I have mainly used Zoom Workplace for online meetings and communication with colleagues. It provides a convenient way to connect with people remotely, share screens, and discuss work without needing everyone to be in the same location. Overall, it has been a practical tool for regular virtual collaboration.

Pros

Zoom Workplace makes it easy to join and organize online meetings. The interface is familiar, and features such as screen sharing, meeting controls, and chat make it practical for necessary communication with colleagues.

Cons

Large meetings can sometimes feel less streamlined, especially when there are many participants or when several people are sharing content. Some of the additional options can also take time to become familiar with.

Overall, my experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. It’s reliable, easy to use, and makes virtual meetings and remote collaboration convenient. The video quality, screen sharing, and meeting tools work well, although the number of features and settings can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

Pros

The video and audio quality are reliable, and Zoom Workplace makes it easy to schedule, join, and manage virtual meetings. I also like the screen-sharing and collaboration features, which make remote teamwork much more convenient.

Cons

The interface can feel a little cluttered at times, and some features take a while to get familiar with. Meeting notifications and settings can also be somewhat overwhelming, especially for users who only need the basic video-conferencing features.

Pros

The call quality stays good and the app has developed a lot with collaboration tools that go beyond just video conferencing.

Cons

With all the features added to Workplace, the interface can sometimes feel a bit too crowded. For someone who only uses video calls, some of the features will probably remain unused.

Pros

Great tool for our weekly meetings, as well as webinars and client meetings. We love how easy it is to use and how convenient it is. One link and we can all join in, have separate rooms set up and have productive meetings.

Cons

The 40min limit placed on a session sometimes deter us as we need more than that. We therefore are forced to use another platform. We did end up upgrading out plan.

Pros

It’s easy to use for meetings outside of the office. I’ve used other software and this was the best one I’ve found.

Cons

Actually, there’s really nothing that I would say negatively about this particular software because I switched from another software platform.

My overall experience has been pleasant, and Zoom Workplace has not disappointed me over the years I have used it in my practice. I hope it continues to make Zoom better, as it already has.

Pros

I love Zoom Workplace as a private practice therapist, not only as a place to meet with my clients in a HIPAA-secure environment, but also for the many features that make my job easier. The AI incorporated to review session summaries and meetings works well, connected to my work applications.

Cons

The only real con for me is that, with so many features, it can sometimes be confusing to do a simple task.

Zoom is an essential tool that is both easy to use and integral to my daily workflow. It occupies an internal and external role and in a post-covid world it is a necessary tool.

Pros

Zoom is the go to tool for virtual meetings, both internal and external. It is incredibly easy to use, improves collaboration and works well in multiple settings.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about Zoom, it is easy to use and continues to update its features and functionality over time.

Pros

Setting up meetings with Zoom is way easier. I have been struggling a lot with audio on my previous software but I've honestly had zero problems with Zoom.

Cons

My experience with Zoom has been flawless so far. I have no complaints whatsoever. Nevertheless, the free version limits are very annoying.

For 1+ years, ease of use for external meetings and family calls was solid. Value for money is decent, chat and messaging are handy, bugs and issues are rare, while customer support and project management remain secondary for our workflow.

Pros

Great ease of use for monthly calls. Its chat and messaging work fine for quick notes. Value for money is good, bugs and issues are minimal, though customer support and project management tools are basic.

Cons

In-meeting chat and messaging history clear after calls. It lacks deep project management features, customer support can be slow, ease of use drops in complex settings, value for money is low if unused, and audio bugs and issues occur.
