So far so good -- we wanted better live chat without paying internal costs to staff

Pros

We were searching for a more intuitive live chat software that didn't require rocket surgeons on our staff. It helped generate leads right away.

Cons

Nothing yet that we don't like. It might help to have more one-on-one feedback by phone, but at this price we can't complain.

Simply a brilliant platform, it has transformed the way I connect with my customers. I am able to capture every sale and lead through my website. Their chat platform has allowed me to keep in contact with customers, and address any issues or concerns immediately. I suggest if you are an online business and are serious about your customers then you need to use Crowdstream!
