generates an email with all the details of the meeting, its link and tracks who accepts or not. I like the technical and customer support from the Zoom Workplace team when it comes to correcting profile information. This software allows for massive levels of collaboration and accessibility for a great price.

Pros

I like the massive scale that Zoom Workplace can operate at. I recently used it for my academic conference, which required having multiple video calls ranging from 10-300 participants simultaneously, and had limited technological issues

Cons

The bugs that we did encounter included the actual presentation tools, such as sharing the screen, which could become significantly lagged or the sharing of multimedia through the call present audio issues for some participants

### "Zoom is a solid tool for business!"

March 18, 2026

5.0

Great experience with solid customer support! We spent countless hours on the Zoom meeting platform, and it was a Godsend in the covid world, and post-covid world where so many calls and meetings have gone virtual.

Pros

My team used Zoom workplace for over 6 years with my real estate team every single week for team meetings, plus various other meetings for recording online trainings, virtual client meetings, and more. It's super easy to setup recurring meetings, share the meeting details, and manage past recording files, and more. The customer support was solid.

Cons

It wasn't super easy to sync the invite link into our Google Calendar, so we would just put the info inside the calendar invite notes.

### "Easy to Use "

April 17, 2026

5.0

It is great! I have one Zoom link that I use for every session and I am able to implement additional security features as needed, which is very important as a therapist.

Pros

I really appreciate the affordability and ease of use related to the features I need for my business. I have never experienced a bug or any issue in connectivity as it relates to Zoom's platform, unless someone is located in a place with poor wifi. The video quality is great and it works perfectly for my needs, being a HIPAA compliant provider.

Cons

I would prefer that the appointment reminders were connected without having to pay extra, but it isn't a big deal for me as I use an external appointment reminder system.

### "Zoom is amazing"

April 8, 2026

5.0

When working in corporate world, I used it every day, multiple times a day, both for ad hoc calls, and meetings. Very user friendly very easy to use.

Pros

\* Easy to make internal calls. \* Easy to send call invites to external users \* Great for Sharon your screen, and choosing what to share \* You can blur your background (some people should learn to blur their unmade bed when working from home), or select any background you want. \* lots of fun features to change your appearance \* Unlike Teams, very easy to install and use from phone.

Cons

\* You cannot just call someone external. You need to email them the link, and as to join (via email or phone) \* Not easy to give someone control of your screen I would prefer a better way of telling me that my camera is on.

### "My Go-To Platform for Virtual Meetings"

June 2, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been extremely positive. I've used it daily for several years to conduct interviews, host client meetings, collaborate with remote teams, and record important conversations. The platform is dependable, easy to use, and has evolved well to support modern hybrid and remote work environments. Features like AI-generated meeting notes and transcripts have helped improve productivity and reduce administrative work. Overall, Zoom remains one of the most valuable business tools I use on a daily basis.

Pros

Zoom has become my go-to platform for both internal collaboration and external client meetings. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, and features like AI meeting summaries, transcripts, screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording save me a significant amount of time each week. As a recruiter, I spend a large portion of my day conducting interviews, and Zoom makes scheduling, hosting, and documenting those conversations simple. The platform is intuitive for both technical and non-technical users, which helps reduce friction when meeting with candidates and clients.

Cons

While Zoom has continued to add useful features, some of the newer AI and collaboration tools can be difficult to navigate at first because they are spread across different areas of the platform. Pricing can also become expensive as additional licenses and premium features are added. Occasionally, software updates change settings or user interfaces, which creates a small learning curve for users who are accustomed to a specific workflow.

### "Convenient for both work and personal meetings"

May 24, 2026

5.0

Overall, Zoom has been really convenient for both work and personal use. I’ve used it for meetings, virtual appointments, training sessions, webinars, and even content planning, and it’s usually very straightforward. I like that it doesn’t take much effort to set up or join calls, especially on busy days when you just need things to work quickly. I really like the remote control feature because it makes troubleshooting and collaboration much easier during meetings

Pros

What I liked most about Zoom is how simple and reliable it is. Joining meetings is quick, the video quality is usually good, and features like screen sharing and recordings make communication much easier... Is an user-friendly app even for people who aren’t very tech-savvy. I really love remote control, it allows one participant to take control of another person’s mouse and keyboard during screen sharing, life saving.

Cons

What I liked least is that the free version has meeting time limits, and sometimes the app can be a little glitchy with audio or connectivity issues. Cloud recording storage can fill up quickly on lower plans

### "Saves the Day..."

May 23, 2026

5.0

Pros

Okay, the Scheduler + calendar integrations are chef's kiss for me. I run webinars, group coaching, and training sessions pretty much every week, and being able to have everything sync up with my calendar without me having to babysit it is huge. I just send a link, people book, it shows up where it needs to, the Zoom link is already attached — done. No double-booking, no "wait what time was that again?" emails. It honestly saves me hours every week. Video quality is also solid and I rarely have anyone complain about lag or weird audio, which when you're teaching live is non-negotiable.

