No complaints. It works really well and looking forward to using it on my websites as I scale my business to stay connected to customers.

Pros

I love the convenience of being able to use it from my phone and from my laptop. So I can answer on the go and not miss customer inquiries. Also like it’s easy for customers to connect from the AI answers quickly to a human.

Cons

Just some of the training for the AI bot is a little tedious but more a reality than a con. Some of the stuff it came up with had to correct. But that’s to be expected.

I have found Tidio, very helpful and very easy to use. Overall I am happy and have been impressed with the user friendly-ness of the interface.

Pros

The customer facing element, in which flows are handled at all platforms, either email or Facebook. It keeps this side of any business, where Tidio has been implemented uniform.

Cons

I do think the costs perhaps need to be looked at, slightly more expensive product. However you do get what you pay for.

Sometimes when customers communicated through chat, they had to wait the time that the flow of conversations at the time required to be attended to. Since Tidio was implemented, they do not have to wait because the answers are automatic and are understandable, giving a solution to the question

Pros

It has been a fabulous tool to be able to resolve customer queries through live chat much faster, many times without the need to transfer to an advisor. Frequently asked questions that are easy to answer are done by the AI, which reduces the flow of conversations. It helps improve the productivity of operators by being able to focus on more special cases that require more attention

Cons

No, there is nothing to dislike about Tidio, the whole process has been fabulous, which benefits the company

I've used Tidio on 4 websites because it ads legitimacy to a website. My current website is an art site so it helps to anwser questions visitors may have about my art and events. Also I can download an app so that I can be notified of client interest on my smartphone.

Pros

Tideo has been upgraded with ai and so far it's been a great experience on my art website. It's much more flexible when a site doesn't have live support.

Cons

The upgrade portion is a little costly. There are 3 versions. However they still offer the free version without the ai tools.

I use Tidio for my clothing business and it extremely simplified my customer support flow and even helped me generate more sales. When I had issues the Tidio support was always on spot and helped me.

Pros

Tidio has a really easy onboarding, strong design and surely one of the simplest to use Dashboards i have seen.

Cons

The pricing could be a bit less, but overall no real cons in the product itself.

Very good as it was a super simple tool to get started and deploy on my website(s) to be able to start answering our user's problems in real-time

Pros

The onboarding experience is next none and extremely easy to go from sign-up to deploying on your website. Combining this with the ability to get started without a credit card for $0 is absolutely awesome!

Cons

Creating your first or any bot's workflow is very cumbersome and not a seamless experience. Many other tools do this better and doesn't feel so "stiff"

I shared about this in the Pros.. This app will help us save lives of people who come to our website in extreme life crisis, thinking the only way out is to take themselves out. I have already seen even through the chatbot that this will save their life. We've already had it happen once in a live chat I conducted, in the first few minutes of activating the app on our website.

Pros

I rated everything the highest. Why? Because Tidio is an amazing tool that takes customer engagement off the charts! So easy to use, and they have thought of everything when it comes to engagement, live chat, bot, analytics, tracking, data... There is so much in this app to use.. I've only been a customer for just a few days, and I am finding it hard to stop using the app, setting up our custom bots, live chatting with users on our website... it is just the most amazing way to help people who come to our website who are experiencing a life crisis. This app WILL save lives.. It already has!

Cons

Allowing the user the option to select if they would like the chat transcript emailed to them would be nice! An auto assigner to an operator for the chatbot would be good as well. It would make managing the chats a bit easier. Other than that..I can't think of anything!

I wasn't sure when I was going through the list I searched for on Google.Once I downloaded it, activated it, and started seeing all it could do..I purchased a plan right away! Thanks Tidio for an amazing, well thought out and executed tool!

Tidio has helped address a gap in our communication system caused by extended use of multiple inferior chat bot platforms that limited our performance and responses. With Tidio, we have seen a dramatic increase in people connecting with our team via the chat, and have been able to help address people's questions/issues quicker than ever before.

Pros

Tidio offers a very simple, clean, robust and customizable interface both on their backend and on your website that helps facilitate live-chat support on a website. They offer numerous features (some I haven't used yet such as email inbox management), including a facebook messenger integration (that actually works unlike some other companies), a customizable chat window & icon, and perhaps the best feature of all - their powerful chatbot system. I cannot speak highly enough of the chatbots Tidio offers, as they give easy access to a visual builder interface to customize and build bots that can be triggered to do practically anything. Within an hour of looking at Tidio, I was hooked - and built a number of bots for our website - and within a day, saw a substantial increase in chat traffic compared to our previous platform. The beauty of the bots is that Tidio provides simple templates, that you can then customize to your needs - and the bots can be triggered on anything you want; a visit to a specific page, anytime a new person visits your site, anytime someone clicks the chat window, etc - and all of that can be accessed (in a limited fashion of course) for free. Plus as a bonus, Tidio offers native email responses to chats; so if you are like me and don't have people monitoring the chat 24/7, you can receive a notification about an incoming chat, and then respond via the chat window OR directly from Tidio via email - again, for free.

