### "Zoom means Easier"

April 22, 2026

5.0

When using zoom I feel like it makes it more effective when meeting with clients or holding meetings. It has been an appropriate way to efficiently communicate with others after covid.

Pros

When using zoom, I feel like it has been an effective way to be able to give the flexibility for clients when scheduling appointments. It allows for me and staff to come together to discuss things happening within the agency or within our clients. I would say it is cost efficient and and easy to navigate. The video calls show a great visual compared to others application I have used.

Cons

There are not anything that I dislike about zoom as I use it on a daily basis. Like most applications. There can be some lagging but not very often

### "Seamless Remote Collaboration and Efficient Meeting Management Tool"

April 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. It has been a reliable tool for connecting with clients, students, and staff members for meetings, training sessions, and remote support. The platform is easy to use, and features like screen sharing, annotation and remote control make troubleshooting and collaboration more efficient. The video and audio quality are consistently strong, which helps maintain smooth communication during sessions. The ability to easily record meetings on the cloud or directly to the computer is extremely useful, and the transcript feature is superb for reviewing discussions and maintaining records. Additionally, meeting assets are automatically sent to email, which eliminates the need to manually prepare minutes of meeting and saves a significant amount of time.

Pros

This product is my go-to solution for any remote connection with clients, students, or staff members. I can quickly take remote control of their screen and resolve issues efficiently. The video and audio quality are excellent, and the platform is very easy to navigate. The option of using a personal meeting room is especially helpful, just start the meeting, and participants can connect directly without any complications. It has significantly improved our response time and made remote troubleshooting much more efficient. Overall, it is a reliable and user-friendly tool that supports smooth communication and collaboration.

Cons

While the platform is highly reliable, the quality of remote sessions can occasionally be affected by weak internet connections, and some advanced features may take time for new users to learn.

### "Not the best, not the worst. Has its pros and cons"

April 19, 2026

3.0

Pros

My company uses both Teams and Zoom for largescale team meetings and call. What I personally enjoy about Zoom is the ability to make markings on the screen during trainings or product demonstrations while we're receiving support from our vendors.

Cons

What I like least about Zoom is how long it takes to actually join a call. I can't just simply join a session and be in the call within the same minute. I usually end up showing up late because of the time it takes Zoom to open a browser, or load my app up.

### "A great, modern platform for large teams"

May 18, 2026

4.0

Pros

I like Zoom Workplace and chose it because of its strong webinar functionality, which makes hosting and managing events very straightforward, and I use it often. I also really appreciate how easy it is to use overall. This includes the interface, which is clean, modern, and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get familiar with, but also is a nice software to use. The customer support is quick and responsive, which makes a big difference when you need help. Overall, Zoom offers a smooth user experience with a well-designed, user-friendly interface, easy for cross-team meetings/collaboration and I love using it.

Cons

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that it can be difficult to see all participants clearly when you have a large group, especially on laptop screens. This can make it harder to stay engaged with everyone but the gallery view with arrows to move the participants around does help. Another drawback is the extra costs, some useful features are only available as paid add‑ons, which can make it more expensive overall than expected.

### "Perfect All in One Product"

June 2, 2026

5.0

I use Zoom Workplace daily to not only schedule/attend meetings but also using the AI Companion feature that automatically joins meeting alongside me and provide me with a summarization post meeting. I also administer access such as meeting licensing, phone licensing, and meeting options for users.

Pros

Zoom Workplace provides the ability to have online meetings, either from office space or remote while also providing the ability to make or receive phone calls using the soft phone option via the app. It also provides the ability to integrate SSO which creates a seamless sign in for users while providing additional security for sign ins.

Cons

Zoom quite often has issues with cancelling or scheduling meetings if the app version falls two or three versions behind the latest version which can cause issues in a work environment if the app is not frequently updated.

Pros

If you want value for money then zoom workplace will be perfect for you! The ease of use, customer support and the video call options are top notch. There are no bugs and issues and productivity is exactly what I was looking for! Team collaboration is also amazing!

### "Zoom is amazing"

April 8, 2026

5.0

When working in corporate world, I used it every day, multiple times a day, both for ad hoc calls, and meetings. Very user friendly very easy to use.

