### "Zoom Just Works! That’s Why We Keep Using It"

July 19, 2026

4.0

Overall, Zoom Workplace has been reliable and easy to support. It does what we need it to do, especially for video calls, screen sharing, and meetings with people outside the organization. Most users are already familiar with it, which cuts down on training and support requests. The meeting experience is generally consistent, although we occasionally run into the usual microphone, camera, or permission issues. Customer support and the available documentation are helpful, but troubleshooting some account or licensing problems can take more time than expected. It provides good value if your organization actively uses the meeting and collaboration features. If you only need basic video conferencing, though, the full platform can feel like more than you actually need.

Pros

Zoom is easy to use and most people already know how to join a meeting without needing much help. The video and audio quality are usually solid, screen sharing works well, and scheduling meetings is straightforward. It works across different devices and makes it easy to collaborate with both internal employees and outside clients.

Cons

The application has become more cluttered as additional features have been added. Some of the newer collaboration tools feel unnecessary if you mainly use Zoom for meetings, and finding certain settings can take longer than it should. Updates also seem to happen frequently and occasionally cause minor audio, camera, or sign-in issues.

Reason for choosing Zoom Workplace

Zoom was already widely recognized, and most employees and clients knew how to use it without much explanation. It also made external meetings easier because people could join from almost any device without being part of our Microsoft 365 environment. Microsoft Teams works well internally, but Zoom provided a simpler and more consistent experience when meeting with outside clients.

### "Zoom Workplace a great webconference and more to run a private practice."

August 7, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been pleasant, and Zoom Workplace has not disappointed me over the years I have used it in my practice. I hope it continues to make Zoom better, as it already has.

Pros

I love Zoom Workplace as a private practice therapist, not only as a place to meet with my clients in a HIPAA-secure environment, but also for the many features that make my job easier. The AI incorporated to review session summaries and meetings works well, connected to my work applications.

Cons

The only real con for me is that, with so many features, it can sometimes be confusing to do a simple task.

### "Best Video Platform for Online Teaching"

June 20, 2026

5.0

I have been using Zoom 6 days a week for 6 years now with thousands of kids. I love that it allows me to teach online and is user friendly enough that the kids learn to navigate it relatively easily as well. I have 3 year olds that can successfully use Zoom for online classes!

Pros

It’s is one of the only video platforms that you can share your sound without having to share your video simultaneously. I love the spotlight for feature for being able to make myself the “big screen” for my students or I can also spotlight them for their classmates to see! It’s amazing for teaching online.

Cons

I wish the recorded video quality was better. Once you download it, it’s not as good as it was live.

### " Every day space tool for enterprise"

July 29, 2026

3.0

Overall, my experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. It has become more than just a video meeting application because it combines communication, collaboration, and productivity tools into a single platform. I regularly use it for team meetings, screen sharing, project discussions, and quick chats, and it has been reliable throughout daily work. The AI Companion has been one of the most valuable additions because it generates meeting summaries, identifies follow-up tasks, and helps keep projects moving without requiring someone to manually record every discussion. The interface is generally easy to navigate, performance has been stable, and video calls have remained clear even during longer meetings. Although there are occasional bugs and some premium features require higher-priced plans, the overall value for money has been worth it for my workflow, and I would recommend it to teams that collaborate remotely on a regular basis.

Pros

Zoom Workplace has become one of the two tools my team uses almost every day because it brings meetings, chat, file sharing, and scheduling together in one place. The video quality has been consistently good, even when several people are sharing their screens at the same time. I also like the AI Companion features that automatically summarize meetings, create action items, and highlight important decisions. That saves me from taking detailed notes and makes it much easier to catch up if I miss part of a discussion. The interface is clean and easy to learn, so new team members can start using it quickly. Team collaboration feels smooth because chat, meetings, and document sharing are connected instead of being spread across different apps. Overall, it has improved productivity and reduced the amount of time spent organizing meetings and following up afterward.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is that some of the newer features make the application feel more crowded than it used to be. There are many menus and options, so finding a specific setting can sometimes take longer than expected. While the AI features are useful, the meeting summaries occasionally miss small but important details or misunderstand technical discussions, so I still review the notes before sharing them with my team. I have also experienced occasional bugs, such as delayed notifications or brief audio issues after waking my laptop from sleep, although restarting the meeting usually fixes the problem. Customer support has been helpful when I needed assistance, but response times have varied depending on the issue. Pricing is reasonable for business use, but smaller teams may find some advanced collaboration features available only in higher-tier plans.

### "Reliable and Professional for Work Meetings"

July 29, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. I mainly used it for work meetings and interviews, and it always performed well. The video and audio quality were stable, and the platform helped me stay productive, especially while I was abroad. The virtual background feature and screen sharing tools made meetings more professional and efficient. Although the free version has some limitations, I think the paid version offers good value for professional use, and I would recommend Zoom Workplace to anyone looking for a reliable video conferencing platform.

