Ive found Tidio has been the easiest webchat platform to use for my website. Installation was easy, and the support provided if any issues arise is great (and quick).

Pros

Easy install and the online support is great. I tried a couple of others and I was not impressed. Would recommend to others.

Cons

Expensive because I am in Australia and it is charged in USD. Exchange rate is bad and makes it very expensive.

Overall, I am very happy with this piece of software. Much easier to use than other AI solutions I have seen. The company I am working for is facing pain with setting up the other AI solution and they are suffering a lot. I have avoided all that suffering

Pros

It's very easy to use, extremely easy to feed it with the new content, and the control panel is very intuitive and easy to use. Setting up the AI on my website took me about 10-15 minutes, and it was automatically active and working. Impressive!

Cons

There is a limit of conversations, and of course, limits for a free version should be, but in the limit software is calculating even the greeting to visitors, which I don't know how to turn off now. Maybe a suggestion to creators... it would be great if you can set that it to catch the newly published page in WP and automatically index everything inside.

Our experience with Tidio has been very positive. It's a complete, versatile, and user-friendly tool that has helped us improve customer service and reduce response times. Support is always available and responsive when needed.

Pros

We use Tidio daily to manage customer inquiries, and what we like most is its intuitive interface and the ability to centralize chats, emails, and automations in one tool. The integration with our website is seamless, and the automated flows are great for handling frequently asked questions efficiently.

Cons

The mobile app could be more stable, especially regarding push notifications. It's not a major issue, but there's room for improvement.

Smooth. Easy to get started. Pay as you go, which is very friendly for early stage companies. I would recommend.

Pros

Easy to implement, intuitive to use. Simply put, it is a good ChatBot for startups and small support team

Cons

Not integrated well with SaaS users. We find a lot of dimensions missing in the software. So we need to record a lot of information by ourselves.

Very Good – Tidio is a useful tool for customer engagement, especially the chatbot. But there's room for improvement in terms of chat design and template variety

Pros

I like the chatbot feature. It's easy to set up and helps automate customer support effectively, which will help increase conversions.

Cons

The chat templates are limited and not very flexible. It would be great to have more customization Options

I was searching for chatbot for one of my client then i can across with tidio and other bots, while testing features i liked tidio and easy to setup. Overall experience was very good. if your looking for AI chatbot then go-ahead and signup with tidio.

Pros

Chatbot is easy to learn and setup, i was new with tidio when i integrated with one of our clients wordpress website. I really like the AI feature which works well.

Cons

Widget setting was hard to find i think i this area team can work on.. Widget setting should be simple and clear, so that any one can easy to understand.

Pros

It's easy to use and has a very good chatbot builder which has helped us in the sales and support process. They also have a very good support (human support).

Cons

Their AI Agent is still not there, at least not in Spanish. And a small nuisance, but is logs me out every 7 days and I need to login again from the Mac App.

Experience is good. One of the best solutions available and all required features but not able to use all because of cost.

Pros

Most of the features needed are available and are easy to use. Lyro is a good tool and is able to handle the conversations independently, much better than many other players in the market. New AI suggestions are intuitive and helpful.

Cons

Expensive for small businesses. Although all features are available, the cost keeps adding up to be able to use all the features

Smooth, easy, a great experience in a field littered with "bots". BUT not all bots are created the same. How they're indexed, developed, prompt response, subject integrity, reflexive memory, relevant source code, applicable to most use cases possible. You have to do well in MANY areas to have a good product.

Pros

After experimenting with MANY services and platforms including building my own, I'm thoroughly impressed! And that's not easy lol. I'm still on trial so I've yet to push it thru its paces fully, but I have pushed it. Intuitive, interface is straightforward, yet still has complex features and capabilities, and the range of use is sooooo wide!

Cons

I would like to see a bit more options in customization upfront and easily accessible. It has a capacity that's deeper than initially suspected, but it takes some digging. Having it upfront for those ready for it would be great.

This is my first project to build my chatbots to integrate with F and B business places, and actually worked well without any coding part!!

Pros

Very Useful to integrate with Facebook businesses and WhatsApp API integration, the UI is very attractive.

Cons

The planning subscription is a bit high it is recommended to reduce the price of monthly subscription so then many clients could use Tidio

My overall experience with Tidio is very positive with regard to functionality and ease of use. I can see great benefit for myself and my readers. The integrations are smooth and the mobile app is a very handy tool. I can support my site visitors anywhere, anytime.

