Pros: The ability to negotiate and sign contracts online. Managing all aspects of the contracts online and quick access to the software. Have not had any programming issues delaying productivity.

Cons: The need to customize many necessary features specific to our industry. Would like to see more features added that address accounting needs and track comments within the same screen.

Overall: Ease of use and one location to track contract negotiations and records.

Pros: Organizational, tagging, and alert components are great; this tends to be most of what we use the app for.

Cons: Formatting and e-signature needs a bit of work. It seems many people don't get the invite email for them to sign in and put in a signature - firewalls or email hosts tend to block the address. It'd be awesome if a direct link was provided for each contract.

Pros: The software is easy to use once you get the hang of it. I recently began using the software and as I become more familiar the easier it is to use it.

Cons: It would be helpful if Concord was also a database that could be used to run reports and act as a repository.

Overall: Will streamline our contracting process from start to end. The ability to have a provider sign and forward along without printing hardcopies and sending in the mail we eliminate lost and misplaced contracts.

My experience has been fairly good as far as creating the structure for our company.

Pros: I like that we are able to complete the full contracting process externally and internally within Concord. I like the ease of communicating with the provider and having everything in one place. Also, being able to attach supporting documentation as well as linking other documents for historical purposes.

Cons: What I like least is that it doesn't have the ability to continue the full contracting process post signature. I structured the post contract implementation process into Concord but it's really manual not something provided by Concord.

Pros: It's very easy to track contracts throughout the writing, negotiation, signing, & execution process. The on-boarding process was made very easy, thanks to our Account Manager who walked us through that process and went the extra mile to make sure it was setup perfectly for our needs.

Cons: I wish there were more robust reporting features- such as summarizing financial clauses by month/year and some way to mark them as paid or unpaid. That would be an invaluable tool for our finance/accounting department.

Overall: We moved from doing all contracts on paper to being 100% digital. It's streamlined our whole contract process incredibly and made it much more organized & efficient.

Overall very easy to use & useful. I like that they are constantly improving & adding new features.

Pros: Easy to use and navigate, functional, easy to keep categories organized. Easy to make edits and updates. The Concord team is responsive.

Cons: I wish that there was the option to stack folders. The tags are useful, but ideally I'd like to be able to store contracts in folders AND with tags.

Uploading process can be a bit repetitive & can be unclear as to which fill-in fields are critical.

Pros: The ease of adding attachments, editing content, and the search function is speedy and accurate. No lag time for the most part.

Cons: Should be able to add duration to either or the effective date or the signed on a date. Financial information entry is not easily found.

Pros: I love the UI and the easy categorization features that help our team identify which contracts need to be renewed.

Cons: The UX can be a little clunky and the permissions need to be improved, but the team at Concord was consistently adding new features.

Overall: Concord helped us organize and categorize an extensive contract library.

Pros: It's easy to store contract and save templates. We've been able to grant certain user permissions so that everyone has what they need.

Cons: Importing contracts from a word document can be cumbersome at times and I wish there was a better way to organize contracts into folders.

Comments: We contracted with Concord over a year ago and have experienced two very disappointing situations:

(1) We started working with Concord in April of 2016. We were guaranteed connection to our custom Salesforce fields within 30 days before we signed our contract in June (only out-of-the-box fields are accessible at this time). Once those 30 days passed, we still were not able to connect custom fields and were then 100% gold star guaranteed it would be working by the end of 2017 (note this is still seven months after initial promise). As of March 2017, we are still not able to connect to the custom fields. We have been paying for a severely handicapped service all this time with no offer of account credit, or any sort of response as to when the custom fields will actually be available. On top of that...

(2) One of our users that we have been paying for is not able to connect his API key at all to the Concord platform. We have been in contact with their Customer Service department at least a dozen times regarding this and keep getting the same general response that the tech team is "working hard to investigate the issue". To add insult to injury, our last two emails requesting a response have not received any response. It's been over 30 days since they last responded at all.

We feel ignored, lied to and very disrespected as a customer. The saddest part is that we really love everything else about the platform! But if it won't connect to the fields we need, or connect to our user at all, it's not valuable and causing productivity issues.

Get it together Concord. At least RESPOND to your customers. And if you are going to promise something to a customer to get them to sign a contract, FOLLOW THROUGH.

