Pros

Very easy to learn and very competitive price

Cons

They should allow the agents to delete messages in cause some error while they were whirting or uploading the worg file.

Tidio helps us maintain effective communication with our customers. Great product.

Pros

We use Tidio to build chatbots which respond to client questions when certain keywords are included in the questions. We also love the live chat feature which we use to respond to website visitors.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about Tidio is that it does't show a queue to the clients to know where they stand when they ask a question on the website.

Used to solve:- Last step customer conversion- Abandoned cart marketing/ lead generation (via emails)

Pros

I've been using it for 3 days, I really like the ease to use and to install, it allows me to be on the go and still reply to customers. Also the chatbot workflow is very extensive and customizable.

Cons

That said ther is a MASSIVE miss for me on the chat: I would like to send voice notes directly, I've been selling on social media for over 2 years and there is nothing the customers like more than to receive a tailor made audio message for them, also for me it's so useful and fast (more so when I'm on the go.

Reason for choosing Tidio

Chatbot was trash, and whatsapp is VERY comfortable for me, but it adds an extra screen switching (to start the chat you have to redirect to whatsapp), also it exposes the customer to giving their phone number (which they maybe wouldn't want to do) lastly it would leave no option for PC users, because they don't have whatsapp.

Great so far, I had used previously other chat options that I can´t remember, but Tidio is more customizable.

Pros

I like how simple to use it is, I can manage conversations without problems, integrate with Shopify, see what my customer has on his cart, etc.

Cons

I wish I did not have to pay more to get all of the extra features.

I use Tidio on client websites to provide an easy-to-use and powerful live chat experience.

Pros

Considering that Tidio offers a free plan, its features are unbeatable. It has a very modern and usable interface (both the backend and the chat widget) and it includes chatbots that are very easy to set up.

Cons

I have been using Tidio just short of a year and they have made some changes to their pricing structure, limiting the free plan quite a bit.

Pros

I like the fact that it has a chatbot. This is a popular trend these days.I also like that it has an Android app. I can chat on the go.

Cons

The major setback was the price of this product. It is a little expensive for smaller companies.

We have been using Tidio for a while now, and it's now a part of our website that we couldn't live without. Our customers / visitors love using it too!

Pros

Tidio is extremely easy to set up on your website, and it allows you to offer a chat / live customer service & support system on your website for a very reasonable fee. The front-end and back-end interfaces are both extremely well made and pleasant to use.

Cons

I don't think there is anything I dislike about Tidio.

Pros

I have come across many software tools which are dynamic and can be plugged in your website but Tidio has proven its best capability. The best part of this tool is its dynamic nature and easy plugin that is available on Wordpress platform. Also, secondly, the android application makes things much easier and simpler and as soon as someone visits on the website and go on the chat menu option, we get a message and thus we can interact with the interested visitor instantly.

Cons

Huh! not much here as it comes with the free limited accessibility which makes one to use it free of cost. Simple and easy to use...

Pros

Nice looking live chat window templates. Integration of live chat with e-mail CRM.

Cons

A very limited free version, if you have any traffic and want to use chatbots - you need the paid version.

I give a 10, even with the opportunities to improve the tool, since is easy to use, very good technical support and solve our need at the moment. I will purchase the license after I see the performance with customers. Since I install it 2 days ago, is to early to evaluate the performance and the use by the customers.

Pros

The drag & drop interface. No programming knowledge needed

Cons

That is not able to change the order of the pre-configured answers in the list that the chatbot display on the conversation

Reason for choosing Tidio

The easy of use and install, only copy a script code into my e-commerce. The price and the technical support. I installed Tidio for test and my plan was to install the others and try them, but I read evaluations of Clingo and were bad. Of Kommo I didn't found evaluations, and from Freshwork Im still waiting for the demo that they will show me, but I ask them to be ASAP because my idea was to decided this week. Since Tidio was the only tool that I can start in my site and the excellent technical support, Tidio becomes my final solution in Chatbot.

It was and is an excellent tool, I still use it on some websites. The online chat and integration with websites is one of the great things that I really liked. It also has an excellent solution for email marketing.

Pros

For years TIDIO has been my number 1 choice for all websites. Very simple to use with an app for computers and smartphones, you can have complete control.

Cons

Besides the price I have no other reason to complain.

We loved the design, how easy it is to use, the admin back end as well. In addition, it's very easy to set it up with a Wordpress website and our website visitors love using it to chat with us !

So far, Tidio has been exactly what I was looking for. Easy to setup, the free plan gets you started without a worry and customer support has been great.

Pros

Tidio is easy to use and inexpensive compared to the other options on the market.I also like that the Chatbot and Live chat come together, a lot of other products had them separate and you had to buy them each.

Cons

I would like to see more analytics, what time the customers visited, how long they spent on each page. I suppose this can be found on google analytics, but it would be nice to have it here inside Tidio

Pros

It empowers me to to add value to my website. The latter is key to my commercial success of my business

Cons

Initial learning cycle for a novice is deep. I prefer to read rather than watch videos. Your documentation needs improvement. For example, it tells me how to set up a a chatbot from scratch, but fails to tell me how I can simulate my effort.