Pros

Tidio is very easy to setup and lainch. I had interactions going on .my site within an hour of installing the plugin.

Cons

I would like to see 'ramp up' pricing for small sites or a longer trial period. One week may work for an established site,, but I may have to deactivate it until I see growth enough to support the cost.

It has helped us book out that browsing visitor as a consultation, after hours and when the office is empty.

Pros

We use Tidio on our website to assist homeowners on our website looking for remodeling services. It immediately responds, and we have used the chatbot to respond to frequently asked questions about permits and timelines.

Cons

It occasionally sends chats to the wrong place when multiple agents are on, and integrating with CRM was more difficult.

My experience is on positive side. The single inbox for all channels saved my lot of time. With some improvement in UI and analytics make it more helpful for upcomming owners.

Pros

Tidio multichannel capabilities really help me out. Managing emails, messages, and live chat from the customer in only one dashboard help me alot. Now I can stay at top of customer messages without switching to platforms again and again.

Cons

I feel that sometimes notifications are delayed, and my mobile app is also not syncing well. And one suggestion to tidio, that can can me analytics section more detailed for better decision making.

Very fine. Overall a good experience. The platform is easy to use and allows for the integration of different tools.

Pros

About Tidio I really like most the Flow area. Simple to use and you can create as much as you wish and integrate them to your strategy.

Cons

Unlike other platform there are no live translator chat or text prompt. Could be very useful to translate a sentence our customer care manager need to send to our customers.

Es buena, aun debemos aprender a sacar más beneficios, pero entendiendo que hay mas app como estas que andan igual de bien, solo depende de ajustes en sus precios.

Pros

Flow muy bien en ejecución, agente Lyro en correcto orden si se complementa con sugerencias e información de la pagina.

Cons

Su valor es un poco alto, se debe ir aumentando plan a medida que se generan más conversiones, podría ser más rápido si se sugiere un monto un poco menor como en agente Lyro.

Pros

What I like the most is how easy the platform is to use, I like the variety of tools it offers, like Lyro, the AI assistant. I can track my usage with reports and easily downland invoices.

Cons

The design could be improved-for example, by enhancing the inbox and adding more options, suchs as the ability to change the notification sound for new messages.

I'm using Tidio From 4 Years my overall experience is really good just a minor suggestion if we can set widget position on website more specifically then it would be great. Currently there are limited option for position.

Pros

Tido is very Good chatbot for custom coded websites and WordPress websites. Also, now a days Lyro AI also working really good.

Cons

When i try to access tidio on my wordpress website but tidio opens in there website not on WordPress dashboard. This not looks good to me.

I've tried and tested lot of similar tools in my research but Tidio is very good and very easy to setup even for non-technical users. It also help you to interact with website visitors at the exact moment they need you. That's why it is very useful tool.

Pros

It's a very clean live chatbot which help us getting more newsletter subscribers and inbound leads for our products and services.

Cons

Sometimes i feel customization and branding is limited if you want to enhance a very branded experience for users.

We used tidio for over 6 years in conjunction with our tourism website. We set up flows for FAQ and bots to collect people's contact information before an operator could take over. We shared the operator responsibility between three people which was nice. Unfortunately in December of 2024 Tidio changed their pricing structure and our bill doubled from $32 a month to $64 a month. This included some kind of promotion because the package we were being migrated to was actually $100 a month! Our credit card was auto charged. Unfortunately we can't recommend a company that does a bait and switch like this as well as auto charging customers with such an extreme rate hike without notice. On a side note their android mobile app never really worked well and we missed many visitor chats on the mobile app.

Pros

Tidio integrates with WordPress and facebook business very nicely it also provides CRM function with email.

Cons

Bad pricing, terrible mobile app and inhonest business practices

Even with the UI bugs and issues, Tidio remains a strong marketing and customer service tool. It has helped us convert more visitors into paying customers, and the automation has reduced our workload significantly. overall Value for Money tool.

Pros

Tidio has been excellent at boosting my engagement on our website. The chatbot is very resposive and do a great job of keeping visitors engaged until a human agent can take over. Security is good.

Cons

The user interface, while functional, looks slightly outdated compared to some competitors. Navigation between features could be smoother.

Paid version is not affordable for small non profit education sector. It would be good to have separate plan or free version for non- profit educational institutes.