Pros

\* Easy to make internal calls. \* Easy to send call invites to external users \* Great for Sharon your screen, and choosing what to share \* You can blur your background (some people should learn to blur their unmade bed when working from home), or select any background you want. \* lots of fun features to change your appearance \* Unlike Teams, very easy to install and use from phone.

Cons

\* You cannot just call someone external. You need to email them the link, and as to join (via email or phone) \* Not easy to give someone control of your screen I would prefer a better way of telling me that my camera is on.

### "Great Collaboration Tool with Strong Features, but Some Room for Improvement"

May 26, 2026

4.0

Overall, Zoom Workplace is still one of the strongest and most dependable collaboration platforms available, and I would recommend it to organizations looking for an easy-to-use and feature-rich virtual communication solution.

Pros

Zoom Workplace has been a very reliable platform for virtual meetings, collaboration, and communication across teams. The video and audio quality are generally excellent, and the platform is easy for both employees and external participants to use, even if they are not very tech-savvy. I especially appreciate the ability to quickly schedule meetings, share screens, use breakout rooms, and integrate with calendars and other workplace tools. One of the biggest benefits is how flexible the platform is for remote and hybrid work environments. It has made communication much more seamless and efficient, especially when managing teams or collaborating with clients in different locations.

Cons

The main downside is that some of the newer Workplace features can feel a little cluttered or overwhelming compared to the simplicity Zoom originally became known for. There can also occasionally be connectivity or lag issues depending on internet stability, and some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans.

### "Easy to Use "

April 17, 2026

5.0

It is great! I have one Zoom link that I use for every session and I am able to implement additional security features as needed, which is very important as a therapist.

Pros

I really appreciate the affordability and ease of use related to the features I need for my business. I have never experienced a bug or any issue in connectivity as it relates to Zoom's platform, unless someone is located in a place with poor wifi. The video quality is great and it works perfectly for my needs, being a HIPAA compliant provider.

Cons

I would prefer that the appointment reminders were connected without having to pay extra, but it isn't a big deal for me as I use an external appointment reminder system.

### "Best experience, but now it’s not budget-efficient"

May 27, 2026

5.0

Pros

Zoom provides the smoothest online conferencing experience. For webinars, it’s still my #1 choice. Once or twice a month something in my current setup doesn’t work - then we immediately switch to Zoom, because it almost never has issues.

Cons

I use a self-hosted Jitsi setup as my primary conferencing tool. My second choice is Google Meet, since I already pay for Google Workspace. I also already pay for Notion, which provides scheduling. For transcription, I use the free Voice Memos app and a self-hosted Whisper setup. With this stack, paying for Zoom has become inefficient.

December 15, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. I've enjoyed using this platform for our daily team briefs and video calls. We will continue to use Zoom daily in the foreseeable future.

Pros

Zoom is a very easy to use and versatile product. I really enjoy the many features it offers and it's intuitive nature for our business team video conference calls and daily meetings.

Cons

### "To me this is the standard of video conferencing."

December 7, 2025

5.0

Very useful for teaching martial arts online and hosting game nights during and since the pandemic. I find it much more user friendly than teams or any other video call service.

Pros

I really like that it's free to use for the participants, and that you only need one paid subscription to have longer than 45 minutes. But if you really need it to be longer, you can just restart the video. Zoom is easy to use compared to all other video platforms. It's never had any bugs and they update it regularly. Never needed customer support because it just works. I like the features involved for video conferencing, makes it esay to participate and feel like you're there. Also, the email reminder are handy and links are easy to click and use and send.

Cons

I think some of the views could be updated. Sometimes i just want to see the host and myself side by side. The chat is sometimes hard to use on mobile. I also wish it was easier to stream background music over your "class" without it messing with the audio.

Pros

### "Zoom - good for personal use, not for big companies"

March 20, 2026

2.0

Zoom is a good app for personal use or for collaboration in a very small team (up to 10 people probably). I can't imaging using it for a huge company with several thousands of employees.

