The security and its fast chat performance is good. And there are some UX which need some scope of improvements. Although it was value for money.

Pros

I loved tidio bot builder and tracking user feature. It help me to find the qualify saas leds for my startup and direct them to relevant tickets.

Cons

The analytics options need to more work. It was tracking the bot traffics and open rates for the emails.

Great, use it daily and not had issues with it. Customer service is great as well and get back to you quickly

Pros

Easy to use and to talk to your customers, can look at past conversations, search and attach attachments

Cons

That if the set up is not correct that sometimes messages when offline do not go to inbox - this has now been resolved

The look and feel is great, but could use some assistance in the notifications. Once it starts notifying via an audible sound on when every interaction comes in, it'll be a 5/5.

Pros

The look and feel of Tidio is great. I also like that we have the option to "save" answers so that when customers come in asking the same questions we have prepopulated replies.

Cons

The main issue I have with Tidio is that it doesn't always notify someone when they receive a new chat.

En general, ha sido muy positiva. Tidio nos ha ayudado a estar más cerca de nuestros clientes y resolver dudas al momento. El hecho de poder conectar el chatbot con otros canales como Instagram o Messenger también es un plus.

Pros

I Lo fácil que fue integrarlo en nuestra web. En cuestión de minutos ya estaba funcionando, y la interfaz es muy intuitiva. Además, las automatizaciones y el chatbot nos han ahorrado mucho tiempo en atención al cliente.

Cons

A veces los informes son un poco limitados si no tienes el plan más avanzado. Estaría bien tener más detalles sin tener que subir de plan.

Its great and i have closed some deals using it which are direct customers fron my website so it can be a profitable investment for an sme like us.

Pros

Very easy for my website visitors to use, also the email fall-back is useful. Also think the branding and design is cool.

Cons

You cant upgrade on the app but need to use a desktop. Not convenient for many who dont use a desktop often.

perfect, i really like the idea of an AI asistant who only works with information that you provide them. it could be great that it it could read or take info from images.

Pros

how easy you can do everything. the flows really help a lot during the day as it save you a lot of time.

Cons

it sometimes doesnt let you take control of the conversation and see other conversation that are not assigned to you, even though you are a admin.

It's been a good experience overall. I find the cost level to be appropriate for the current size of my business and I like that it can be scaled to more robust plans.

Pros

Tidio is very intuitive and easy to configure. For our company, the choice fell on the Artificial Intelligence Agent since it proved capable of, after being properly “fed” with content, answering practically all the questions that customers ask, without compromising the quality of the response. I recommend it.

Cons

It took me a while to understand how to correctly build manual flows for each purpose. Although it seems more intuitive now, at first I didn't feel it that way. The most negative aspect so far was having scheduled an online meeting with support, which was accepted, and a few hours before it was due to take place it was cancelled without any explanation or attempt to reschedule.

En general, mi experiencia con Tidio ha sido positiva. Me ha permitido automatizar muchas respuestas frecuentes y mejorar el tiempo de atención al cliente. A pesar de algunas dificultades iniciales, una vez que comprendes su funcionamiento, se vuelve una herramienta muy poderosa y confiable para el día a día.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta de Tidio es que ofrece un servicio todo en uno, ideal para centralizar la atención al cliente. Los planes son accesibles y escalables, lo que permite adaptarse fácilmente a distintos tipos de negocio. También me encanta que se pueda integrar con varias plataformas sin complicaciones.

Cons

La curva de aprendizaje puede ser un poco alta. Si no sabes utilizar bien todas las funciones desde el inicio, puedes perder mucho tiempo configurando. Me gustaría que incluyeran un tutorial interactivo paso a paso, similar al que tiene la app MAKE.

I'm generally happy with the convenience it offers both the business and the clients ,it simplifies the interaction .

Pros

It's mostly the analytics function for me that I'm impressed with, which gives clear indication of where we can improve

Cons

The short timed sessions as it reassigns open chat quickly, while the agent is still busy addressing the matter/query raised

Hey, i am wordpress freelance developer. In my client projects i prefer tidio as my first choice because it offers a lot in free version. And then after trial version my mostly clients purchase the pro version because it is super useful.

