We use it for internal calls, for client calls, for recurring standing meetings, and more. The AI transcripts are so helpful. We also use it occasionally for webinars. When a meeting has a Zoom link I know I can just click & join. Pros Meetings are seamless with Zoom - we've never had an issue with someone not being able to join, like it often happens with Teams, Meet, and other platforms. It serves it's purpose but I will always prefer Google Meet. Pros I honestly don't have a lot of Pros for Zoom. It's fine enough, but the overall quality makes it hard to be very positive about it. Cons Zoom's login is temperamental. The repeated redirecting can be maddening. Also, the connection is often spotty. There have been times where I'm in an important meeting and I'm doing more closing and opening than anything productive. The usability is practically a Ponzi scheme.
