It was free and very easy to use. In the present day, my company's standard is Microsoft Teams/Meeting. I prefer Zoom to Microsoft but sometimes you just don't have a choice. Pros Zoom makes it extremely easy to setup and conduct a virtual meeting even with a diverse collection of individuals. Cons Very few Cons.