Pros

\-Zoom is a very straightforward app that will allow you to do video calls. Video calls are high quality, can't complain about this. - Zoom portal administration is very intuitive and easy For me that's basically all the pros I have

Cons

My company uses Zoom as a secondary app for video calls. As an Admin - I hate it. Let's start with Value for Money: Zoom is expensive. There are multiple tiers of subscriptions - Basic one is free but has lot's of limitations (40 minute calls, number of people who can join, etc.) - Paid licenses are very expensive and you will think twice before giving a license to a user. - Zoom is buggy. You can't imagine how many times something went wrong with it. Integrations work really bad with Microsoft Office apps. I have to reinstall it constantly. Zoom's interface is horrible. On a first look it's very simple, but there is no logic in it. - We are Microsoft 365 environment - we use Teams for collaborations and file management - Zoom wouldn't work for you if are M365 organization. - Can't say anything about customer support since we usually troubleshoot everything in house

### "Zoom Workplace: A Solid Hub for Teamwork"

October 15, 2025

5.0

Overall, Zoom Workplace has been a reliable and flexible tool for both remote meetings and team collaboration. The video quality is consistently strong, and the integration with messaging and scheduling tools helps streamline our workflow. While there’s room for improvement in navigation between features, it’s become an essential part of how we stay connected and productive

Pros

Zoom Workplace makes collaboration feel effortless. I especially appreciated the intuitive interface, reliable video quality, and how seamlessly it integrates with scheduling tools. Features like breakout rooms and chat threads helped my team stay organized and engaged during meetings. It’s a one-stop hub for communication and productivity.

Cons

While Zoom Workplace offers strong collaboration tools, I found that switching between chat, meetings, and email could feel a bit clunky at times. Some features weren’t as intuitive as expected, and occasional audio or video glitches disrupted the flow during calls. A smoother interface and more consistent performance would make a big difference.

Switched from

[Google Meet](https://www.capterra.com/p/176572/Google-Hangouts/)

### "Zoom Helps Me Work Together While Apart"

March 11, 2026

I really like the ability to have professional meetings with colleges while we all work remotely. Sharing the screen ability is a game changer.

Pros

I love the ability to conduct a professional meeting while I'm working from home. It also has features that save me time like the blur and studio effects filters so I look touched up without spending time and energy to go full glam for an at-home meeting.

Cons

Sometimes my audio goes in and out and its hard for me to hear others and its hard for them to hear me too however this might be an issue with my setup, not Zoom Workplace itself.

### "Fantastic Tool for Collaboration and Remote Work"

May 26, 2026

5.0

I've been really happy with my experience with Zoom Workplace because everything works as it is described and I've never encountered issues that have affected my productivity.

Pros

I like that the buttons are super easy to use and all the features are in logical places. I love being able to call my teammates just a quick chat by seeing their status and when they are in meetings, busy, or available. I haven't had to use customer support too much but when I do they are always really quick to respond and make sure my problems are fixed.

Cons

There really aren't many things I dislike about Zoom but there are some weird bugs that come up from time to time but support is typically really fast and we're able to get back to video calls really quickly. Or sometimes we don't even notice there was an issue until after it's already resolved.

Amazing, reliable and easy to use. I would highly recommend zoom workplace to anyone in any type of an organization

Pros

File management. Zoom workplace solves document management problems by focusing on the Meeting Lifecycle.

Cons

### "Essential for my remote role, and super convenient"

January 28, 2026

5.0

Really simple to use and very convenient. Personally, it allows me to work remotely and still be connected to my team through daily video calls, not just audio-only conversations

Pros

Super easy to send out invites and schedule calls for 1-to-1 calls all the way to webinars with 1000s of viewers. Nice annotation features when someone is sharing their screen

Cons

One problem is that everyone has a different microphone volume. It would be nice if there were better "audio balancing" where louder microphones are made quieter and vice versa for quieter ones. It would also be nice to have some way to highlight people who are talking at once due to lag. It can be hard to identify who was speaking in large calls

### "Reliable and Easy for Everyday Meetings"

December 4, 2025

4.0

Overall, Zoom has been a dependable tool for meetings and communication. It saves time, makes remote collaboration easier, and works well for both work and personal use. The interface is simple to learn, and most issues are small and easy to fix. Even with the occasional glitch, it delivers good value for money and has become something I use regularly without thinking twice about it.

Pros

I like how easy Zoom is to use and how reliable it is for video calls. The video conferencing quality is usually very clear, and the layout is simple enough that anyone can join without confusion. It’s convenient for both quick one-on-one calls and larger meetings. The platform also has helpful features like screen sharing and messaging that make work a lot smoother.

