It makes it easy to share files, brainstorm, share screen for presentation and discuss matters using the video call features. Pros I like Zoom because it offers many collaborative tools including video calls and a whiteboard for collaboration. It also allows screen-sharing, where one of us can present ideas or explain how to do something. It is easy to set up and their customer care responds reasonably fast. Cons Sometimes video calls disconnect unexpectedly, which might affect collaboration. We have also had instances where we hear the echo of the person speaking or presenting. It relies on the internet so poor connection can frustrate y ou. Cons I don't like that when signing in for a meeting, it will automatically do an update if needed. Cons It’s tough to explain to elderly that they will get a pop up that tells them they need to contact to “WiFi” or “no audio” most of them will click “no audio” because they don’t understand and it’s hard to explain to them how to fix that after. Zoom Workplace has become a indispensable part of our daily work. It enable us to collaborate irregardless of our geographic locations. It connects us even when working remotely. Zoom Workplace has even gone a notch higher which enable us to enjoy and leverage AI capabilities. Remote communication has been made easy using HD videos, audio conferencing, virtual meeting rooms and collaboration tools such as the realtime chat and document sharing. We access Zoom Workplace on any device powered by any OS. It is our favourite choice because it accommodate our large number of employees and sometimes even clients. Zoom Workplace summarises our meetings and point out action items making it easy to follow without having to manually note take. Lastly I love the complexity of it's security. The control you have over meetings as an administrator is nice to ensure that everything goes smoothly and you can provide limited access to people who need it. Pros Zoom makes creating, scheduling, and leading meetings simple and convenient. The control permissions, screen share options, and options it gives you as a coordinator are exactly what I need to run organized meetings. Cons I sometimes have trouble with microphone integration or hearing other parties in the call. Zoom will say that it's using the correct microphone for me but other people can't hear me until I mess with some settings, which is inconvenient.
