### "An amazing Business Tool"

We've launched a new web based software and honestly I was anxious about the support we must give. Tidio fills this gap. The AI handles most of my queries which gives me more time to develop and refine my software.

Pros

The automation and how streamlined it is! Tidio handles all your support, and if you setup the AI agent correctly you do not even need to handle live chats.

Cons

At this point there is not a feature that I dislike. All features I have used so far is working amazing!

Tidio is very easy to setup. As a QA when i was searching for some good chatbot which covers all scnerios which user can ask in every situation. So tidio works well and also i have did integration on our company wordpress website it is very easy you just have to install plugin and signup using plugin window. Done. Thanks Tidio

Pros

It is very good to communicate with our client or quality leads from USA. When our team is offline in odd hours tidio take cares about the satisfaction.

Cons

In free there limited features available. but after upgrading your plan you can access all features.

Initially we were using Tidio in our organisation it was working very good no problems at all with Mobile application as well as desktop version. It is also easy to use.

Pros

Tido is very good chatbot available in market it also provides majority of features in free version. So that users can get confidence. Then they can make purchase.

Cons

As i used the tidio chatbot i think there's no issues in chatbot. It's perfect for small business as well as big businesses.

Tidio became my front line support tool in my list. For a small number of team it helped inquiries and saved my time. But make improvement in deeper integrations.

Pros

I used tidio AI lyra Chatbot for generating leads for my startup. It qualified the visitors before routing to sales reps, which reduces our manual effort.

Cons

In tidio zapier integrations were very limited. I had to use workarounds to sync with our CRM software, which slowed things down.

Pros

It is a good chat option for landing pages and also for business website. As compare to other bots it provides smooth experience.

Cons

Sometimes when i check as a user on landing pages bot screen lags or takes time to say hi to user came from ads on our landing page.

It is a great tool for the live chat and works really well. But if you want to go deeper I would not recommend Tidio.

Pros

It is easy to setup and does the job it needs to do. It also has a free option which makes it great for smaller businesses

Cons

It is limited for bigger businesses when you want to automate more, and have an more efficient customer service system.

Extremely easy to integrate with business website and immediate value by enabling conversations with potential leads as well as the ability to provide support via the app. The integration of Tidio with other third-party apps is very straightforward and extends the value into existing platforms.

Pros

The ability to observe site visitors in real-time and see what content with which they are engaging. The ability to define flows that are specific to certain type of engagements.

Cons

If you mis-define a workflow you can chew threw your billable conversations. However, Tidio support is quick to assist and address.

### "Super easy chat integration into website"

Overall it's a great product, although it requires configuration and tweaking and lots of testing, but once it's up and running it's great!

Pros

Very easy to install and use, the integration is super easy to deploy. There are a few technicalities you have to understand such as flows and workflows, but other than that, it's solid once its up and running.

Cons

The email integration doesn't seem to want to work, I set it up as per the instructions but the emails never end up in Tidio although it is showing up in my coporate account.

Overall, the experience with Tidio is very positive. I tried different chat tools, but when I came across Tidio, I immediately switched.

Pros

I liked the AI agent, it gets better overtime for sure. I started using from feb 2025 and I am amazed by the improvement.

Cons

Honestly, I feel the pricing model is not sustainable for small businesses. It is very costly to afford.

Initially, I was searching for a chatbot for my hardcoded website, then I found Tidio on LinkedIn. Then I integrated the chatbot with my website. I like In tidio, we can give access to the team so that they can also respond to the messages. Overall, the experience is very good.

Pros

I have integrated the Tidio chatbot into my coded website and it perform very well. As compared to other chatbot, todio chatbot is easy to integrate and its documentation is also beginner-friendly.

Cons

The only con I face yet is, sometimes Lyro AI agents don't pull data from a website. We have to manually feed the knowledge base.

They have continued to make the Ai suggestions better every update. They have also brought in more site integration options.

Cons

I would still say lack of free Ai chat bots. We used our free chats very quickly and that does not reset yearly.

Very easy to configure. But it needs some improvements in terms of email domain verification and also pairing with WhatsApp

Pros

Very eficient IA Agent with accurate answers. With an intuitive interface. The ability to analyze statistics greatly helps business forecasts.

Cons

SPAM repeat offender. Whatsapp difficult to configure. With the Grouth Plan, you only have 100 flow possibilities

I am pleased. Within minutes I am already making money and i am so excited to learn more of their features.

Pros

Theyre so organized with the information. I love this because usually addons to my shopify always end up a hassle when the goal is to simplify the process. This app does just.that.

Cons

Nothing yet i havnt even had the app maybe a total of ten minutes. Buy i already like what i see. I cant wait to dive deeper.

It is a system that seems good, but in fact can do with many improvements. It should be more technically advanced and have less glitches. There are better systems out there.

Pros

Tidio is very easy for anyone to learn. I like how it also provides real-time support to customers.

Cons

It is terrible for speed as it takes quite some time to seem to "think". This causes a delay in responses.

Pros

The suggested section which suggests questions to add to the knowledge base. It helps us determine which items to add.

Cons

The thing I like the least about Tidio is that it can sometimes refer to knowledge in the knowledge base indirectly.

Tidio is awesome, super easy to setup. Now I can answer questions from customers regarding my small business in real time. No more lost sales.

Pros

Tidio was very easy to install on my WordPress website. I like that Tidio also has an app that links to the website chat.

Cons

I can't set the chat to the side on mobile like I can I desktop. It only gives the option for bottom left and right.

Overall, I really enjoy Tidio and appreciate how it helps ease my mind of the thought that people’s questions are able to be answered even when I am not available.

Pros

Tidio is very user friendly and has helped me a ton in my small business so far! I am only on the free plan, but even so I am able to do so much!

Cons

I had some trouble connecting my website, but was able to get that fixed. I have not come across any other issues so far!

very well I had no issue with navigation or use. it explained everything quite well and helped me use all the functions progressively.

Pros

Very easy use, makes my website so much more direct when it comes to booking and helping leads navigate

Cons

It does cost money to use it eventually. there is still access if you stick to free. Its just not as useful.
