Cons

Extra expense on top of other business software we have would be great if it could all come integrated as one

I use the software to respond to client's question online on our website, has helped us maintain good communications with clients

Pros

The product is easy to integrate in any website if WordPress, you can use the plugin faster with no technical issue and if custom website, you can use the HTLM code for chat widget. I like the canned responses that makes it easy to respond to similar questions from different clients

Cons

It has limited social media like WhatsApp is missing and they do not have a professional knowledgebase so the software is just for live chatting more so

We're able to offer a live chat experience to our customers at an affordable price. Can definitely make up the cost of implementation quickly!

Pros

Easy to use, has a clean interface and has a surprising amount of features. Especially appreciate how in-depth their bot and automation can get without requiring heavy technical knowledge.

Cons

Not much to complain about considering the features you get for the price. I'd have to be nitpicking to really give you any cons. Something like, I can't find a way to delete contact properties, but I also haven't contacted support about it as it wasn't affecting our day to day operations.

### "Customer Service Makes the Difference"

I am able to track the number of visitors and calculate what percentage will actually engage with my bots.

Pros

The Chat Bots are not the easiest to set up as advertised, but the Customer Support, namely \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], is fantastic. They helped me set up the bots according to my needs and that was the main goal.

Cons

No solutions in the software offered when an error message appears in setting up a chat bot. Also, there is no way to automatically assign all chats to a single user like me. Tidio is on the right track, but there are tweaks to be made. There is no phone support, but luckily, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] made up for it in his excellent service. It's the only reason I did not go to another platform.

I use the Tidio social medial integrations to respond to questions from clients online and the live chat to resolve their cases on time

Pros

Tidio has unique features like canned responses that help me respond to clients faster than normal, as well the live typing context also helps me realize the client's issue faster for quicker responses. Overall, Tidio has fair pricing compared to other live chat software tool

Cons

The mobile application does not sync up well with the desktop application and the mobile application, consumes a lot of phone battery much as you can optimize, it requires running in the background which drains a lot of battery

Before Tidio I was using different chats on our website - and they did not work. Clients never started conversation themselves. After implemented Tidio on our website I used the chatbot they have in trial version. The chatbot brought me first leads and subscribers. I was so shocked, that before with the standard chat no one contacted us - but with the automated chatbot I was getting and getting leads. As soon as trial ended I knew I had to purchase paid version and it is our MUST HAVE now:)

Pros

The product is easy to use. I am a person without any IT skills and found TIDIO to be so easy in use - comparing to other products.

Cons

Have not found any thing like this yet.

So far so good. Don't have any complaints.

Pros

A very simple signup and login process.Fast facilities, ease of use.No code required, very deliverable.

Cons

There's quite a few tools to get through at the moment so haven't had the chance to fully analyse the downsides. Subscriptions are always a pain, but that comes with the software territory.l

Pros

If you are offline, as soon as you go back online the chat icon appears on the user's page without them even having to refresh the page. This is a feature that is not available in some other live chat apps that works flawlessly. The mobile app is excellent as well, and chats are perfect.

Cons

The desktop web-app is a bit clunky in navigation, and the free version is extremely limited with only one operator available and one active chat at a time for that operator. Other live chat solutions offer more for less money than Tidio, but Tidio is a flawless execution, so it may be worth the money for some.

Pros

There are many advantages to Tidio Software, such as transparency, ease of use, and many integration options. They provide a free option for testers. My favourite thing is also that you can manage/send messages via Tidio on social media with the software. There are many automatic responses programmed into the system, making it easier to manage.

Cons

There are no disadvantages in this software. I was able to navigate everything just fine, nothing was holding me back. But if I had to point out one drawback, it would be that the analytics are not very advanced.

Tidio is very useful and most people don't appreciate how well it works. I just want to have a website and 1 chat bot to send the first message without the 1,000-people limit. If that could be free I would use this way more than I do now.

Pros

I like that I can have a free trial without having to put my credit card info in. And the chatbots, although I wish they would be a little more intuitive to use.

Cons

That I can't pay monthly for a subscription.

I chose tidio because I was recommended to use and was told there are not other products that will do what you need as cheaply as tidio.

Overall, my experience with Tidio for the past few days since I've installed it on my Wordpress website have been amazing! I will be sure to continue to use the service even after the free trial ends.

Pros

I found this software from searching for Wordpress live chats. So far, it has been amazing, and they gave me a free 7 day trial. I have been using the chatbot, live support, and email ticket features. I have had an amazing experience with these tools so far.

Cons

There are some bugs, but it does not affect us that much. First off, the chatbot is amazing, but if you make your own chatbot, and use it to change a user's name, sometimes it will say the name is invalid even though it is a real name.

Instant communication and even automated messages with customers. A direct chat box on our website which is inviting and easy to find for any questions.

Pros

Incredibly easy to setup and integrate with Shopify. This program has been instrumental in using it only a few weeks, it helps us easily answer and automate customer questions and gives them an instant chat window on our website for instant access. This has already removed the barrier of communication with our clients that can answer questions, and we can manage in the Tidio desktop app!

Cons

Nothing bad to say at all right now. This software is great and already showing it's worth to us! May have other feedback later, but for now, it's great!

With the pandemic, we significantly reduced the number of employees, and the need for more accurate communication with the customer arose. I arrived at Tidio on the recommendation of a client who also had excellent results and I really did not regret it. The positive result came in the first month of use, old customers and employees also praised the choice.

Pros

The software has greatly improved communication with the customer and consequently increased sales and customer satisfaction for us, the software has an excellent cost-benefit, and easy integration with the website and Facebook.

Cons

I can't think of any negative points for this tool. I can really say that it meets all the needs of the company.

TIDIO IS AWESOME !!! Iv'e installed Tidio to all my clients, and they are all very very happy!!!

Pros

cool design, cool features, wonderfull inteface, great that it has a mobile app, awesome free features!!! EASY TO INSTALL! Customisations for free.

Cons

can't actually think of anything. Maybe since bots are the future, maybe more capabilities on the AI part.

Simple quick affordable effective

Pros

The free level is excellent and a smart way to get folks in the door and provides good basic services including, most importantly to me, chat bot.

Cons

Haven't used it long enough to find negatives yet though I am curious to see if it can notify via desktop on Windows too I haven't figured out to get notified that someone is sending a message on the chat bot yet.

Tidio has been a great tool to interact with customers. It is very affordable and easy to use. It was even really easy to implement. The product definitely has a great value!

Pros

We really enjoy the flexibility of Tidio. Currently we only use the basic chat features, but we like the scalability of the product, so that when we decide to use chat bots or have more agents it will be easy to implement.

Cons

We haven't had any negative issues yet.

Reason for choosing Tidio

I can't remember exactly which chat options we considered, but Tidio's price and ability to scale with our business and needs was a real selling point.

It a less than 30 min a have a fully operational chat on my website

Pros

It's free. If you don't have a lot of money to invest in the online chat for your website this tool was made for you. Easy to implement, free to start - what else to ask for ? The support is very reactive, normally you have your answer in less that 5 min. I integrate this chat on my prestashop website and it took me less that 30 min to do all the settings.

Cons

There is no native module for prestashop. You need to install the module that allows you to integrate a javascript in your header. It was easy, but still, it would have been easier if they have a prestashop module.