Pros

I used Zoom Workplace several times for work meetings, especially when I was abroad. It always provided a smooth and stable connection, making communication easy. One feature I really appreciated was the ability to customize the background. I could choose from the built-in virtual backgrounds or upload my own image, which helped create a more professional environment during meetings and interviews. I also found the screen sharing feature very useful for presenting documents, graphics, and other content directly from my computer. Overall, the platform was easy to use and made team collaboration simple and effective.

Cons

I used both the free and the paid versions of Zoom Workplace. The main drawback of the free version is the time limit for group meetings, as everyone has to leave and reconnect once the session ends. This can interrupt the flow of the conversation. Other than that, I didn't experience any significant bugs or technical issues, and the platform was reliable during my use.

Switched from

[Microsoft Teams](https://www.capterra.com/p/168668/Microsoft-Teams/)[Google Meet](https://www.capterra.com/p/176572/Google-Hangouts/)

I switched because I found Zoom Workplace to be more professional and better suited for work meetings and interviews. I liked its stable video calls, easy screen sharing, and the ability to use virtual backgrounds or upload my own images, which helped create a more professional appearance during meetings.

### "Great for meetings and multiple groups"

July 27, 2026

5.0

Ever since we started using it, we have had more meetings and collaboration amongst managers and require less time to drive to each other because we are all about an hour form each other.

Pros

I like being able to set up meetings across our physical therapy practice. we have 4 clinics and we have meetings with the managers every 2 weeks. The video quality is usually good. I like being able to type also and not just rely on voice.

Cons

Sometimes when logging in the sound or video doesn't work. Not sure if that's a bug or if it is more of a hardware issue with the computer. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it.

### "Reliable Platform for Online Meetings"

July 1, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoom has been very positive. It has made remote communication smooth and reliable, whether for professional meetings, online learning, or staying connected with others. The platform is stable, easy to use, and offers a wide range of useful collaboration features. I would recommend it to individuals, educational institutions, and businesses looking for a dependable video conferencing solution.

Pros

Zoom has been a dependable platform for virtual meetings, online classes, and team collaboration. The interface is simple and easy to navigate, even for first-time users. Audio and video quality are generally excellent, and features like screen sharing, chat, breakout rooms, and virtual backgrounds make meetings more productive. Joining meetings is quick, and the application performs well across desktop and mobile devices.

Cons

The free plan has a meeting time limit for group sessions, which can be inconvenient during longer discussions. Occasionally, the application requires updates before joining a meeting, and some advanced features are only available with paid plans.

### "Reliable and Easy-to-Use Platform for Business Meetings"

August 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. It's reliable, easy to use, and makes virtual meetings simple for both our team and outside clients. We use it primarily for meetings, screen sharing, and communication, and it consistently does what we need without much hassle. It's become a dependable part of our day-to-day business operations.

Pros

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy and reliable it is for virtual meetings and communication. Setting up and joining meetings is simple, the video and audio quality are consistently good, and it works well across different devices. Features like screen sharing, recording, and meeting controls make it especially useful for everyday business communication.

Cons

What I like least about Zoom Workplace is that the interface can sometimes feel cluttered as more features have been added. Some of the additional tools aren't necessary for our everyday use, and certain settings can take a little time to locate. Overall, these are fairly minor issues compared with how reliable and easy the platform is to use.

### "An Excellent Product for the Price!"

February 5, 2026

5.0

I have been a user of Zoom Workplace since transitioning from WebEx in 2016. It's been an overall great experience with few to no hiccups in implementation.

Pros

Using Zoom Workplace makes my team of one look more professional because of its easy to use features and simple configuration.

Cons

I dislike the UI \[User Interface\] of Zoom. It's menu options look antiquated compared to more current web conferencing or other technology tools.

### "Zoom Workplace: Essential to the Everyday Grad Student "

January 4, 2026

4.0

I use Zoom Workspace every single week, multiple times a week. I like how easy it is to invite people to meetings through the integration of the outlook calendar invite creation that generates an email with all the details of the meeting, its link and tracks who accepts or not. I like the technical and customer support from the Zoom Workplace team when it comes to correcting profile information. This software allows for massive levels of collaboration and accessibility for a great price.

Pros

I like the massive scale that Zoom Workplace can operate at. I recently used it for my academic conference, which required having multiple video calls ranging from 10-300 participants simultaneously, and had limited technological issues

Cons

The bugs that we did encounter included the actual presentation tools, such as sharing the screen, which could become significantly lagged or the sharing of multimedia through the call present audio issues for some participants

### "Zoom is amazing"

April 8, 2026

5.0

When working in corporate world, I used it every day, multiple times a day, both for ad hoc calls, and meetings. Very user friendly very easy to use.

