I also administer access such as meeting licensing, phone licensing, and meeting options for users. Pros Zoom Workplace provides the ability to have online meetings, either from office space or remote while also providing the ability to make or receive phone calls using the soft phone option via the app. It also provides the ability to integrate SSO which creates a seamless sign in for users while providing additional security for sign ins. Cons Zoom quite often has issues with cancelling or scheduling meetings if the app version falls two or three versions behind the latest version which can cause issues in a work environment if the app is not frequently updated. Pros I really like that it's free to use for the participants, and that you only need one paid subscription to have longer than 45 minutes. But if you really need it to be longer, you can just restart the video. Zoom is easy to use compared to all other video platforms. It's never had any bugs and they update it regularly. There are multiple tiers of subscriptions - Basic one is free but has lot's of limitations (40 minute calls, number of people who can join, etc.) - Paid licenses are very expensive and you will think twice before giving a license to a user. - Zoom is buggy. You can't imagine how many times something went wrong with it. Integrations work really bad with Microsoft Office apps. I have to reinstall it constantly. Zoom's interface is horrible. I run a mastermind and I wanted to try something new and funky and I tried about five other video call companies and none of them worked like Zoom. Pros Let's face it, this is the number one video call software. I've tried the other ones, and my guests do not like them. One of them only records the person who's talking, which makes it very difficult to go back later and have a decent video. Work can be done remotely using Zoom workplace. The quality of audio, video conference and video call is fantastic. It is a good value for money and i really recommend it to everyone. The most important thing is customer service to me - they are really active and responsive. Cons Honestly, I love everything about Zoom Workplace. The app is really good. Additional licensing for more advanced options such as integration with H323 video conferencing rooms is more expensive and the actual ‘Zoom Rooms’ kit tends be fiddly to set up correctly as they are provided by 3rd part vendors. Zoom works over the public internet so quality is governed by local conditions. Pros Team Collaboration, ease of use and value for money. Zoom is my go to for a detailed transcript for meetings and it's functionally the best among video conference out there. Very easy to use and had all the file creation, file organization, and file sharing features I need. Pros I find it very easy to navigate and has the most important things I need to get work done. It makes creating, saving and sharing files very easy. Cons It just not being used by enough people yet to make it really useful. Most people are still using Google Drive so it's just easier to use that. I think Zoom Workplace is the better product but won't be something I'm using until it's used more widely.
