It is the most part very easy to use Simple and has a lot of features. It can be a great source for so many business deals and connections, especially when people are outside of the state or and other countries. Pros I like that it is an easy to use. Usually when people want to go on a meeting, they call it a zoom meeting. Most people have it and know how to use it more than other types of meetings. Cons There’s always something to approve upon. I believe when you’re in the medium it’s a little bit limited on what you can do as far as using some features including changing your background or your name, it just a little bit bulky. When people are presenting, the writing can be extra small unless you make it zoomed in or part of the large screen. I wish it was a little bit more simpler so you can still see the writing easily. Cons Zoom can sometimes have difficulties relaying video or audio properly, but this rarely happens. I believe the free account meetings should be a minimum of 60 minutes instead of 40 minutes. Pros I like Zoom most for its reliability and ease of joining meetings. The ability to join a call with a single link, and integrate starting Zoom meetings from Outlook, makes meetings start on time and reduces friction for both internal and external participants. Since we use Outlook, I appreciate how Zoom syncs with my calendar and puts a meeting link inside once I add a recipient. Audio and video quality are consistently strong, even with large groups, and features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and virtual backgrounds are intuitive and easy to use. Zoom’s stability during long meetings and its ability to handle varying internet connections make it a dependable tool for both collaboration and presentations. The chat feature is fun to use and I love that I can DM other meeting participants. The recorded transcript makes sure I remember everything discussed in the meeting. Cons I wish my Zoom link would be automatically added once I schedule a meeting in Outlook, instead of whenever I add a recipient. This disrupts my workflow. Zoom can also feel a bit overwhelming at times due to the number of features and settings packed into the interface. Navigating between meetings, chats, and additional tools isn’t always intuitive, and some advanced options are harder to find than they need to be.
