Cons I wish there were a better way to take meeting notes directly in Zoom. It would be great to have a sidebar where I could type notes and then integrate them with our project management system. It has been an appropriate way to efficiently communicate with others after covid. Pros When using zoom, I feel like it has been an effective way to be able to give the flexibility for clients when scheduling appointments. It allows for me and staff to come together to discuss things happening within the agency or within our clients. I would say it is cost efficient and and easy to navigate. The video calls show a great visual compared to others application I have used. Cons There are not anything that I dislike about zoom as I use it on a daily basis. Like most applications. Pros The call quality is stable and the interface is simple. Meetings are easy to organize and join, which avoids wasting time. Cons With a lot of meetings, the sequence can become tiring . The core meeting experience is polished and reliable, and features like breakout rooms and whiteboards add real value for teams that need more than just a video feed Pros The video and audio quality was consistently strong even on less than ideal network conditions, which made meetings feel reliable rather than something you had to hope would work. The whiteboard and screen sharing tools also stood out — they made collaborative sessions more interactive and kept everyone engaged rather than just passively watching a presentation. Cons The desktop app can feel bloated at times with features that aren't always relevant to everyday use. Pros Zoom Workplace provides a video meeting platform that is intuitive to use for video calls and team collaboration. It's decent value for the money while offering a high quality product, and their customer support is easy to reach. I've not experienced any bugs or issues in the times I've used it. Cons For my practice, Zoom Workplace didn't feel like the best fit. I think it would be perfect for practices that host groups or need more team collaboration space virtually.