Pros

\* Easy to make internal calls. \* Easy to send call invites to external users \* Great for Sharon your screen, and choosing what to share \* You can blur your background (some people should learn to blur their unmade bed when working from home), or select any background you want. \* lots of fun features to change your appearance \* Unlike Teams, very easy to install and use from phone.

Cons

\* You cannot just call someone external. You need to email them the link, and as to join (via email or phone) \* Not easy to give someone control of your screen I would prefer a better way of telling me that my camera is on.

### "Reliable and Easy-to-Use Tool for Virtual Meetings"

May 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoom Workplace has been very positive. It is a reliable and easy-to-use platform for virtual meetings, online classes, and team collaboration. The video and audio quality are generally strong, and features like screen sharing, chat, and scheduling make communication efficient. While there can be occasional technical issues depending on the internet connection, overall it is a very useful and practical tool for both personal and professional use. Regarding customer support, I find it helpful, although response times can vary depending on the issue. In terms of productivity, Zoom Workplace helps streamline communication and reduces the need for in-person meetings, making it a valuable tool for remote work.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use and how smoothly it runs for meetings. The video and audio quality are very reliable, and it’s easy to join or schedule calls with just one link. I also like the screen sharing and collaboration tools, which make it simple to explain things, work with teams, and present information without complications. . It offers good value for money considering the wide range of features included, especially for meetings, team communication, and collaboration.

Cons

What I liked least about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel heavy on system resources, especially on slower devices or internet connections. Occasionally, there are small connectivity issues or audio delays. Also, some advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first.

### "My Go-To Platform for Virtual Meetings"

June 2, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been extremely positive. I've used it daily for several years to conduct interviews, host client meetings, collaborate with remote teams, and record important conversations. The platform is dependable, easy to use, and has evolved well to support modern hybrid and remote work environments. Features like AI-generated meeting notes and transcripts have helped improve productivity and reduce administrative work. Overall, Zoom remains one of the most valuable business tools I use on a daily basis.

Pros

Zoom has become my go-to platform for both internal collaboration and external client meetings. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, and features like AI meeting summaries, transcripts, screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording save me a significant amount of time each week. As a recruiter, I spend a large portion of my day conducting interviews, and Zoom makes scheduling, hosting, and documenting those conversations simple. The platform is intuitive for both technical and non-technical users, which helps reduce friction when meeting with candidates and clients.

Cons

While Zoom has continued to add useful features, some of the newer AI and collaboration tools can be difficult to navigate at first because they are spread across different areas of the platform. Pricing can also become expensive as additional licenses and premium features are added. Occasionally, software updates change settings or user interfaces, which creates a small learning curve for users who are accustomed to a specific workflow.

### "Reliable for Large Team Meetings"

April 30, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been positive. It’s reliable for our daily updates, training sessions, and any emergency meetings. Audio, video, and screen sharing are usually clear, which helps us stay organized and prepared before we start work.

Pros

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is for all the Agents to join the morning briefing. I work with Pitch Perfect, and we have five campaigns with over 600 sales agents, but we all use one Zoom link to meet every morning before we get on the phones. Zoom makes it simple for everyone to connect at the same time, and the audio and video stay clear even with a large group. I also like that we use it for training and emergency meetings because it’s reliable and quick to set up.

Cons

What I liked least about Zoom Workplace is that when all five campaigns join the same morning meeting — over 600 sales agents — the call can sometimes lag or freeze. With that many people on one link, the audio occasionally cuts out, and it can be hard to hear the updates clearly. It doesn’t happen every day, but when it does, it slows down the briefing before we start work.

### "Great Video Meeting Functionality"

April 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoom Workplace has been great, it's a tool that I use multiple times a day. It makes remote work, collaboration with other engineers, and other common workplace tasks extremely easy to perform.

Pros

Zoom Workplace offers some of the most consistent and reliable video calling functionality that I've used. Its audio cleaning is truly impressive and completely eliminates background sounds ranging from barking dogs to lawnmowers. I frequently use it's integration with Google Calendar to ensure that all of my meeting invites automatically have a video call link for people to join from.

Cons

Users who join a call after a chat message has been sent can't see it. It would be great if chat messages sent before users joined could be seen by them as this can often be a way that links and other materials for that call are shared.

### "Online calls and web conferences"

April 16, 2026

5.0

I used to use Zoom a lot when I was a student. Especially during covid time for remote calls and web conferences.

Pros

Zoom is a video call and web conferencing app. We used to work on projects in Zoom when I was a student, and I even defended my thesis via Zoom (it was covid period). Easy to use and convenient. It's also possible to create multiple rooms within one meeting - useful for work in teams.

