It makes tax time really easy because it will generate the information I need with one report. Cons Takes some time to learn the best way to make it work for you. Everything new always has a learning curve until you get familiar with it. Pros This product is great for keeping your business papers in order. It is specifically designed for the handmade business owners. The only drawback is, I use it for etsy and etsy has changed some aspects of their website and now we have to manually link our listing expenses. Cons The overall experience of this product is great. This is something I would definitely recommend to business owners who need help organizing. Pros I love that this helps me keep track of my inventory. I feel so much more organized after adding this software to my small business. Before I would just use a sticky note to track things, but now I have it all in one place and I can't lose it. I really like how they have tips on here as well. Cons The only thing I don't like about Craftybase is that it took me a day or so to actually learn how to use it. I like that I can easily see the cost of raw materials going into each batch and it suggests final retail & wholesale pricing. Pros I am still a brand new user but so far I like the ability to keep track of my sales and expenses as well as creating recipes with the materials that I use to make my products. I also love that I can import my sales from Etsy and Square automatically. Cons I wish there was a more simple way to view your overall expenses, income, sales tax collected, etc. on one screen. Pros I love being able to accurately price my products with ease! Before finding Craftybase, I was trying to figure out prices by estimating material costs in a notebook and/or trying to match similar price points on Etsy. Now I can easily calculate the profit margins on existing and new products for retail, wholesale, and consignment. I am using it for the cost of goods sold accounting model, and it works with ETSY. Cons I have run into a number of technical issues, which I have reported, but customer support is very helpful, professional, and friendly.