Pros: It's user-Friendly. I can share the documents with the client and I can check on the changes and what was modified. We can track the number of contracts sent out vs. how many were executed.

Cons: So Far so good. I can tell that it was really useful.

Overall: The best experience I think is that it allows me to see what changes are actually happening and to check back what was modified. It is easy to use.Concord allows me to organize our files basically, so I don¿t have everything dumped into one place. It¿s easier to see and more organized.

Recommendations to other buyers: Well, I would recommend Concord because it's user-friendly . its relatively simple software and the price is reasonable.

Comments: I have tried about half a dozen different "contract signing/management" apps over the past several years. They all work, but there have always been limitations that require clunky workarounds. Concord is the first one I have tried that makes it easy to manage contract changes (and the back and forth required to agree on those changes) and signing both with people inside my organization and outside.

Pros: It has the best workflow management tools to get from first to final draft, to signed.

Cons: It differs from other tools I have tried in that it isn't really designed to add signature fields into the body of your prepared document. That is not really a problem, but it took a little trial and error to figure that out.

Recommendations to other buyers: They have a free trial and responsive support during the trial period, so I recommend just diving in.

Comments: I used to rely on Adobe Echosign for a long time but when it made to the subscription basis I was looking for an alternative which was free and provide me with basic feature such as unlimited contract, great and easy experience for my clients to use. Concord blew me away and I am so pleased with this solution. I am far from using all the features including within the free offer. I can only recommend this solution to any business in need for filling contract and getting them e-signed by clients.

Comments: I was looking for a free software to tree for my vendor and clients and Concord came up. I signed up to see how it worked and Customer service contacted right away and helped me set it up. They have been great since. One on One support and I loved that they didn't try to upsell me for what I needed.

Pros: Easy to use once proper trained. Customer service is outstanding

Cons: I didn't really find any.

Comments: Excellent and cost-effective solution. If you are looking for a simple and quick solution to get your contracts signed digitally, then you are all covered. Even if your needs grows and becomes complex, they have higher tiers which cater to those needs.

Pros: Clean and minimalist user interface. Easy to use and easy on the wallet@! Probably cost less than the gasoline used by all your salesperson getting to the customer and back with a signed document

Cons: Nothing for me at this point in time. My needs are met here. Probably if they integrated to more CRM then it will be good.

Pros: The fact that they have a free no obligations version to try out, and that the user interface is very user friendly. Even at points where I can't figure out how to work things out, there's very visible guidelines.

Cons: None really at this point.

Overall: I have been using Concord for about 2 years now for when we require digital signatures and when we don't want to travel all the way to the client's office just to get a signature and stamp. So far for me and the team, the free version is good enough with loads of features and this is coming from me who used to use Adobe Echosign until I found a better and more cost-effective solution in Concord. If my team grew bigger and our needs evolve to more Enterprise ones, I would gladly upgrade my tier.

Recommendations to other buyers: You may want to check out the paid versions especially if audit trails and file versions are important to you. Otherwise, start with a simple free account first, if it suits your needs then go for the paid versions. It's probably cheaper than you sending someone out for a signed document.

Comments: I've been using Concord for the past 6 months, and have been nothing but pleased with its ease of use when sending out contracts and interacting with our authors. Comments: We started using Concord in late 2015. Our company grew rapidly and it was becoming more difficult to track expiration dates on contracts. Concord was a perfect solution to our problem. We use it mainly for tracking employment agreements. It's quick and easy to upload the contracts into the system and we get reminder emails with contract deadlines. It's lessened our work load and made it incredibly easy to stay on top of hundreds of contract deadlines. I cannot recommend this program enough.

Pros: Email reminders are helpful.

Cons: Can't think of one. Very happy with this software.

Comments: Other than some minor difficulty in the beginning that customer service immediately helped me with, the experience has been smooth and the platform works really well. The free tier is generous and clients really love the experience. The dashboard looks nice and helps me keep track of which documents haven't been signed. Clients are having no problems either, overall really pleased

Comments: My company struggled to find a contract management product that didn't cost thousands of dollars. Concord very nicely meets that criteria and comes with wonderful features. We unfortunately don't utilize all of the features available, but the repository and the reminders are extremely helpful. I also love being able to add comments as notes to myself when I check back in on a contract at some point. Another plus for Concord is the search feature. When dealing with hundreds of contracts sometimes I cannot remember all the names of each vendor. You can add "tags" to your contracts and can search for tags very easily. This makes the process of searching and finding a contract very easy. The ability to have reminders sent to yourself so far in the future is wonderful. I never have to worry about missing a deadline as long as my contracts are uploaded in Concord. Great product that we will continue to use!