Cons

The mobile app is just… fine. It works, but it's nowhere near as smooth as the desktop experience. If I'm trying to manage a session on the go or quickly check something between meetings, I usually end up frustrated and just waiting until I'm back at my laptop. Wish they'd give the mobile side some real love because as someone who's not always at a desk, that would be a game changer.

### "Zoom over a year of usage"

April 20, 2026

5.0

It is a mature and dependable platform that has become better beyond just video calls into a broader collaboration tool. The core meeting experience is polished and reliable, and features like breakout rooms and whiteboards add real value for teams that need more than just a video feed

Pros

The video and audio quality was consistently strong even on less than ideal network conditions, which made meetings feel reliable rather than something you had to hope would work. The whiteboard and screen sharing tools also stood out — they made collaborative sessions more interactive and kept everyone engaged rather than just passively watching a presentation.

Cons

The desktop app can feel bloated at times with features that aren't always relevant to everyday use. Background noise suppression, while generally decent, occasionally cut out parts of speech in noisier environments which became distracting mid conversation

### "Great Video Meeting Functionality"

April 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoom Workplace has been great, it's a tool that I use multiple times a day. It makes remote work, collaboration with other engineers, and other common workplace tasks extremely easy to perform.

Pros

Zoom Workplace offers some of the most consistent and reliable video calling functionality that I've used. Its audio cleaning is truly impressive and completely eliminates background sounds ranging from barking dogs to lawnmowers. I frequently use it's integration with Google Calendar to ensure that all of my meeting invites automatically have a video call link for people to join from.

Cons

Users who join a call after a chat message has been sent can't see it. It would be great if chat messages sent before users joined could be seen by them as this can often be a way that links and other materials for that call are shared.

### "Zoom - The Go To Video Conferencing Tool"

March 9, 2026

4.0

Zoom has proven to be an incredibly reliable and helpful tool for connecting with partners and colleagues across the globe. The ability to collaboratively work on projects and connect through Zoom makes teamwork a breeze. I plan to continue using Zoom for the foreseeable future and would recommend it to colleagues.

Pros

The simplicity of Zoom Workplace makes it ideal for workplace collaboration and video calling. The user interface is easy to navigate and well-designed and with the general public largely being familiar with how to use Zoom there isn't any barriers when inviting people to calls. I've never experienced any outage issues or major problems regarding access so reliability of Zoom is a big plus. There is also ease of access across the globe, making connecting with partners worldwide pain-free.

Cons

In some instances I've found Zoom to be a bit laggy or choppy, even if you maintain a strong internet connection with stable upload and download speeds. Originally I thought it was my internet service provider, but after validating the speeds I found it was just Zoom lagging especially during larger meetings. When it is a 1:1 meeting or smaller group I haven't encountered these issues, but the choppiness and lag is particularly prominent in larger meetings.

Even with the occasional glitch, it delivers good value for money and has become something I use regularly without thinking twice about it.

Pros

I like how easy Zoom is to use and how reliable it is for video calls. The video conferencing quality is usually very clear, and the layout is simple enough that anyone can join without confusion. It’s convenient for both quick one-on-one calls and larger meetings. The platform also has helpful features like screen sharing and messaging that make work a lot smoother.

Cons

Sometimes the audio or video can glitch, especially if someone’s connection isn’t strong. There are also times when updates slow things down or cause minor bugs. I also feel like some features should be included in the base plan instead of being add-ons.

### "A Trustworthy Data-Driven Team Collaboration Platform"

June 18, 2026

4.0

Zoom Workplace has generally impressed me quite a bit. It is absolutely necessary for our teams' communication, data analysis, and decision-making process. The tool handles everything from basic check-ins to thorough analytics presentations, so bridging the distance between technical teams and corporate stakeholders. Its dependability, simplicity of use, and communication tools have greatly enhanced efficiency and made possible more effective hybrid and remote work settings.

Pros

As a Senior Data Analyst, I found great value in how Zoom Workplace combines meetings, team communication, and cooperation into one setting. Zoom Workplace helps you to clearly explain difficult results, distribute visuals, and real-time cross-functional team work. The system turns data discussions into practical results.

Cons

Though the tool has many features, it can take time to learn some of the more recent cooperative tools. Certain sophisticated features could also need more license, which would raise costs for bigger companies.

February 25, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. It’s evolved from a simple video conferencing tool into a full collaboration hub, and that shift has made day-to-day work smoother and more centralized.

Pros

It’s not just meetings anymore it’s chat, phone, whiteboard, scheduling, docs all connected. That consolidation saves time.

Cons

Now there are more tabs, tools, and options, which is powerful… but sometimes overwhelming if you just need a quick call.
