Pros The experience of not to use this application and look elsewhere. If it worked, as it claims to, it would be an excellent product. I spent time with this because I thought it would help my recruiting. An evasive at best and misleading company at worst Cons Says that accounts are accepted, but cannot log into account. Took time to list 10 jobs, Told that they were published and live. Completely false information. I tried this a couple of weeks ago and though maybe I had it wrong but the results is still the same misleading information. Look elsewhere as the customer service number either does not answer or will not give a truthful reply to a question. Any organisation or company is free to use iKrut to assist them in their hiring programmes but we require them to act and recruit transparently so the applicant can clearly understand the nature of the role being recruited and the industry the end employer works in. We have a 6 point checklist to ensure only the highest standards of behaviour from our users when recruiting and to ensure all users of iKrut work for a registered company or charity . Your account failed all 6 and was thus closed immediately without prior notification, as per our terms of business. JB Justina B. Pros Ease of use in creating vacancies, communicating with applicants and assigning users access is the reason we decided to purchase the premium version. The embedded code feature is also a great add-in. Cons Setting up advertising source can be a little tricky, but customer service has been available whenever I've needed assistance.