Pros

Tidio is very east and quick to setup in wordpress. It is also integrates with other apps as well very easily. There's a option to customize the widget according to website requirements.

Cons

Nothing very critical only one small issue .When we add our website url in knowledge base. There should be a option to restrict website content or allow. It will make very easy for AI agent and answers will be more accurate.

The ease of use for the AI Agent, who can safely answer all message for you when you sleep or simply when you're occupied

Cons

The cost and the little Free-Trial which is a lot too small to have the time to makes sales to pay the subscription

Very positive so far. It looks nice and professional on the site and the app you get the messages on is easy to navigate

Pros

Easy to install and set up. Customer have utilized it and the number of messages with questions have gone down significantly. It’s pretty cool.

Cons

No complaints. Wish I could do a little more on the free version. There are a lot of great features and I’m interested in using them in the future.

Tidio has a great user friendly interface both for storefront and admin. We are able to design our own bots and we use AI for our autonomous replies.

Cons

Price is a little bit high for Turkey standards. Pricing must vary according to countries and their economical states :)

Great. I had no overall or major issues, barring the minor navigation issues - but these are just nitpicking.

Pros

It is easy and simple to set-up. The interfaces are clean, and the information and resources available to you are clear.

Cons

I had no major complaints. However, sometimes searching to change certain tools, e.g. online/offline messages, were buried in other submenus.

It is good for small team like mine. It also works very well out of the box and solves the real problems of users but only you need to upgrade its plan it your traffics grow.

Pros

Tidio live chat feature was very responsive and mobile friendly for me. Even on my phone I could able to reply to the leads on one go. it is lightweight and modern also.

Cons

There was a limit on monthly chats which is annoying. I hit the cap only in 10 days and then tidio always push me to upgrade the plan. Tidio can add more few free chats.

Pros

I think it is an incredible AI chatbot, but tidio does a great job of making the ux and ui very attractive to the eye and the user behind the keyboard

I really have not been able to find anything that i dislike about it. It has been a very smooth experience from discovery to use

I liked the chat bot the most. It is a smart fast bot that helping my customers and saving me the time.

The pricing is high for small business owners. I pay $150 per month. I hope with time they can make it more affordable.

Tidio has been helpful in making sure there are immediate responses for clients/patient questions, helpful in reducing admin staff workload.

If you are very beginner to live chat software the Tidio is a perfect choice to get started. Its easy to understand. As your business grows, you might need more customization though.

Pros

I liked the tidio ready to use templates. As I was a beginnner, So i don't know anything from scratch. So these templates help me a lot to get started and capture leads quickly.

Cons

Some of the chatbot rules feels very basic and they are inflexible unless you go for the premium version of Tidio. Also there was limited launguages, local launguages was not included.

Its a good tool for freelancers who is looking to appear more professional. It is simple to install and great for client communcation.

Pros

I like about tidio that now I can directly chat with my potential clients from my portfolio website only. Its feels personal and now I can capture leads without the needs of coding.

Cons

In free plan features are too limited, we can do only few conversations before hitting a cap. I think it is not ideal when I had huge clients traffic from ads and linkedin posts.

Overall tidio has been value for money for me and for my company. It saves lots of time with automation while they still allowing for personal interaction when needed.

Pros

I got impressed by tidio that how quickly I setup it and started using it without technical background. The interface is very intuitive. The pre-made templates are helpful.

Cons

I didn't faced many challenges, but the only challenge i face is the occasional delay in syncing my messages between chat and email.

Los van het kwalijke "downgraden" wel tevreden met de software op zich.

Pros

Gemakkelijk te installeren, veel opties en mogelijkheden (maar je komt al snel essentiële zaken tegen waarvoor je extra moet betalen). Daardoor uiteindelijk vrij duur.

Cons

Grootste nadeel is het feit dat ze de mogelijkheden van elk abonnement regelmatig "downgraden". Je betaalt voor bepaalde zaken en plots blijk je daarvoor een duurder abonnement te moeten aankopen. Ook de maandelijkse prijs gaat snel omhoog. De software lijkt de logingegevens ook niet goed te onthouden (steeds opnieuw aanmelden, waardoor je trager kunt reageren).
