It downloads all my sales and generates reports that help at tax time. Pros I love that all my supplies and inventory are easily accessed on any device. It keeps everything up to date. I was so happy to be able to edit things, that made my life so much easier! Pros I loved the ease of usage. There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning but there are many videos available to help guide you through self- setup. If you’re feeling less savvy, the team offers a 1:1 meeting to help you as well. I love that this system is more easy to use and more visually appealing than the other systems I had tried. The system flows well together and it allows you to edit things when you mess up on an entry. Cons I don’t know of anything negative to say. The only issues I had were self made. I am building the system up from scratch so it is taking some time but already it is proving to be extremely useful. Pros I love being able to keep track of my purchases, manufacturing, recipes and inventory in one place. It makes everything flow so much smoother Cons I would like to see a functionality that would automatically add a recipe to a product when adding the first manufacture of said product. Don’t believe this will work too well for me when I hire a staff member however unless some of my issues change :) Pros The different tabs and how it’s all separated out. It’s clean lined. Feels modern not old school which is good! Cons There’s a lot, I don’t think it’s a superior software yet. It needs to work better for businesses. I’m a candle business and it’s super frustrating. Here’s my list of things I need in a software. 1. Allo you to see stock levels in live time as you manufacture a new product. It’s a huge time waisted creating all our manufactures, then scrolling through all our ingredients and to see if there are any in the red, this is the only way to know if we can even make the items we want to. Very frustrating with ordering stock to. Again we have to make manufacturers to determine how much supplies we even have. This is very backwards. There needs to be an easy, live view of stock, as you make a manufacturer so you know straight away if you can make it. Also, a tick off system, there’s no way to know what manufacturers have been made or not as you have to give them todays date to even take the product out of stock, this leads me to pen and paper for every manufacturer I need to make that day. For some reason, I’m unable to get my sku numbers to match. I’ve tried to get help via email support, but it hasn’t been successful after many email exchanges. I really need to talk this through with a live support person. Pros Craftybase is reasonably priced for small crafters. It’s fairly easy to use and helps me manage thousands of inventory items. I don't use other super expensive add-ons or other programs as everything is at my fingertips here. Pros I love using Craftybase for my small handcrafted bodycare business. From Cogs to Inventory, it's a breeze with this tool! Cons There is honestly nothing I don't like about Craftybase. If I absolutely had to find something to pick at "maybe" it would be the price because of course we all want to spend less on keeping our business up to date. Pros I love being able to accurately track what I have on hand and price according to what I paid for my materials. It tracks all my raw materials—oils, fragrances, packaging—and automatically updates inventory as I make batches. Pros How easy it is to use for my soap business s. I love how it calculates the cost per bar and factors in labor and overhead, which makes pricing much easier and more accurate. It also keeps track of sales from my website and Etsy. It helps me organize and stay current with my sales and expenditures. Pros Craftybase helps me keep track of materials and their quantities. As a weaver and knitter, I need to know exactly how much yarn I have in stock of each fiber, color, and dyelot. That information is easily and quickly obtained in Craftybase. Cons I would like Craftybase to have drop-down menus. For example, when choosing a category or a tracking unit, I'd much prefer to click and select rather than having to type in the first few letters of what I need. June 20, 2023 5.0 We have loved the overall experience, and haven't found anything even close to what Craftybase is capable of. It is an essential part of our workflow, and helping us maintain inventory, and recipes. We truly value Craftybase and would recommend to anyone that is a maker, crafter, or in need of solid inventory management. Pros We love the ease of use with Craftybase. We have a ton of items that we sell indiviually as ingredients, as well as combined to make other products on our shelves. Craftybase allows us to build these "components" as well keeping track of each individual ingredient. This is by far the most accurate and easiest way we've found to keep track of inventory, and recipes. Cons There is a bit of a learning curve when first starting out, but that is mostly because we had to learn the terms that Craftybase uses, and the functionality behind some of the features. There are tons of good walk-throughs in the system, as well as good examples. Customer service isn't the most reachable. If you have a question, it may take a day to hear back, and they only have email. There is no live chat, or phone support. There's no onboarding calls or dedicated support staff to really help you hit the ground running, so you'll have to spend some time really learning the system, and try and send questions that you don't need immediate answers to. Reason for choosing Craftybase Nothing else was as good of a fit in terms of our product and business style. So many inventory management programs seemed designed for large manufacturing facilities and don't have a great system in place for makers. Worth the Money" July 11, 2023 5.0 Crafty has streamlined our inventory management, with a slight learning curve and ability to handle the needs of our business. So far we are very happy with the software and excited to see how it evolves. Small issues are to be expected with such a system handling so much data everyday, the support team is friendly and efficient. Pros The ease of setting up everything and the user interface is very friendly and easy to navigate. Cons We had some trouble with the "Product Bundle" process when compenentizing our products, a lot of our wholesale sales channels include "Tester" products which is the same as the product. This created duplicates of products in Crafty which resulted in us having to spend more time fixing issues. Alternatives considered [MRPeasy](https://www.capterra.com/p/134177/MRPEasy/) Reason for choosing Craftybase Crafty seemed to suite our needs more, pricing was very fair and UI was approachable for all staff. Pros Craftybase allows me to track manufactures, material inventory, and product inventory, and finding the true value of each. It also makes pricing suggestions for products and see how much I make each order. Cons The components and auto-manufacturing feature is a bit tricky to setup. I also have some products that I sell individually AND as a set where it must be a component, but the inventory is always off since I manufacture them as one and sell them the same way. Keeping things up to date and adding in all of the details of purchases, recipes, manufactures, etc keeps things running great. Not entering all of those details leaves one in a bind. That's not the fault of the software!
