It increases productivity and improves communication. Pros Easy to use. Features are intuitive. The AI meeting summary feature is very impressive and saves considerable time with note taking during the meeting. Also the vertual white board is a useful feature during design meetings. Cons Customer service is poor. Difficult getting through to talk with a real person. We experienced billing issues and had to invest significant time to resolve the the problem. I have been using this app for almost 3 to 4 years and it has satisfied me very much. Pros Zoom has an amazing picture quality if the user has an adequate internet connection. Screen sharing during classes and meetings have helped a lot . Cons La verdad en todo este tiempo que llevo usándola lo que menos me ha gustado es lo tedioso para conectarse directamente a la aplicación. A veces, tarda mucho y te abre muchas ventanas.
