For the price per month, it's a no brainer. Pros We use Zoom Workplace for our weekly team calls and connecting with everyone from around the world is such a powerful tool. Lately, joining calls that have had hundreds of people on for trainings has been amazing. Cons The one thing I'm not a fan of is how the chat operates. Sometimes, in an active chat, the notifications become too much and quite distracting. At the same time, you want to follow along with what's being said in the chat, so it's a catch-22. It has been a reliable tool for connecting with clients, students, and staff members for meetings, training sessions, and remote support. The platform is easy to use, and features like screen sharing, annotation and remote control make troubleshooting and collaboration more efficient. The video and audio quality are consistently strong, which helps maintain smooth communication during sessions. The ability to easily record meetings on the cloud or directly to the computer is extremely useful, and the transcript feature is superb for reviewing discussions and maintaining records. Additionally, meeting assets are automatically sent to email, which eliminates the need to manually prepare minutes of meeting and saves a significant amount of time. Pros This product is my go-to solution for any remote connection with clients, students, or staff members. I can quickly take remote control of their screen and resolve issues efficiently. The video and audio quality are excellent, and the platform is very easy to navigate. The option of using a personal meeting room is especially helpful, just start the meeting, and participants can connect directly without any complications. It has significantly improved our response time and made remote troubleshooting much more efficient. Overall, it is a reliable and user-friendly tool that supports smooth communication and collaboration. Cons While the platform is highly reliable, the quality of remote sessions can occasionally be affected by weak internet connections, and some advanced features may take time for new users to learn. I have one Zoom link that I use for every session and I am able to implement additional security features as needed, which is very important as a therapist. Pros I really appreciate the affordability and ease of use related to the features I need for my business. I have never experienced a bug or any issue in connectivity as it relates to Zoom's platform, unless someone is located in a place with poor wifi. The video quality is great and it works perfectly for my needs, being a HIPAA compliant provider. Cons I would prefer that the appointment reminders were connected without having to pay extra, but it isn't a big deal for me as I use an external appointment reminder system. I am really glad I made the switch to Zoom as my telehealth host! Alternatives considered [Doxy.me](https://www.capterra.com/p/158461/Doxy-me/) Reasons for choosing Zoom Workplace I liked that Zoom in my experience has been super reliable. I have used Doxy.me previously and it was okay, but I remember having some struggles with it and I just wanted something very reliable. The UI is super easy to navigate as an end user and there are so many options to join a meeting (via link, meeting ID, dial in, desktop app, etc.). It also integrates really well if you use Outlook calendar or Google Calendar. As an admin, managing users and licenses is pretty easy. Pros Ease of use and navigation. Offers video conferencing, virtual soft phone (calling and SMS texting), and conference room integrations (Zoom Rooms). Its so easy to join and host a meeting. Plently of in meeting settings and features such as chat, file sharing, white boarding, and screensharing. Integrates well with M365 and Google Workspace. Cons Setting up Zoom Rooms can be a little tricky, especially when trying to link a calendar to each room. And most recently, the ability to use SMS text with their virtual phone has gotten harder to setup.