Comments: Concord is a great alternative to HelloSign, but the UI is not as intuitive as the competition. This coupled with a mobile app support would make this hands down the best option to get documents signed.

Comments: After looking at several digital signature options, I was thrilled to find Concord. An amazing tool to manage contracts and the digital signing process. At this time I do not have a need to use this many times each month and did not want to spend a lot of money. With the free option, I have all of the pros without a huge expense and this is something that I can grow as my needs grow.

Pros: Ability to create new contracts, templates or upload current documents Easy to share through the negotiation phase via email links Ability to download executed contracts in PDF to save/share however you want

Comments: Concord was hard to find in the mess of expensive and feature-clunky contracting services that are out there. We're so glad we found it because it has all the things we need and is priced for the small business that we are: * ability to draft and templatize agreements online * ability to share with 3rd parties (clients, contractors, etc.) without them * having to create an account with the service * ability to have those 3rd parties make real-time edits, not just comments * version control * ability to sign online and have those 3rd parties sign * storage of those executed contracts, preferably within an easily navigable file structure * less than $50/month fee We love it so much, I blogged about it: http://dojo4.com/blog/contract-this

Comments: My company struggled to find a contract management product that didn't cost thousands of dollars. Concord very nicely meets that criteria and comes with wonderful features. We unfortunately don't utilize all of the features available, but the repository and the reminders are extremely helpful. I also love being able to add comments as notes to myself when I check back in on a contract at some point. Another plus for Concord is the search feature. When dealing with hundreds of contracts sometimes I cannot remember all the names of each vendor. You can add "tags" to your contracts and can search for tags very easily. This makes the process of searching and finding a contract very easy.

The ability to have reminders sent to yourself so far in the future is wonderful. I never have to worry about missing a deadline as long as my contracts are uploaded in Concord.

Great product that we will continue to use!

Comments: This is just about the best contract management software that i have used. The functionality is great and the customer service is very responsive. The only downside is that the viewing of a document online is not the same as how it prints.

Pros: cost, customer service, functionality

Cons: viewing documents is not consistent; certain features of word are not available, e.g., tab indenting.

Comments: We started using Concord in late 2015. Our company grew rapidly and it was becoming more difficult to track expiration dates on contracts. Concord was a perfect solution to our problem. We use it mainly for tracking employment agreements. It's quick and easy to upload the contracts into the system and we get reminder emails with contract deadlines. It's lessened our work load and made it incredibly easy to stay on top of hundreds of contract deadlines. I cannot recommend this program enough.

Comments: I recently started using Concordnow to sign online documents. Was very easy to use and will continue using for future document signing. If you're looking to convert to online signing of documents this is a great tool.

Pros: Ease of use. I figured it out without any training in about 15 minutes.

Cons: I haven't found anything yet that I don't like.

Overall: I was looking for a system that I could easily send out contracts to prospective clients. Concord allows me to work off of a template, send the contract, and get it signed in one place. I also have a record of all of my contracts in the system that I can easily look up when I need to. I looked everywhere for a system that could do it all and they had pieces but Concord has it all!

Recommendations to other buyers: Buy it! If you want an easy tool that does it all with contracts this is the one.

Overall: We have been using Concord for contracting purposes and it has made it much more streamlined. The ease of uploading a template and then using that over and over again for our needs with e-signature has expedited the process of our clients signatures. Comments: Concord is an entirely cloud-based system that features as a contract database as well as a full fledged negotiation/e-signature platform. It has integration with Google Docs and Office files, as well as PDF. It's a very flexible piece of software that can have multiple uses depending on the organization.

Pros: Very customizable, template system is excellent, ability to import redlines from Word files is essential

Cons: Some pushback on proprietary platform from outside partners (although this is rare). Requires partners to create an account, although it leverages logins from LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, etc.

Overall: After researching all of the major e-contracting products in the market, we concluded that Concord offered the most functionality for the price. In particular, we were seeking a product that allowed us to customize workflows and set up approvals before a contract is sent out. Comments: Concord has helped us gain control of our obligations and opportunities for cost savings with automated email notifications of impending contract end dates. Previously we had no such controls: contracts went into a fire-proof safe and were never touched again.

