When it comes to online streaming app , Zoom carries the best ! Pros Zoom is very easy to navigate. I like as it produces nice audio and good quality video call. There is no bugs issues at all. There are plenty of add-ons for recording and taking notes, plus the ability to admit people to board room calls. Pros After switching between many different Video Calls Software, I think zoom has some of the best features and it works really well. Cons I think the call feature is great, however some of the settings are not as well placed as they are in other software platforms. Lots of functionality to add value to the experience as both a user and participant. Cons The few things I didn't like about Zoom is that I once had an employer who switched us to Zoom and gave us little training on how to utilize key features. Has its pros and cons" April 19, 2026 3.0 Pros My company uses both Teams and Zoom for largescale team meetings and call. What I personally enjoy about Zoom is the ability to make markings on the screen during trainings or product demonstrations while we're receiving support from our vendors. Cons What I like least about Zoom is how long it takes to actually join a call. I can't just simply join a session and be in the call within the same minute. It is user friendly for all and we use it weekly in our store. Pros Zoom workplace is very easy to use and I love how it connects with my outlook calendar to maximize benefits. Cons Overall, I have not have many issues with Zoom Workplace. There was a recent updated that messed up my outlook calendar connection but it was fixed by our IT department. There are far more good things about zoom than there are bad I would much rather use zoom over any of the other apps out there that are similar. Pros It’s very user friendly. It has very clear sound and video quality is great plus it’s free Cons The only con I think zoom has is the updates if you don’t keep the app updated it won’t let you log in until you update it to the most recent updated app. I don’t like to always have to manually update apps and it’s just annoying when you need to use it and you have to wait update it and then hope nothing wrong happens and if it’s successful then you can log back in. Pros My favorite thing about Zoom Workplace is it's popularity and trustworthiness that allows me to feel confident inviting new clients to a meeting. Cons My only challenge with Zoom Workplace is the need for truly high speed Internet in order to connect to and maintain meeting calls, in comparison to Google Meet, for example. The program integrates well with our email messaging/calendar system, and we can create custom meeting spaces that give our clients the convenience and flexibility they need to work with us. Pros We can create different types of meeting settings (i.e. webinars, individual meetings, etc) and during those meetings, we can change the format, collect feedback, record the session, and obtain an AI-based review of the interaction. These tools provide valuable insight into our activities, and it gives our clients/guests a convenient platform to engage with us. Cons The administrative side of Zoom Workplace is very cumbersome to learn and understand. Because the platform has so much functionality, its core features are buried deep, and there are at least two-dozen tabs that contain various functions. Similarly, setting up webinar and other large-format meetings are a bit complicated, namely because clicking on the event itself brings up options that are not in the "Edit" function of that meeting. Pros Zoom is pretty easy to use and consistent in its consumer application. It is also very efficient to use in many fields of work from legal to medical.