Cons

Sometimes the audio or video can glitch, especially if someone’s connection isn’t strong. There are also times when updates slow things down or cause minor bugs. I also feel like some features should be included in the base plan instead of being add-ons.

### "Reliable, Scalable, and Seamless for Daily Use” Focuses on performance and consistency."

August 8, 2025

5.0

Zoom has been a constant in my academic and professional life for nearly a decade. From virtual lectures during medical school to daily meetings and teaching sessions as a medical fellow, it’s consistently delivered reliable, high-quality video conferencing. The platform is intuitive, stable, and scalable—whether I’m meeting with two people or fifty. While the free version has time limits, the overall functionality and ease of use make it one of the most dependable tools I’ve worked with. I highly recommend it to anyone in healthcare, education, or remote work

Pros

I’ve used Zoom for over 9 years from medical school lectures to professional meetings and teaching sessions. It’s incredibly stable, even with large groups. The video quality is excellent, and I’ve rarely encountered bugs or interruptions. I especially appreciate the ease of use no one struggles to join or navigate a call, even first-timers. File sharing and screen sharing work smoothly, and breakout rooms are perfect for small group discussions. -Great for basic use, but subscription is needed for longer meetings - Customer Support is Rarely needed, but help articles are useful - Ease of Use: Extremely user-friendly - Video Conferencing & Calls: High quality, stable, and reliable - Bugs and Issues: Minimal—rare - File Management: Screen sharing and file uploads work well

Cons

The biggest limitation is the 40-minute cap on meetings in the free version. It can be disruptive during longer sessions unless you upgrade. Also, while messaging features exist, I rarely use them ,they’re not as intuitive as the video tools.

### "Zoom still wins!"

February 12, 2026

5.0

It's been great! It has reminders to ask me if I want to use the note taker and the AI companion. It will remind me to do whatever I need. And now there's all the different apps and things that we can do inside of it. I run a mastermind and I wanted to try something new and funky and I tried about five other video call companies and none of them worked like Zoom.

Pros

Let's face it, this is the number one video call software. I've tried the other ones, and my guests do not like them. One of them only records the person who's talking, which makes it very difficult to go back later and have a decent video. Zoom does really good job with all the things: the AI notetaker, the summary that it creates, being able to have the recordings of the audio and the video. And then there's all the different things you can do during the call with screen sharing and sound sharing. There's filters to make us look better. They thought of everything at this point.

Cons

I'm just tired of zoom honestly. I would love to try something new to spice things up, and honestly I have. But I always come back because it just is the best.

### "Making remote work easier and better - Zoom Workplace"

January 5, 2026

5.0

Overall i love this app. Good AI charts and summaries. Works smoothly and the quality is also good. Zoom Workplace is the best app for smaller or larger meetings. It can be used on any device and any where at any time.

Pros

It works really easily/smoothly without any Bugs and Issues. I am using Zoom Workplace from a long time (almost 2-3 years now). It is a really good app to meet people anytime and anywhere. Work can be done remotely using Zoom workplace. The quality of audio, video conference and video call is fantastic. It is a good value for money and i really recommend it to everyone. The most important thing is customer service to me - they are really active and responsive.

Cons

### "Communication on Zoom makes everything easier"

April 13, 2026

5.0

Basic feature set is good for the casual desktop video user. Additional licensing for more advanced options such as integration with H323 video conferencing rooms is more expensive and the actual ‘Zoom Rooms’ kit tends be fiddly to set up correctly as they are provided by 3rd part vendors. Zoom works over the public internet so quality is governed by local conditions.

Pros

Team Collaboration, ease of use and value for money. Zoom is my go to for a detailed transcript for meetings and it's functionally the best among video conference out there.

Cons

Bugs and many issues, can be laggy sometimes and customer support is not helpful at times. There's a lot to improve for this software.

### "Zoom Worksplace is a Solid Contender to Google Workplace"

January 27, 2026

4.0

Overall experience was really good. Very easy to use and had all the file creation, file organization, and file sharing features I need.

Pros

I find it very easy to navigate and has the most important things I need to get work done. It makes creating, saving and sharing files very easy.

Cons

It just not being used by enough people yet to make it really useful. Most people are still using Google Drive so it's just easier to use that. I think Zoom Workplace is the better product but won't be something I'm using until it's used more widely.