Cons

Tidio has many features, but can be a bit daunting at first. I loved the visual builder of the chat bots, but at the same time I found it was still limited in certain areas. For example, it's all drag and drop - so the entire chatbot can start to form a jumbled mess if you're not careful. As well, they don't offer multiple triggers for one bot - for instance, if I want a bot to trigger on someone's first visit AND when someone types in a certain keyword, I can't do that. As well, their pricing structure is interesting - with three different "options" each starting at $18/month - making it so if you want to have decent chatbots, and multiple operators, and send emails, you are looking at a hefty price per month. That being said, it still is cheaper than most other offerings, and the different options help you customize your experience to tailor fit your needs

### "Easy, fast and amazing!"

I started working as a consultant for a company, and their first project was to add a chatbot to their homepage. At the moment, they had a bot that redirected to WhatsApp, and it wasn't very user friendly. They also have HubSpot's' free account, but the functions that the chatbot offers are very basic. So, I started searching for good chatbot software and came upon Tidio. From the beginning, it was really easy to use and create what I had in mind. When I showed the team the final version of the bot, they LOVED it! It was easy to understand, easy to use, and easy to implement. Overall, I had a really good experience, and I will continue considering Tidio for future clients.

Pros

I was impressed by how easy it was to set up our multilanguage home page chatbot! In just one day, it was set up and running, and leads were coming in. Oh, and can't forget to mention that we also got to integrate it with our HubSpot account. Amazing, right?

Cons

One of the things I had difficulty with was with keeping the lines that connect each action of the bot straight. It took me a considerable amount of time moving them around and making sure it had the correct spacing. Just as an idea, I've used other software where it automatically straightens the lines for you and adds the correct spacings between actions and branches.

Messagebird wasn't as easy to use as Tidio was. One of the things that really bothered me from messagebird was that they didn't have the option for quick replies. So it was pretty difficult to receive the correct input from the user and for the flow to continue working correctly. Another thing that I loved about Tidio was their support team. Compared to other software where they take forever to answer back, Tidio does it so quickly and the whole team is so friendly.

I think Tidio is amazing and with the rapid rise of AI it can be one of the best platforms out there for customer support.

Pros

I like that you can try it out for free with most of the premium features included and you only pay more when you start expanding.

Cons

I think it would be nice if they can increase how much you can use on the premium side of things...Maybe from 100 chatbot initiations to at least 300 that would be awesome.

Well it is decent, features are nice, design and user interaction is good, reporting is good, you need to make the software work more efficiently and consume less processing power, that is definitely an important factor. Besides that, you should increase the chatbot limits for free users since even quite simple interactions be counted as a usage of a chatbot, that is a problem. Before I even manage to test out your chatbots, I run out of them, how can I properly decide if I want to buy them or not in that case?

Pros

I liked the fact that tidio's user interface was quite nice. Our business is mainly for the gaming industry fanatics, therefore they are looking for this fancy looking user interaction and design. I believe tidio is quite exceptional in that manner compared to other live chat plug-in providers.

Cons

It's speed quality was not that extremely good honestly. Even though it isn't super bad, even with free live chat plug-ins which I had tried out, my web page speed tests were giving better or similarly results. That is a topic you must get more advanced in I believe.

Pros

Having full control of how your chatbot interacts with customers is huge. The application is very simple to use, even for a non-technical person. The integration with adding it to your website is very straightforward and quick (coding ability required). This has been an excellent tool in our arsenal to increase sales.

Cons

At this time, we have tried to implement the automated response feature at least once, which was when it was first offered. It didn't work the way I expected it to or maybe the data we had did not produce any results that would benefit us. I have not gone back to try it again but perhaps it should be revisited. The website and mobile application (phone: Samsung S21 ultra) are extremely slow to load up at times. I almost can't use the mobile application, which is irritating.

Pros

We have several websites that a single team of customer service agents run. Tidio makes that possible! We seldom miss any inquiries because of their awesome notification settings which are super simple to set up. With our business, it's also super important to be able to share files back and forth. Believe it or not, many chat softwares don't allow you to do that, but Tidio does. We have tried many softwares in the past but I have a hard time believing we will ever go with any of them again after finding Tidio.

Cons

Since we use the live chat on multiple websites, it would be nice to be able to put our unique branding on the live chat for each site that we use this service for.

We have used facebook widgets and similar in the past but Tidio has been leaps and bounds ahead of that. The analytics and the tracking of user behavior is on point. The ease of creating chat bots and canned responses and the overall look and presentation of the widget, as well as seamless integration with Wordpress makes us feel like it's going to be great for business. We are still in the free trial and have already received one booking because the customer was able to ask for a discount code through chat. We love it.

Pros

I love being able to create our own chat bots to answer customer questions quickly and easily. Being able to track their behaviors, re-marketing return visitors to the site and initiate conversations based on what they are looking at. Many people won't call to ask a question and prefer to chat and being able to have that capability and do it effectively is going to change the way we do our online sales.

Cons

The templates have not been entirely helpful for us as we are a unique industry (escape rooms). Most of what I've done I have had to set up manually from scratch. Luckily, that has been pretty easy to do. If it integrated with our booking software Resova it would also open up so much for us.
