I couldn’t have asked for a better app to meet and connect with people virtually. Pros The ease of use of Zoom Workplace is what I appreciate most about it. Even if your team members are located far away, you may easily join meetings, share your screen, and communicate with them. It functions well for both small and big gatherings, and the sound and visuals are typically clear. Additionally, it contains useful capabilities that facilitate collaboration, such as recording, breakout rooms, and chat. Cons I don't like Zoom Workplace since it can occasionally slow down and require a lot of computer memory, especially on older machines. Additionally, the quality of the audio and video may suffer if your internet connection is poor. Pros What I liked most about Zoom Workplace was how easy it is to set up meetings and how fluid the systems were. There was very little technical errors. Pros Me ayuda mucho con mi trabajo, en la actualidad las reuniones virtuales son un hecho. La mayoría de reuniones que realizo con mis clientes las realizamos vía virtual y Zoom es una de las herramientas que utilizo. Es una herramienta muy fácil de utilizar, y permite realizar reuniones con una excelente calidad tanto de vídeo como audio. Otra ventaja es cuando tengo que mostrar alguna información a mis clientes lo cual lo realizo compartiendo toda mi pantalla o solo programas específicos. Definitivamente es excelente. Ha y para los que no tienen un lugar optimo, Zoom permite desenfocar el fondo y solo verse uno sin problemas. Cons La verdad que no tengo nada que no me guste, es una excelente herramienta. Pero si tuviera que poner algo, podría ser la limitante de los 40 minutos en su plan gratis. Other platforms you must download their app with Zoom workplace it is not a necessity. Pros Super easy to use even for people who don’t have an account or if they do not have the app downloaded. This makes it easy to use for video conferences. Cons When accepting invites the link doesn’t automatically save to your Microsoft calendar. This can cause issues when trying to locate the link. I use Zoom primarily for coaching calls with clients, as well as for recording podcast interviews and conducting other meetings. It's user friendly and I love the AI meeting summary feature. One frustrating thing...I have the AI meeting summary set to go automatically, but sometimes it doesn't and then I'm left without my notes, so I'm having to manually check that it is truly enabled for each session still. Pros AI Meeting summary, ability to automatically record and automatically take notes, transcripts, lots of integrations, decent quality. Cons Wish the monthly payment wasn't quite so much and that I didn't have to pay a full seat every time I need to occasionally add another user while I'm on vacation. (If it weren't for this, I would do the annual license, but then I'd end up paying for that extra seat for a whole year!) Switched from [Google Meet](https://www.capterra.com/p/176572/Google-Hangouts/) I started with Google Meet because it was included in Google Workspace and I was trying to avoid paying yet another subscription, but I found that the quality was not so great (maybe because it's running from the web browser?), and when I led classes, students were less familiar with Google Meet so I wasted more class time helping students find the right controls. Also, Google Meet didn't have a built in AI Meeting summary feature (at the time - not sure about now). The thing I like about Zoom Workplace is that it is very easy to use and it has all the features needed that you do not need to rely on other systems. We used the free version before but the meeting lengths didn't accommodate our schedules.