Cons

Nothing in particular comes ot my mind. I have never had problems with it. It fullfils its purpose as a communication and collaboration tool. Maybe just the fact that there is a limit of how many participants can attend one meeting and also if I remember well, each session would end in 45 minutes, if you use a free version, for a conference with many people.

### "Zoom - The Go To Video Conferencing Tool"

March 9, 2026

4.0

Zoom has proven to be an incredibly reliable and helpful tool for connecting with partners and colleagues across the globe. The ability to collaboratively work on projects and connect through Zoom makes teamwork a breeze. I plan to continue using Zoom for the foreseeable future and would recommend it to colleagues.

Pros

The simplicity of Zoom Workplace makes it ideal for workplace collaboration and video calling. The user interface is easy to navigate and well-designed and with the general public largely being familiar with how to use Zoom there isn't any barriers when inviting people to calls. I've never experienced any outage issues or major problems regarding access so reliability of Zoom is a big plus. There is also ease of access across the globe, making connecting with partners worldwide pain-free.

Cons

In some instances I've found Zoom to be a bit laggy or choppy, even if you maintain a strong internet connection with stable upload and download speeds. Originally I thought it was my internet service provider, but after validating the speeds I found it was just Zoom lagging especially during larger meetings. When it is a 1:1 meeting or smaller group I haven't encountered these issues, but the choppiness and lag is particularly prominent in larger meetings.

### "Essential for my remote role, and super convenient"

January 28, 2026

5.0

Really simple to use and very convenient. Personally, it allows me to work remotely and still be connected to my team through daily video calls, not just audio-only conversations

Pros

Super easy to send out invites and schedule calls for 1-to-1 calls all the way to webinars with 1000s of viewers. Nice annotation features when someone is sharing their screen

Cons

One problem is that everyone has a different microphone volume. It would be nice if there were better "audio balancing" where louder microphones are made quieter and vice versa for quieter ones. It would also be nice to have some way to highlight people who are talking at once due to lag. It can be hard to identify who was speaking in large calls

### "Zoom is one of my top five tools! "

April 14, 2026

My overall experience with Zoom has been fantastic. I started out in coordination, so I spent a lot of time using Zoom Host Pools and booking private calls with passwords, etc. I've had a few hiccups here and there, but nothing that even comes to mind as I think about the enormous value Zoom has brought to my team.

Pros

I like that Zoom is predictable and dependable. I never feel like I have to guess about how I'm going to have to get into a meeting or stress about my access. If the meeting is with Zoom, I know it's going to work out.

Cons

There's nothing that I dislike about Zoom. My experiences have all been positive since I first started using it professionally five years ago.

### "An oldie but a goodie in virtual meeting apps "

June 10, 2026

4.0

Overall - great experience, I have used zoom in most ways they current offer it. From texting prospects, to virtual meeting hosting, to simple phone calls - it has handled it all.

Pros

Ease of use. Zoom has been the gold standard for an easy to use and quick to adopt platform. Whether it’s using the call function, video meetings, text platform, or others - zoom makes navigating through all the features as easy as possible.

Cons

My biggest slightly critical point for zoom is its narrow use case in today’s software environment. As new platforms crop up, and AI becomes more prevalent, I feel you are able to find good alternatives to zoom for fractions of the cost. However, zoom is now almost a legacy platform - establish and strong - with plenty benefits to use it.

### "Zoom Workplace More Than Just Meetings "

September 2, 2025

5.0

Zoom Workplace is an excellent choice for teams already invested in the Zoom ecosystem. It streamlines workflow by bringing critical collaboration tools into one familiar place, making it a strong and intelligent solution for the modern hybrid workplace.

Pros

Zoom Workplace successfully evolves the platform from a simple video conferencing tool into a robust, all-in-one collaboration hub. The core meeting experience remains best-in-class—reliable, with high-quality audio and video. The new AI Companion is a genuine standout, efficiently summarizing chats and meetings, which dramatically boosts productivity. It is easy to manage files with Zoom Workplace.

Cons

This software doesn't have problems at all, it's good and am pleased to using Zoom Workplace for doing work.

### "Finally got rid of the costly conference room setup."

May 22, 2026

4.0

It is better than flying to client meetings or having a fancy office for a little agency such as mine. Yeah there is hiccups, but what doesn't have hiccups? The monetary savings I get from travel alone makes the pro plan worth its weight in gold. Only I'd like it if they could get the screen sharing glitches sorted out.

Pros

I'm not in the office anymore, I'm at a client's pitch meeting, and they go well. The virtual backgrounds are indeed great and not of the green screen variety. Last month, I had two clients who wanted to review campaign proposals at a later date and recording feature came to my help. I have six people on my team, and we can get in a brainstorming session without having to go through the scheduling procedure.

Cons

Free accounts are limiting after 40 minutes, awkward when talking to clients. Experienced 3 cases where screen sharing simply stopped during a presentation. Support told me to reboot my computer, thanks for that.
