Cons There arent many virual backgrounds to choose from. Many people take meetings at home and don't want their background to show. Pros Zoom is pretty easy to use and consistent in its consumer application. It is also very efficient to use in many fields of work from legal to medical. Cons I cannot think of many Cons as most of the people that have issue with it are people that have issues with technology mainly due to their advanced age.
