I actually would like to learn more about all of the features so that I can use it to its fullest capacity. Cons I don't know all of the features. I would love to learn more about that. There are many great functions that are perfect for virtual classroom settings, virtual job meetings and calls. Pros I like its intuitive and easy way to access its key features without taking a long time to learn them. Zoom has been accessible by various levels of professionals and down to friends having calls during covid. It has made virtual remote work possible by providing ways to communicate in work virtually. Cons There are updates pop up when I am about to be in important meetings or zoom calls. Although the updates do not take long, I hope there can be ways that we can do the updates later. I have not yet used all of the features that are available to customers. Pros I like the feature of being able to have a meeting virtually. Also, when my clients schedule meetings with me using my scheduling link, they automatically receive a link for Zoom to sign in to. Cons I dislike that the free version only allows 40 minutes of meeting time. Why not make it an even 1 hour?