Pros: Advanced notifications are our big win. Would be nice to have options greater than 90 days advanced notice, some contracts require at least 90 days notice to terminate for example. Easy to add/upload contracts and copies of agreements. Tagging system simplifies searching for the correct document.

Cons: Reporting needs improvement, especially since I paid extra for the feature. Please improve financial reporting, currently there are some very basic reports that I have no need for, but would like to be able to have a 'spend under management' report.

Recommendations to other buyers: Concord will serve as a temporary solution until our internal IT can provide a Sharepoint-based solution to us. Hopefully the 'Export' of our contracts from Concord to another solution will prove to be of minimal effort.

Comments: So far, this product has been amazing! We needed a way to stay on top of deadlines for renewals and terminations, and found the perfect solution. Being able to set reminders has helped stay on top of these important dates. Another great aspect of the software would be the ability to add Tags to each contract. This enables us to sort and determine how many contracts, and what contracts different areas are currently using.

Comments: My wife and I own and operate Maven's Connections, LLC a joint venture specialist company and we have been using Concord to handle the signing of contracts when a new client hires us. We love using Concord because it is very simple and the feature set is very robust. We are able to track any changes to the contracts as well as any changes that occur during the course of the negotiation process. We have yet to receive any complaints from our customers about the service.

Pros: Ease of use, value for money and the fact that all our records surrounding contracts are kept in one central location.

Cons: The template creation process can be a bit cumbersome at first.

Comments: I'm the founder of a startup and an advisor encouraged us to try out Concord for digital signatures. We've used it for all documents needed to get signatures for.

Pros: I'd say the best part about Concord is how seamless the experience is when it comes to inviting team members or people outside your org to discuss and/or sign documents. The editor is also rather intuitive - I didn't need any tutorial to jump right in and do what I needed to do. The learning curve is fairly nonexistent. I had a question about the paid version and their team was very quick to respond.

Cons: Well there aren't any except the fear they will eventually drastically reduce their features for free users but I think it's well worth using now. If you have the money and need the features it will be worth paying for as well.

Recommendations to other buyers: This will do all you need (and more) - likely for free. Get it.

Comments: Implemented this software several months ago and am so surprised at how user friendly it is. Had a great integration session with a team at Concord. Compared several other Contract Management programs before deciding on Concord and their pricing and features were far superior.

Pros: very user friendly....easy to search for contracts

Cons: sometimes when uploading Word Doc the document needs tweaking....signature lines are out of whack. simple fix though. PDF's are preferable if you only need e-signature, however, you can't edit a PDF so Word doc is needed for redlining.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely recommend. Worth the price. Compared many other programs and concord was superior on all levels.

Pros: The templates with predefined fields to be filled out work great.

Cons: Some formatting issues. Can't print documents from internet explorer without having a very tiny font size (I know it's not your issue but I don't care to explain that to our clients). One other problem is that a contract has to be shared via email before it can be printed and manually executed. I would also like to be able to upload an executed physical copy of an agreement to existing document that is in negotiation (instead of voiding it and uploading it separately).

Overall: The software has helped us to reduce the number of errors and the time to draw up a contract. I wish we could automate all of our processes like we have for contract management with Concord!

Pros: Concord has a very simple, easy to navigate user interface. Didn't take long at all to figure out how things work, and start uploading documents.

Cons: Customer Support. When you get in touch with someone from Concord, they are fantastic, and always help you get your answer. However, its not a set up where there is tech support standing by, and there is no customer service line. So you are limited mostly to email. They still respond quickly, so the only time this could be an issue is if you are in an emergency.

Overall: Concord was very helpful. Zach contacted me very quickly, within a few hours of completing my Capterra request. Zach found out about our company's needs, and built a demo around those needs (something I wish more of the referred companies did). Zach was also very willing to repeat his demo again when asked to show it to an executive who could not sit in on the original demo.

We have only completed our second month with Concord, but we've been very pleased so far. We have not utilized too many of the front-end features, e.g., the drafting and revising functions, although these are pretty nice too (love the draft management feature). We mostly use it for the back end, storing, organizing, and alerts for existing agreements.
